I love Dunkin' Donuts. Hands down my favorite place to grab coffee or a quick donut before I study. Prices are really good and the service is always friendly. I always order their ice coffee with creamer and vanilla. Very smooth and not to sweet. If you don't like too much creamer make sure to tell them too add less or you won't get the coffee flavor. Service is always fast and efficient and they always make you feel welcome. There are enough tables and plug points to also hang out and study too. Overall I would recommend Dunkin' Donuts if you love donuts and coffee, plus if you need a cool new place to study! read more

Today Wed 8/28/24 around 730AM. There was a huge screaming match between one female employee with customers. It is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The young lady was left in the store by herself to wait on customers. She decided to take everyone's order first in the store before working on anyone's order. Which means the 1st person order that was taken they have to stand there and wait forever for their coffee and food which is unacceptable. It should be first come first serve if you are the only person in the store. So of course customers are going to get upset. Once the screaming back and forth gets started then a young gentleman comes inside the store to assist after the incident has happen. When customers asked who is the Supervisor of this store they both refused to give that information out. Also, when customer asked for their names they refused to say. More training is needed in Customer Service at this store. As much money as I spend in this store a conversation is needed with me and a Supervisor at that store. Also, a customers started to leave without there order. So that means the store is losing money. read more

Went here one time with my roommate to pick up doughnuts before a rave. They have a lot of flavors to choose from. Mostly went because my roommate had a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon for a free iced latte. Let me tell you... this latte was better than the McDonalds iced coffee I was drinking at the time. But I knew the latte was definitely higher in calories. Uh, some employees need to put their happy face on. I've decided to omit any names because I hate putting anyone on blast, unless of course he/she blew me away with amazing service. So anyway, the employee taking my order obviously didn't want to be there. I dropped by at 6pm on a Saturday night. They had at least three people working, two at the registers. The older gentleman helping out a customer seemed much more pleasant than the teenager handling my order. I asked for a dozen and she replied with, "anything else?" in a bored tone before I could even choose which flavors. Sure? I'd like 25 munchkins (doughnut holes) too. I felt so rushed. This was my first time at this location, so I'm gonna take longer than a minute to select flavors. I couldn't even see all the choices because she was standing too close to the middle of the racks. At least she informed me they didn't have plain sugar that day when I asked. I wasn't able to get chocolate glazed because I didn't realize the flavor options aren't uniform for all three separate sections. Her disinterested attitude soured my experience, but I was hopeful the products would sweeten the deal. Nope. The dozen I got was stale! Barely even edible the next day. I liked all the different colored toppings and snowflake sprinkles, but both raised and cake doughnut textures were off. The cruller was rough, no more soft chewiness. I was so disappointed. Thank goodness the munchkins tasted fresher! I got five of each: blueberry, chocolate, pumpkin, raspberry jelly filled, plus two powdered, three glazed. Those were great! Especially the blueberry and jelly filled. I recommend getting the munchkins. They also have savory breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and muffins. Try out the coffee drinks if you'd like. Dozen Box was holiday decor ready. But as they say, it's what's on the inside that counts. Total fail. I have tried to be understanding at this DD but every time I've been in, the place is disgustingly dirty. The floors are sticky and the counters are nasty every time. The windows and doors are greasy and gross. It looks like the staff never clean the store, whatsoever. Very different than the other DDs near by that are often impeccably clean. My husband told me that DD has a new branch in fremont. We decided to check it out over the weekend and to get some sweet tooth fix. We found parking in front of the store right away. (Which is awesome!) No lines inside, very few people were eating. The staff is very friendly and greeted us right away. I was bummed when I saw the donut selections they have, its very few. Im not so sure why. I ordered some munchkins, donut for the husband and 2 coffees. I gotta say Im a big fan of their coffee. I like how the sweetness is just in a right amount, specially when your eating a donut. THey did nailed the right formula for that! Welcome Dunkin Donuts to Fremont California. So I actually came on grand opening day but let me tell you the line was literally out the door going down around the corner. At this point I decided I was going to wait a few days and since I had to bring my truck in for service I decided "Hey I am hungry now and I want to get me some donuts." It was good decision though because the line was not that long yet and it actually moved pretty fast. I had ordered a dozen donuts, hash browns and a ham, egg and cheese sandwich. I have to say that the store had a very organized ordering system and I really like they also have an app available similar to Starbucks so you can order ahead of time get gift cards etc. but what I really love about the app is that you can see all the food items and they even have a donut count where you can check the donuts you want and it counts it for you. This actually helped me a lot so when I got to the counter I just pretty much read off my list and didn't have to worry about counting or checking what I wanted. I do recommend that you download the app.:} At the counter I was greeted with a wonderful smile and this is the kicker, the cashier was taking my order and as she was taking my order there was an employee behind her filling my order as I called off my list for my dozen of donuts. It was like BAM here are you donuts and I waited literally just 1 minute for my sandwich and hashbrowns. Great job guys for the fast service because this girl was still dying to get to bed after the mid shift. Now onto the donuts, I have to say that the price is reasonable similar to Krispy Kreme prices. I loved the Boston creme and the jelly doughnut and I will be honest I only ate those so far and I still have a few more to go with my dad. I think the donuts are good I would say they are better than 7-11 and Safeway but not a great as the more traditional pink box cake donuts. I did love the breakfast sandwich and the hash browns were good but they were a bit too oily and they did not really look golden as more they looked almost kinda of burnt on the edges but again they tasted great just a bit oily and they didn't really look that great. The next time I go I will try the famous coffee but I didn't want coffee because then I wouldn't have been able to sleep and the donut was just enough to put me into a sugar shock so I slept fantastic LOL. If you are looking for some donuts at a good price, great customer service, and again try the breakfast sandwiches they are delicious then come and check out the long awaited Dunkin Donut here in Fremont. Spending most of my life on the east coast, I never thought I would see the day where I waited in line for half an hour at a Dunkin' Donuts. But there I was, on a Sunday morning with my mom (also an east coast transplant) waiting amidst a sea of Dunkin hopefuls. Long story short, the quality of the Fremont location's donuts and coffee are just as good(or even better) than that of it's east coast siblings. Having a Dunkin Donuts open in your area when you're 5 months pregnant almost seems like a present from the heavens. I only wish this location was also a drive thru. We asked an employee if a drive thru could be in the works, and it seems to be a no-go. I guess we all just have to do a little exercise and walk-in the store before getting to enjoy our donuts. Not to worry folks, the walk from your car to the Dunkin Donuts front counter is totally worth it. read more

