I come here fairly regularly lately before I go to work about 3 times a week. I really love Dunkin but this location is not it. They get my order wrong more than they get it right. At this point I'd rather go without coffee than end up with an abomination like I did today because they would not listen to me. Every time I ask for a large they make me a medium, another time I sat at the speaker for more than 5 minutes before finally leaving and seeing the employees were just ignoring me. You guys win, I'll stop frequenting this location. read more

Absolutely awful customer service. I called to get a copy of a receipt for an expense report. The gentleman clearly didn't know how to find even though I gave him the last four digits of my card number, the amount it was for, and the date of the transaction. I asked when I can speak with someone who can assist me and he told me to call back at 9am the next day. When I called the next day, someone answered and then pretended that the call disconnected. I've been trying to call back multiple times per hour and they keep switching from answering the phone and not saying anything, to letting it ring to voicemail. This is clearly not an issue with their phone system as it's obvious that this is intentional and inconsistent with how the phone has been. 0/10 read more

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. On multiple occasions, I would order mobile orders and they would forget items only for me to realize this by the time I would get to work. In addition, this morning I ordered three donuts from their location on the mobile app. when I went to the store they ended up not having these donuts in stock so I asked for a replacement of three different donuts, however because these three different donuts were 40 cents more in price than the ones I had originally ordered they refused this request. When I asked to process a refund, they told me they don't handle refunds and that I had to call corporate who is only open Monday through Friday (it is Saturday). Just all around bad business. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my community however, I will be driving the extra distance just to avoid this location. My advice to them is to get better. read more

I stopped in here a few weeks ago with a coupon for 2-for-1 packaged coffees- a great deal! My son and I were the only ones in the joint. Six employees all seemed to be manning one drive-thru window, although morning rush was definitely long gone. 3 of those six employees walked past us while letting us know "someone will be with you shortly". Really? Fire in the back room? Donald Trump in the drive thru? I told my son "we're going 6-for-6. and when that happens, we're outta here!" Someone eventually helped us. DD's does not package their Pumpkin coffee in 1 lb. bags, so I was stuck getting Original and French Vanilla. The moral of the story, service here really stinks. read more

They almost never get my order right. One time I went and ordered 5 identical coffees through the drive through. I then drove away, and 2 min later I took a sip of my coffee. It had absolutely no sweetener, and I had ordered it with caramel swirl sweetened syrup. They messed up all 5 coffees. That is $25. The coffees were not even drinkable. As a person who likes sugar in their coffee, I can not drink completely unsweetened coffee. I did not have time to turn around as I had a time constraint and needed to be somewhere. I reached out to Dunkin who forwarded my message to the owner of the store (Daniella Malku). She basically apologized and that was it. I was upset at this point because those coffees went into the garbage and I literally lost $25. She didn't offer any type of compensation which I thought was ridiculous. Seeing that it was ridiculous, I emailed her back telling her that I wasted $25 on those coffees and would like some compensation or replacement coffees or ANYTHING because I threw $25 in the trash because of her store's mistake. She didn't even reply. Horrible service from an owner or manager or whatever she is. Total scam, awful customer service. I've had drinks made wrong from this store so many times that I will taste my drink before driving away now even if there are 50 cars behind me. Bad experience. read more

Yes they are a lot cheaper than star bucks. But slower than any service I've had before. I've given them a dozen different tries at this location and they've never gotten my order right. I would rather pay 5x times the price for star bucks that's 2 doors down and now wait 25 minutes in line and have my order right then do this every day. read more

This is my FIRST time at dunkin' donuts! (thanks to my aunt for getting me a gift card). There was only 1 person working today at 3:00p when I went there to place a 'To Go' order. He was very efficient with handling my order. It took him about 5-10 minutes to get me my sandwich and medium hot chocolate w/ water to me. 10/10 would recommend this location. read more

Good WiFi, the usual good DD coffee and reasonable prices, clean, a solid place to get some work done. On the negative side, there's just this one helpful polite fellow working both the counter and the drive through, so he was easily overwhelmed when I was there. He had nearly run out of doughnuts (!) which actually suited my waistline just fine but it really seems to defy the identity of the place. The sounds system wasn't in sync so speakers were out of phase which bugged the bejezus out of me. read more

