I came here to get a regular cup of coffee. There was no one in line at the walk up window when I ordered. Yes, they had a couple of cars at the drive through, but to wait over eight minutes for a regular coffee was ridiculous. There were two employees and a manager. The manager walked by the window several times and didn't say anything. They were making a lot of blended coffee drinks, but I know that I was there first. After the eight minutes and not only the manager, but the two employees as well that saw me and just kept ignoring me and a young lady that walked up after me, I finally had to literally put my head in the window and ask how long does it take to make a regular coffee. The employee who took my order went up to the manager and said something, then she took like thirty seconds to make my coffee. That's all the time it took to make but they had me waiting a very long time. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. The young woman that walked up behind me was there just to pick up something she ordered before she got there and she was waiting almost as long as I was. This location needs help!!! read more

Right when I got to the window the girl was extremely rude. She didn't even listen to what I asked for. When the other girl took my card to charge me, she was looking down at her phone and didn't even acknowledge me. I open the box to see my dozen order if donuts and nothing that I had ordered were there. So I asked her to please change it to what I order. So I settled for strawberry frosted and it was a day old donut that was far from fresh out of the oven. We love this Dunkin, and it feels very neighborhood-donut-shop to us! It is in a great location, we usually stop by after getting our groceries at the 99 Cent store next door. Our favorite donut here is the Pink donut with Sprinkles, but we also enjoy occasionally getting the more expensive but also more exciting seasonal donuts. Like the Spider one around Halloween. Or the classic Maple bar. Though it is mostly catered to being a drive-thru ocation, there are a few tables outside to eat. We like how fast they are at completing the order, the freshness of the donuts, the price, and the service. Most of the employees are quite young, but they are also very friendly and wear big smiles and offer great customer service. We have enjoyed every employee we have met, but we especially look forward to seeing Justin. He is the familiar smiling face who is usually working when we stop by after our grocery trip. Him and other employees here always look happy to see us and other customers, which is one of the reasons this feels like a local shop and not a chain. Great job, Dunkin! First time going here, I didn't know Friday June 1st 2018 was national donut day and apparently they didn't either. Order coffee and 2 plain donuts. Coffee was decent but was charged for one of the donuts even though it was national donut day. They also took forever going thru drive-up. They didn't seem very busy and it was 9am in the morning. When I drove up to pay at the window it was like they needed to re-take my order again. It was just large regular coffee and 2 plain old fashion donuts $4.87. Seem little high. Then we pulled up to the window and they forgot the entire order. They had to ask us three times what we ordered. (So what's the point of the speaker if you can't remember it from there to the window?) We ordered two drinks and three donuts and two of the donuts were the same thing! This place is a waste of time and money. The donuts taste as if they were from the previous day. I bought a couple of dozen for work, and I received complaints. Embarrassing, to say the least. Upon my second visit, no one answered the drive-through box. Pulling to the window, the workers inside saw me and acknowledged me but refused to let me know what the problem was. I don't know what happened to this location but it used to be so much better. But today was the last straw with them. It took 20 minutes to make it through the drive thru to pick up coffee that was ordered on the app. At first, I thought maybe it was because of the two cars in front of me but that was quickly squashed when I noticed every single on of them kept waiting for service as well. I waited 5 minutes alone just sitting at the window waiting for someone to come over and acknowledge I was even there. He didn't give me a receipt for my coffee (I wanted to complete the survey) because he had already moved on to the next transaction and couldn't go back. On top of that, my friend ordered coffee with soy milk and for the 6th time, they gave her regular milk. They are constantly getting orders wrong, have no idea what customer service means and move along at a snails pace. She gives me $2.50 change and my receipt said $10. Is someone trying the pocket the difference or do they not know the difference between a $10 vs $20 bill? The app had charged me twice. I had simply asked the cashier if it is possible for them to reimburse me, and I showed my statement. I've worked in customer service before so I always make sure to direct any questions or concerns as nicely and calmly as possible. The