Purchased six cotton candy, special edition donuts, this morning. Service was fast. The donuts were placed in a box face up. Different customer service than my previous experience, two different employees as well. Daughter said they were delicious !

First time here. I Ordered 25 munchkins (10halloween 15 regular glaze) people came, ordered and received their order before me. Finally 10 minutes go buy and one worker asks me if I'm waiting on something. I tell her I'm waiting for the 25 munchkins. Around like 2/4 min later another worker an older lady asks me if I'm waiting for something, I tell her the same thing. She rudely tells me I can't hear you, so I come closer and very loudly repeat myself. Mind you I give the same energy I receive. A minute later BOOM I got my munchkins. The girl who originally took my order gave me my order and threw in a few extras in there. She the reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Will I go back, most likely not. Update: Munchkins are dry!!

And the coffee -- the most important part -- was genuinely excellent. I ordered a flat white, and it was one of the best I've had in the States. Unfortunately, the service was a letdown. It wasn't slow (I was the only customer at the counter), but the basic courtesy and warmth you'd expect at a coffee shop were completely missing. I greeted the barista cheerfully and tried to be friendly, but you would have thought I'd offended her personally. I get that everyone has off days -- maybe I reminded her of someone she didn't like -- but the customer who came in right after me was greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful "Good morning! The usual?" My thank-yous, on the other hand, were met with grunts and glares. All in all, it wasn't the best introduction to Reborn or the most pleasant way to start my day.

The milk they use always tastes fresh, like 'farm fresh' fresh. Every time we come here, we always get slices of their delicious honey cake which has the perfect level of subtle sweetness that I prefer. I'm not big on sweet stuff. I've also tried their Eggs Benedict which tastes better when you have it for dine-in. I wouldn't recommend ordering any of their breakfast items for take-out. Wait time is reasonable for made-to-order food items. Customer service is always outstanding. Every staff member I've encountered was super sweet, friendly, and patient. The shop is small but there are plenty of tables and chairs to sit at inside. Pricey but it's always a nice treat to come here when we're in the area.

Unfortunately, the customer service does not match the quality of the coffee. After receiving an incorrect mobile order, we simply brought it to the owner's attention on our next visit. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or showing any concern, we were met with a dismissive and condescending response. Multiple owners were present, and no one made any effort to address the situation. Mistakes happen. We weren't looking for anything unreasonable. A simple acknowledgment and basic customer appreciation would have gone a long way. There are plenty of great local coffee shops that serve excellent coffee while also providing warm, appreciative customer service. Good coffee may bring customers in, but how you treat them is what keeps them coming back. Unfortunately, after being loyal customers here, we won't be returning.

From the start, you're welcomed with the fresh scent of baked bread, fresh pastries, and coffee. I ordered the Ronnie on rye and my husband ordered the eggs Benedict. We also ordered a half sweet vanilla latte and a caramel macchiato. Everything was delicious! My sandwich was, honestly, heaven. It was such a delicious twist on a breakfast item to have a hot pastrami sandwich with egg, cheese, hash brown, and extra Dijon. Being pregnant, this was perfect. I tried my husband's eggs Benedict and it was delicious, as well. The bun was so soft and fluffy and created a great base for the dish. Finally, the coffees were nicely balanced and my half sweet vanilla latte had just the right amount of flavor. This cafe is bustling for good reason! Almost every table was full and there were plenty of people inside ready for to-go orders. But, it didn't feel overwhelming and remained welcoming. There's plenty of seating outside so dont be deterred! All of the staff were working hard and were very polite. Can't wait to go back!
