During the whole covid19 pandemic and limiting the amount of people in stores is understandable. 4 people total in the store right? Explain how 2 people walk out after their order was finished inside so me as 1 person walks in and gets told there's too many people inside and to leave not to mention I waited in line for 25 minutes before this altercation. We stumbled upon this location while frolicking through Hollywood Boulevard after a day at the Museum of Death and couldn't help but realize that it was a rare opportunity for a Californians like us to get Dunkin' Donuts. There are only a few open in Los Angeles so we had to give it a shot. I imagine parking to get here would be incredibly difficult but we parked almost a block away where we paid $20 whilst spending a couple hours around the block. I'd be cautious to come here at night. The area itself seems a little questionable as if it was just recently gentrified. Here a strange mix of homeless people walk about amongst younger well dressed people who live in the new apartments above this establishment but the place itself is clean nonetheless. Service here is friendly and quick. The guy in the front was especially accommodating which is appreciated because he probably gets Dunkin' noobs like me all the time. I was pleasantly surprised with how inexpensive it was. We scored a medium latte and two donuts, a chocolate sprinkle along with a Boston Creme all for under $5! They have about 10+ different flavors for lattes as well including caramel, vanilla, blueberry etc. Overall, a great first time experience. read more

I would say I'm excited and finally there is now one in my area but not really. When I was kid, this was my favorite doughnut store. This store is quite small, few tables and chairs outside and a couple inside. There is no parking. You have to go to building and park there. They don't validate but free for 10 minutes. If you prefer a meter parking there are few across the street on Hollywood Blvd. but good luck with that. Just walk. Much easier. Not much selections of doughnuts. Breakfast menu are just ok. They still have my favorite munchkins though. I'd come back for sure whenever I have cravings. read more

8 years of living in LA and ive JUST discovered Dunkin'. What is wrong with me? Yes, it's worth the hype. Only $6-ish for half a dozen mouth watering incredible (fresh tasting) donuts. They're so light that you can easily get through 3 or 4 in a sitting. But beware, these bad boys are LOADED with calories. A few 'healthier' options, the egg white and cheese wrap wasn't half bad and under 300 calories and the small chai was mmmmmm. And duh, no vegan options. Look, I'm originally an east coaster. I love Dunkin. However they do have a serious crowd control issue. Of corse there are going to be lines, especially in the morning. This location very clearly has a sign out front saying "Only 4 guest allowed in the lobby at a time". So cool, just line up outside until its your turn. However the Uber Eats/Postmates drivers and on line order people seem to think this doesn't apply to them, they are above the law, and seriously up to 15 people can be in the small lobby at a time. Easy solution to resolve, an employee just needs to be positioned out front during peak hours to direct traffic and line and only allow the 4 people in at a time since no one can read or seems to care about social distancing and just a sign doesn't do it. read more

Great products and great staff. Stopped in yesterday evening and even though this is a time when most such business are closed i was able to get a delicious bacon egg and cheese sandwhich and superb blueberry munchies which are like donut holes but more cake like and the best i have ever had which is saying something since i am a huge foodie and amature chef. The real treat here are the employees Victor, Daniel and Jasmin who started out by jumping onto the secondary register to serve me without a wait and were happy to take my special requests and even though it was close to closing they were energetic and pleased to serve me even before i asked for all their names to make sure they got the review and praise they deserve so much. Best service of any donut shop that is for sure but so much more than just that. I would love to get a hold of their bosses and tell them they deserve a raise. read more