cashier asked a woman with blonde hair and blue eyes (I assume is the shift lead or manager)if they can reimburse me. She goes on a rant with a horrible attitude, staring at me while talking to the cashier saying if I have a problem with them, I should take it up to the app, not them. She states it's not her business/fault. Mind you, I did not have a problem. I was simply asking IF they can do it or if I would have to contact someone else. She also goes off on another rant saying she already gave me my full order (I didn't even bring up my order). She did NOT even give me my full order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. She had handed me the sandwich and said she would come back with the coffee. She never came back with the coffee and left me waiting as the only customer for about 5-8 minutes. The cashier ended up giving me my coffee that was just sitting on their counter. Overall, I walked away getting charged double for a meal, and receiving horrible customer service from an employee. Barring the fact that the donuts in general are lackluster compared to some of the ma and pa shops around here, the service itself is slow and generally unfriendly. Since this new location is close to my home I was hopeful to have a good close drive thru coffee shop. Not so much. We ordered 2 sugar free iced vanilla lattes. I noticed a sign that said you get a free donut with each coffee. The employee never mentioned the special. When I pointed out the special to the employee she seemed put out and asked if we actually wanted 2 donuts. I asked if they had old fashioned glazed and she brought back a plain cake and asked if that's what I want. What donut shop employee doesn't know what an old fashioned glazed donut is? We made our selections and when we got to the car my wife's donut had been thrown into the bag upside down onto the chocolate frosting. Absolutely didn't care about the product they were selling. We tasted the iced coffee and it was super super strong coffee with no vanilla flavoring. I took the drinks back to the employee and explained our issue. She looked at me and said well it's sugar free so you won't taste the vanilla. I said that's ridiculous and asked for the manager. The manager promptly added sugar free vanilla which we now could taste. Overall the iced drinks were not good, especially compared to other local coffee shops. It's evident they feel product quality and customer service are not needed when your a convenient big name. I would rather drink 7-11 coffee and donuts than what they were selling. I just want to take a moment to publicly recognize Robert the Manager at the El Toro Road location in Lake Forest, CA. I placed a phone order for 26 donuts for my daughter to take to school on her 9th birthday last week. Then one of his employees messed up my order and had to call to tell me my donuts would not be ready. Apparently, they had sold out of the donuts we had asked for and someone had misplaced my phone order. I asked to speak to a manager, and Robert got on the phone. Immediately, he was kind, empathetic, understanding, and went the extra mile for my family. He truly felt bad that my daughter would not be able to have donuts to take to her class that day at school. He said he couldn't bear to let that happen or to have that on his conscience. So, he offered to drive to my home at 6:45 in the morning in his own car to deliver the donuts. Not only did we get our order of pink-frosted, snowflake-sprinkled donuts, but he gave us an extra dozen donuts just for our troubles. What an amazing and sympathetic leader. We continue to tell the story to our family and friends and still are amazed by the kindness of Robert the Manager. My daughter had a very happy birthday because of him! read more

This is by far THE WORST Dunkin' I've ever been to! Immediately, this girl named Cat/Kat who took our orders was obviously/outwardly rude and already irritable. She messed up both mine and my friends orders. They forgot to add a glaze donut to my friend's order and when asked if it was the glazed donut in the bag not the Bavarian she replied "it doesn't matter." Ummm HELLO?! It does freaking matter! I asked for a unsweetened tea and she gave me sweet tea instead. I told her it was the wrong tea, She annoyingly took it and didn't apologize.. and went to the back to give me what I actually asked for. Pulling away from the drive thru I realized I couldn't even put my straw in the cup because she added SOOOO MUCH ICE. An excessive and unnecessary amount. I showed her how my straw wouldn't even fit due to all the ice and asked if she could remove some the ice and top it off with more tea. She slowly removes the ice and brings it back not refilling the tea and gives me some BS lie about how there's no more tea left so she can't refill it.. and that she always adds that much ice to people's drink. Again, that's another lie since she had just given me a sweet tea prior with way less ice! I got my money back instead. The cashier named Justin also was rude. The managers at this place need to do a better job on who they hire. This is ridiculous and my friends are never coming back again.
