This location is spotty at best as far as filling your order properly or giving you quality ingredients. Burnt coffee this morning and no willingness to make it right. None of the employees know how to wear a mask. Keep in mind that they are handling our food and drink while breathing on it during a pandemic. Spoke with corporate about this and they did nothing. The customer service at this location is horrible. I came to this location today and ordered a large iced vanilla latte. A girl took my order at the register and approximately 15 min later, when 4 people behind me received their orders, I went back up to the register to ask about my drink. The same girl that took my order then snapped at me and said, "Well, I don't know what you ordered". First off she needs to check her little teenage ass with not only how she speaks to people, but she also needs lesson in customer service. Come to find out she hadn't even put my order in. I was so looking forward to Baskin Robbins! I hadn't had an ice cream from them since leaving CA. I drove by Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins and the line was out the door, so I passed right by. After my appointment I stopped because it was less crowded. However that didn't make a difference with the "service " I received. There is no line indicator so your not sure where to order and nobody greeted anyone that walked in! An elderly couple came in and was told to go to the "other side" the old lady ended up having 5 people go in front of her and the clerk told her to go to the end of the line. The floor was filthy and the two tables weren't wiped down. So unorganized and very disappointing! I will not go back! This place needs a manager out there watching how these people run this place. I love the new brownie batter doughnut! The store is clean, and the workers are very friendly. Brittany and Mariah were efficient and got my order in record time! Minus a star because the lines were long and getting to the counter took a bit, but I'm sure this will be fixed when the hype dies down. read more

Absolutely awful experience! Waited at the drive-thru for over 15 minutes before ever getting to order, then after ordering 5 coffees we pulled up to the window to pay. After waiting another 20 minutes for our drinks, what was given to us looked like a bunch of iced teas and nothing like the coffees we ordered. We were extremely aggravated and did not accept the drinks and requested a refund. The lady working the drive-thru said she was unable to give us the refund and had to call the manager to the store. We sat in the parking lot for another 10 minutes waiting for the manager to show up before we could get our refund. Manager came in with an awful attitude but eventually gave us our money back after being there for almost 45 minutes. No apology and no concern. Awful service! read more

I went through the drive thru on Saturday April 24th. I ordered a large decaf mocha ice coffee with cream & with a little less ice & avocado toast. I got a large caffeine cold brew mocha coffee in a plastic cup, no ice, no cream, I asked them to put ice in it & had to ask for cream on the side. Avocado toast was very messy & the didn't give me any napkins. I usually get great service there but not today. read more

For Christmas I put $50 on my girlfriend's Dunkin Donut account. What a mistake. After waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with no one moving at all, I wanted to back out and leave. Zero if I could, Was not greeted whatsoever when we entered . Short girl with black hair was very unwelcoming and rude(Mariah).This place has potential to be a valued place in cottonwood. Management should consider hiring a new and more professional staff. Overall the ice cream and donuts are what you would expect from baskins robins. Dunkin' Donuts . I would hesitate to call this a donut shop. We have tried this place 3 times and each time have left with no donuts. They have coffee and Baskin Robbins shares the space, but the Dunkin Donuts side is garbage. When the person in front of me snagged the last of the appealing flavors, I asked if they were making more. The girl looked at me blankly and said, "We're all out." I like to consider myself as a relatively intelligent person so I was aware they were all out, but my question was if they were going to make more. Does this place just shut down when they sell the last donut? What are those ovens for? If you have a line to the door of people ordering 1/2 dozen and full dozen donuts, maybe take the initiative to throw another batch in? Maybe that's just me being too harsh, but in my business when we start to run low, we replenish! I guess I will chalk it up to good ol fashioned ignorance, since that is what this town is known for. If you're looking for a donut, try Circle K. At least the gas station attendants seem to know when to stock up on items. read more

First this town was excited for dunkin donuts to come here, however its turning into being like the one in Flagstaff already, where the quality of the donuts already has declined. Once more the employees seem to be goofing off and clowning around, not paying attention to the customer or even the orders, laughing and putting the wrong donuts in the box. We got a dozen donuts which were completely wrong in the drive thru, and there was only one customer behind us in line, it wasn't like they had a bunch of orders to fill in the drive thru. The first week opened, they at least bothered to put frosting on the whole donut. We ordered 3 boston cream and they gave us maple. We found out the entire dozen was wrong when we got home. The new Dunkin in Cottonwood, AZ is not doi unmng well with employees and management. The street planning is bad enough in AZ but you have cars out in the middle of the road due to the way they built it, no thought to the home depot, or star bucks being next door. Back in Boston and New England the donuts were never lacking or the service. Also they barely have enough donuts to get customers through the day, it's rather small and lacking. The good old fashioned Bismarks in New England are no where to be found, and when you ask about them , the person taking the order gets snooty and corrects you that they are called Boston Cream...Nope, they are not the same. Anyone in New England would tell you. They need new employees, or train them correctly. No comment on the food yet to say how it is, but hoping it doesn't get bad like in Flagstaff. They need to acknowledge the customer, and they seem to be really young and socializing more with each other then taking their job seriously. Please help save Dunkin Donuts in Cottonwood, AZ, we all really wanted it here, but I think Dutch Brothers and Star Bucks might win over Dunkins potential business. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I went there 10 minutes ago and ordered a large iced vanilla latte with almond and a bacon egg & cheese bagel with hash browns. 1st off we got the food first and the hash browns were frozen, whatever they were 99 cents what can we expect. After a couple minutes they gave me my coffee, it was completely wrong just by the looks. I'm a barista full time so I understand what it's like to work in a coffee shop. The handed my an obvious iced coffee with no milk. The last I checked a latte was espresso, milk and sweetener, so why there was coffee in there at all who knows. I immediately, and politely, told them it was incorrect and they INSISTED it was correct and that the "new almond they use sometimes turns their lattes that color" they INSISTED I taste it so I did. Yup, it's an iced coffee, so I asked them to remake it and the guy at the counter threw a fit, he was cussing and throwing his hands around mad at me for his mistake. The brought me back the same drink with a splash of almond milk at the bottom. I refused it and left with no offer of a refund or the proper drink. So thank you dunkin for yelling at me for your employees mistake and wasting my $5 for a coffee I didn't even get. DONT GO HERE, the guy at the counter will try and fight you. read more

Decided to go back to DD again because the drive thru line was incredibly long at Starbucks and DD has both croissants and Beyond Beef sausage sandwiches. I ordered a decaf latte, two croissants, one egg-cheese-bacon sandwich and one BB sausage sandwich. I was the ONLY car in line - the whole time I was there. Odd at 12:30 PM - during the lunch hour. First they told me they were out of muffins for the BB sausage sandwich - which they claim to serve all day. Odd that early in the day and with literally no customers. OK, give me the sandwich on a croissant. After about 5 minutes, they gave me the sandwiches and croissants. (NOTE: I trusted them. Did not look in the bag. DON'T make my mistake.) Then I waited five minutes and they asked why I was waiting. They forgot my latter. Went home. Latte ho -hum. Egg-bacon-cheese sandwich was slimy. Could not tell what it was. Threw it away. The BB sausage sandwich was OK and the croissant was fresh. The 2 croissants I ordered separately were AT LEAST 2 days old. Crumbled into dust when I touched. Must have come from the Pharaoh's tomb in Egypt. If you go there, check each item at the window. Better yet, wait a litter long in line at Starbucks. read more
