The shrimp rice crepe wrapped me in its warm embrace while the fresh shrimp was almost crunchy, steamed just right. The chicken feet will always be one of my favorite dishes, they marinate it well and it's usually very flavorful. Our seafood chow fun was very well made, fresh rice noodle with shrimp, scallops, squid and other seafood cooked just right. The chefs here are spot on every time in taste, texture and the degree to which everything should be cooked to perfection.
