I took my 2025 Kia Sportage in for routine service at the beginning of June in preparation for a road trip. A few days after, I was headed to Southern California. Halfway through the drive, when I reached the Grapevine, my car gave an alert that it was overheating. I immediately pulled over and checked my coolant. When I checked, the coolant cap had flown off the reservoir and coolant sprayed all across my engine. The coolant reservoir was completely empty! Luckily, there was a nearby mechanic that took pity on me and helped me out for free. They said that the only way this could have happened was if someone didn't screw the cap on all the way. This caused me a four hour delay in my roadtrip and who knows what kind of long term damage the overheating did to my engine. On the same visit in early June, they told me they would check the alignment and if I didn't need one, they wouldn't charge me. I wasn't worried because the car is still pretty new and I don't drive anywhere that would mess up the alignment. But when I picked up my car, they did in fact charge me for an alignment, saying it was necessary. Once I drove off the lot, I noticed that my steering wheel needed to stay slightly to the left in order to drive straight. So not only was the coolant cap not secured completely, but they messed up my alignment AND charged me for it. Very disappointing that I trusted the dealership to prepare my car for a road trip and this was the result. Will never take my car for service here again. If you don't want to be taken advantage of, consider taking your car elsewhere for service.

**Never have I had such a disappointing experience at a dealership.** I visited Dublin Kia to purchase a used Acura MDX. From my very first visit, it felt like the dealership had little interest in actually selling the vehicle. The overall customer service was indifferent, and I had to follow up repeatedly throughout the process. Once I decided to purchase the car, the experience only got worse. I even agreed to buy their mandatory **StarGard** package for an additional **$999** without negotiating the vehicle's asking price or trying to bargain over anything else. At the very least, I expected the car to be delivered in excellent condition. The vehicle wasn't even properly cleaned for the test drive. After repeatedly reminding the staff to detail it before delivery, I was assured they wouldn't let me leave without doing so. Unfortunately, what they called a "detail" was nothing more than a basic car wash and a quick vacuum. The car was still dirty inside and out. I've attached photos showing the condition of the vehicle when it was delivered. To make matters worse, the car wasn't even delivered with a full tank of gas. For a purchase of $40,000-$50,000, filling the gas tank seems like a basic courtesy that many dealerships provide. It reflected a level of carelessness and disregard for the customer that was extremely disappointing. The financing process was equally frustrating. Despite having excellent credit, the finance manager initially quoted me a much higher interest rate and claimed it was the best available. Then, after I agreed to purchase additional packages, he suddenly said, *"Oh, I can get the interest rate even lower since you are nice people."* That immediately made me question whether I had been given an honest offer in the first place. Financing should be based on creditworthiness, not on whether a customer agrees to buy add-ons. Buying a car is already a major financial decision. It shouldn't feel like you're constantly being pressured into unnecessary products or wondering whether you're being taken advantage of. I expected professionalism, transparency, and basic customer care. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those at Dublin Kia. Experiences like this are exactly why people have such little trust in car dealerships. Instead of building long-term relationships through honesty and transparency, this process felt focused on extracting as much money as possible from the customer. I hope this review helps future buyers make a more informed decision.

Great experience purchasing the amazing minivan - 2026 Kia carnival SX with this dealer the last weekend! This time had done a bit of research and wanted this Kia model and found the best color (astra blue) and model in this superb Dublin location. Has been a quality time with the driver and luxury of this kia carnival since then - my wife and specially the kids are loving this. Special mention to salesperson Ahmed, he made the whole process so efficient and convenient. The experience was fantastic - everything from test driver to tour to final paperwork went quickly and got amazing deal price with good maintenance coverage. Highly recommended to anyone looking for Kia cars with great tech and luxury options!

We had a phenomenal experience working with Ilyas at Dublin Kia. From the very first text message back and forth Ilyas was professional, accommodating and informative. I always say it is easy to sell something you. Relieve in and it is clear Ilyas knows and trusts in the product he is selling. We are first time Kia buyers and I wasn't initially sold on the brand. However after the test drive that all changed. Ilyas answered all of our questions, thoroughly explained all of the functionality and really worked with us to find the right vehicle at the right price. The entire team was efficient and really wanted to see us find the car we were hoping for. The process was smooth and successful. Thank you Ilyas!