I usually have great experiences at this location but I just went in trying to get a last minute donut on donut day and as I'm walking in, the woman mopping the floor in front of the entrance wouldn't stop mopping so I could get in. When you've had one too many, would you say you were "dunk"? Terrible jokes aside, this place was alright. It has a splendid location down the Walk of Fame in Hollywood nestled right on a corner. The last time we were in Hollywood we were walking back from a show at the Pantages and decided to pop in here to grab a couple doughnuts for the long trip back home and to use the restroom before heading out. Well, the restrooms had a sign saying that they were broken. I guess people came in and literally sh!t some bricks and broke all the damn toilets. The line was pretty long, but the guy running the counter kept his cool and professionally hurried people along while still trying to maintain good customer service. When it was our turn, we ordered a couple doughnuts and went on our way. Now, its just my personal gripe but, I really dislike how they have the trays and display of their donuts behind the counter. For me, it makes it a little harder to see them all clearly. Really though, the doughnuts are the stars of this show, so why wouldn't you want them front and center proudly displayed and advertised for all the patrons to see? Every other donut shop I have ever been to before has all their donuts displayed in front of the counter in cases, so why not Dunkin' Donuts? The donuts themselves did the trick and were decent enough, but I didn't feel they were impressive. I prefer DD's coffee over their doughnuts I suppose. Stoked when we found out this new location near us. I mean it's still a 10min drive from Atwater Village but it's much better than driving to Encino. Would have gotten five stars, if not for a lack a parking lot. Parking is non-existent here. Grrr! Location is across from The Pantages Theatre so it's a tourist trap. But if you love DD like me, then you would brave it. If you're going here, unless you're parked already, I suggest you have someone drive you, and drop you off at the front of the store, have your driver wait for you, order your donuts, and get back in the car, and call it a day. Save yourselves the headache. The staff is very courteous, and helpful. When I came here for the first time in the pouring rain (it was raining hard!) I had some trouble looking for the place. The African-American gentlemen was very patient & helpful. The store is fairly small, just a small table inside, but they do have outside seating. However, because this is Hollywood, you'll will come across vagrants. You've been warned. The donuts pretty much sell themselves. No introduction needed. It's DUNKIN' DONUTS! Best donuts IMO! Four stars simply because we finally have a Dunkin in the Hollywood area. Less than five stars because parking is impossible. If you live in the area, the only option is to walk (which is at times shady.) If you're a tourist, this location is perfect for you as you sightsee up and down Hollywood Boulevard or exit a show at the Pantages across the street. For me, a local, traveling to this Dunkin is outside my woman-walking-alone comfort level, so I would rather drive, but I'm not paying $8 to park. So, I've only been once. Props, however, that it's across the street from the Metro station. Anyways, parking woes aside, it's an *okay* Dunkin Donuts. It's very, very small - one narrow way in and out. The staff was friendly enough. It didn't have as much variety as the Dunkins of the East Coast I am used to. But, they had a good selection of donuts and munchkins on a Saturday afternoon. They've even hopped on the blueberry donut train, which I enjoy. The donuts were close to what I remember (munchkins not quite on point, but it's LA, what can you expect?) My iced latte, however, was just as I'd hoped. Naturally, I'll make a stop on those days I decide to walk down to Hollywood Boulevard among the tourists. I love Dunkin Donuts. But donuts should be a worry-free experience and if Dunkin Donuts is going to operate from that corner they should have a security guard. While I was enjoying their bomb-ass donuts, two transient types needed to charge their cellphones and basically harassed a young couple for their table because it had an outlet under it. Of course, the transients bought nothing, just sat there and proceeded to roll a blunt. This was at 12:30 in the afternoon, it's not like there was another empty table, so the young couple basically left holding their half-eaten egg sandwiches. Hollywood's been needing a Dunkin' for YEARS and this location does not dissapoint! It is well located, just a block east of Hollywood and Vine, a little outside of the craziness of Hollywood-Highland but still within walking distance of the touristy hot spots. I've been twice since it opened about a week ago and the service and quality is top notch. I have not had to wait in line at all and both my food and coffee came out within a few minutes. There is just enough seating for this small location and a nice patio area which I am sure will be lovely when it is warm out. Parking is usually a little hard/expensive in the area but I was able to find a spot on the street right out front for a quick run in during my commute to work.