I was so stoked when I found out there was a Dunkin' Donuts opening here in Fremont! **Happy Dance** This Dunkin donut is particularly kind of small and it gets busy, especially in the morning. I stopped by today in the AM and ordered myself a vanilla iced coffee, one chocolate creme donut (My favorite!) and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich along with some mini hash browns. I personally love their vanilla ice coffee and it was great to take that first sip since the last time I had some Dunkin' Donuts was probably back in January. I love chocolate and that's why I love their chocolate creme donut...I love the simple, fluffy chocolate creme filling inside..that's my favorite part! This was actually the first time I've tried something on their breakfast menu and I'm glad it was the bacon, cheese and egg bagel sandwich. It was delicious! Though the mini hash browns tasted good...I did think they were a bit oily and slightly soggy :( Nonetheless, I'm happy there's a location close to home now. It's a tiny shop, there's one specific door to enter and one to leave. I went on Sunday afternoon and it wasn't so busy. I got my goodies within 10 minutes (that's including the wait in line). I could see this place getting really busy during breakfast time. I honestly wish I could compare this Dunkin' to other chains, but this was my first one. *gasp* But if you're around the area, check it out! I definitely recommend! Pros: ++ Reasonable pricing. Came here the Friday after the grand opening (which actually turns out to be national coffee day so they were offering some free coffee which was nice!) The line was around the corner but it moved pretty quickly which was great. The parking wasn't bad either there were plenty of open spots. The inside of the store itself is pretty small there's 4 or so tables in the center then some tables along the walls. There are two bathrooms on the side! They also sell merchandise like shirts and cups by the register which is cool. The staff was SO NICE! Even with all the people the staff was incredibly kind and always apologizing to us for the wait, which wasn't even too bad because everyone was moving so quickly and we got our order very quickly after paying! There was a wide array of donuts of all kinds! I went basic and got a glazed donut and it was delicious! Nothing too special just a good old glazed donut, my sister got the strawberry sprinkle donut which I tried and it was really good! I ordered the frozen hot chocolate and it was really good too! An east coast classic joins East Bay! They were prepared for the grand opening crowds this morning. Many lined up of all ages to welcome this branch to town. It is a cozy stop. You can purchase a souvenir mug, t shirt, or ornament to go with your coffee and donuts. I was happy with my Iced Pumpkin Swirl Latte and Strawberry Frost donut with sprinkles. Sprinkles make me smile. The Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich sounded unique so I gave it a try. My first time trying sweet bacon. It adds a nice sweet taste to the croissant sandwich. Pros- 1. Friendly staff 2. Spacious with a good amount of seating 3. Free samples! When we went in they had an employee going around giving out free samples of the Frozen Dunkachino. The drink was actually pretty good but kind of on the sweet side so I would definitely get a small drink and not a large. 4. Hash browns! It's 99 cents for a small bag of 6-7 quarter sized hash brown tots. They season it with something that makes it taste AMAZING!! 5. Sausage, bacon, & egg croissant - 2 for $5. Great deal going on right now especially since one breakfast biscuit is between $4-5. The croissants are super fluffy and buttery. Cons- 1. Donuts. For a place known for their donuts I wasn't especially impressed with them. I just got a basic donut with purple glaze and sprinkles but sadly the donut was stale like it had been sitting out for a few days. 2. Wait. This place is pretty popular right now so there is most likely going to be a wait outside of the door. Plus you have to wait for your food or drink after ordering so expect to not go there in a rush. 3. Picking Donuts. They do not offer one of my faves nutty chocolates or anything with nuts. Bavarian or boston cream is somehow hard to catch, must be one of their popular ones. I remember the first time I had DD in New York on a cold winter day. I got hooked on their coffee. Had it every day while I was out there. Missed their coffee when I came back to the Bay Area. Now I love that I can enjoy a cup of DD coffee every time the craving hits. Now about everything else... They have delicious buttery breakfast croissant sandwiches. Also, I like their donuts better than the other donut chain in this area because they're a bit more cake-like and not overly glazed in too much sugar. Plus they have more custard filled varieties.