Steer clear! Long but worth the read if you have time…read more Anyway- I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and this is by far the shadiest dealership I've ever worked with. It's horrible experience after horrible experience. I first came in last year as a single mom with 2 kids, looking for a *gas* Jeep Wrangler. I was convinced to buy a hybrid and not informed of the issues they were having.... I ended up purchasing from their partner dealership in SJ... but the footwork of why I went hybrid was a result of the efforts of the salesperson & manager at the Pleasanton dealership. A few months after purchasing, I began receiving notices about spontaneous combustion concerns/warnings not to charge the vehicle/etc. The car depreciated by 20k in a few months. After 10 months of having the vehicle.... There was still no solution from Jeep for the problem (not this particular dealerships fault), but this particular dealership couldn't get me into the service dept without dropping my car off for 3-5 days *before* it even got looked at. The service dept people on the phone didn't even know what I was talking about when referencing the recalls. I reached out to the sales people trying to figure out my options (to which there were none but that they would help me work out a deal with my negative equity). I traded in the Jeep, purchased a vehicle with a different make (cause I just don't trust this whole CJDR thing anymore) & they threw in a warranty with the promise that they weren't shady and they really wanted to help. The new-to-me vehicle had a broken AC. They said they'd fix it, took it for a few days, provided me a Hertz rental (then they didn't return the rental on time and I got charged hundreds of dollars and spent over 2 hours on the phone getting that resolved)....all to have the AC ultimately only be charged & not actually fixed. Then, I took it to the manufacturing dealership. Who actually diagnosed the problem (+ another problem) and we learned for the first time that my warranty has a tie back requiring the car be worked on or released by the selling dealership. I was without a car FOR A WEEK simply trying to get the selling dealership (Pleasanton CDJR) to authorize the repairs (& my car also couldn't leave the dealership who could actually fix it per the warranty). They never called me once & were so annoyed at every single call I made to them - all while I'm literally WALKING my children everywhere we need to go, unable to fulfill responsibilities and commitments without a vehicle, etc. The manufacturing dealership felt so bad for me that the second week they had the vehicle, they gave me a courtesy vehicle.... While everyone at Pleasanton CJDR was rolling their eyes and patronizing me with "these things take time honey, be patient" (a direct quote). All that to only have 1 of the 2 repairs authorized by CJDR. Fast forward to today: I bring my car to CJDR to have the 2nd repair completed that they didn't authorize the other dealership to complete.... The CJDR service rep calls me confused why my car is even there and says (direct quote): "....well I won't have someone who can even look at a car with this make for a week or more. I only have 1 tech here who can diagnose and work on this car" AND I HAVE TO LEAVE IT THERE TO STAY IN THE SERVICE LINE. It's like 1-2k of invoiced work & material. They could've just released the work to the dealership that actually found a way to help me, that already had the car apart, that had the warranty company out to inspect, that had already given me a courtesy vehicle, etc. Instead their big solution for the Jeep disaster is also a total and complete disaster. My request to speak to a service manager was denied. It's honestly unbelievable. Ive interacted with many people at this dealership & literally only the cashier seems to care about people and seems to try to be clear and honest. Even the guy driving the shuttle was talking horrible about the management of this dealership with a young guy who was about to put in his 2 weeks... while I, a customer, sat there silently. Somewhere in this process I posted to a forum asking questions re: my jeep/others experiences. Multiple attorneys responded clarifying my proof of these various challenges & then stating that I have a case....that despite my "responsibilities" as a consumer, I have been misled and taken advantage of multiple times. At the time that didn't feel like the right move but this is literally never ending hell at this point, where I'm losing thousands of dollars, tons of time, experiencing lots of hardship, etc. & None of them care at all. I'm starting to just be at a complete loss of what to do and it would be very silly of me to continue to remain at the whim of this highly unprofessional, shady dealership for all my current vehicles service needs. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE HERE.

Zahid spent two days with me, several hours each day, while I researched and figured out what I really wanted. I initially had my eye on a black GLA mini SUV, but I wasn't completely sold. Zahid listened to what I was saying, picked up on my interest in a hybrid option, and introduced me to the CLA 220 sedan. At first, I didn't think I'd want to "downgrade" in size. But once I experienced the interior, saw the exterior in person, and got a feel for the car, something clicked. The technology, thoughtful details, and elevated driving experience completely sold me. Because Zahid took the time to listen rather than simply sell me a car (which I had 6 months left on my Lexus hybrid), I ultimately ended up with a new 2027 lease -- and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Hands down, he led me in the right direction. I really appreciate the patience, knowledge, and genuine care he brought to the entire experience. Thank you, Zahid -- you started it all!