Well today March 24th I stopped by at dunkin donuts the one where I said I wouldn't come back to, because the front door was locked, and had to use the drive thru. Well today I was able to pick my own, Jesus (store mgr. ) was there , I explained what happened to me the last time I was here. He gave me a discount, and told me he fired the dude that was there when I was there the last time( like 3 or 4 wks ago) I have to say I was pleased with the service and selection , the crew at the oak creek power house were very pleased. This Dunkin is ran by a bunch of young kids who don't care to make the drinks right. Either they mess up the order, or the drinks taste horrible. Iced coffees are flavorless, full of too much ice, with chunks of hard sugar at the bottom. Dunkacinos taste like tap water mixed with hershey syrup. The food is never fresh and it's always messy in the bag, with no napkins. Drinks are handed to you covered in something sticky and when asked to wipe off, you're given attitude. Summer cups are used in Winter and vice versa. Get it together guys. read more

Sourdough breakfast sandwich was not toasted at all and the hash browns were very soggy.

I came to this location at about 1030 am and ordered two coffees and three breakfast wraps. Seemed to take a bit longer than would have been expected. After getting out food and hitting the road we hadn't gotten a block away and when taking a bite the egg inside was still frozen on not one but all three and the sausage was cold. Went back and when i went inside and let the clerk know he almost didn't seem to care nor did he seemed surprised. He remade them and while watching him do so i was baffled as to how he didn't catch this the first time since he grabbed them with his hands (with gloves...the same gloves that he just handled money with through the drive threw window). I left and this time the eggs were hot but the sausage was still cold. I then drank my coffee and realized he didn't put the cream or sugar that I ordered. What a complete debacle!!! read more

I come here probably once a week. Overall, it's a good experience for me. I ordered a 6 PC tater tot last week and got 16, so that was awesome. Sometimes they don't have things in stock that they should, so that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. read more

When DD opened in Oak Creek about a year ago, I was thrilled because my family and I had been going to one about a half hour away...and this was much closer to our home. Since then, I have gone there about a dozen times and am almost always disappointed by the service and the pitiful variety of doughnuts. Today, I showed up at 9:30 and there were FOUR kinds of doughnuts left -- I couldn't believe if. I mean, the place is called Dunkin DONUTS -- should there be a few more types of doughnuts available? That would be like Taco Bell running out of tacos. Much of the staff - including a woman who appears to be the manager - looks like they don't want to be there. Again, I was pretty excited when they opened and have been fairly regular since it's nearby....but I'm disappointed almost every time I go! read more

Don't patronize, I went there for the free donut Friday I couldn't open my app for them to scan the code, so I asked them if I still could get the friday free donuts since I had the app, she said rudely we don't give away free stuff!! Newly opened, this is the only DD in the area aside from the one by the airport on Layton and it still amazes me that it took so long to get another one closer to Oak Creek/Franklin, especially after seeing how common they are in Chicago (and probably the rest of the country). I came in the day after Thanksgiving and it was empty, though people went through the drive-thru. I had a coupon for coffee and asked if I could get a dunkaccino with it. The lady, who wasn't taking drive-thru orders, rudely said in a rush, "No, only regular black." I asked her how much one of their breakfast sandwiches would be and she rang it up, saying quickly, "Would that be all?" I said I only wanted to know the price and she sort of sighed while deleting it. Regardless of that, yeah, it's a Dunkin and if you live around here, you're going to go despite how nice the workers are because it's a chain, it's predictable, and it's new (the same reason people wait forever at the Taco Bell on Howell). After visiting a couple times, though, I hope you'll remember that Pick n Save or Piggly Wiggly donuts are cheaper, though quality isn't always guaranteed, and maybe (hopefully) drift away from here because I can't franchises that crutch onto the fact they're a chain and slack in service for it. read more

Fruit flies on the donut holes! "Oh, I know it's really annoying" the employees say when point it out. Well, not buying food here! Three employees working and I can't get a coffee with nonfat milk and pumpkin spice added to it correctly. They have to make it, iquickly pour it out because they realized it was wrong and to start over again I've been in the store for 20 minutes this is ridiculous I'm leaving. I love dunkin but I will go to Starbucks right down the road from here since time and time again, the workers have been messing up my orders. It takes them over 15+minutes to get a few orders out. By that time, I would be late to work. They NEVER have anything in stock. In the past couple of months, I probably only had a few of orders that were correct. I love dunkin, but I will refuse to go to this location. I will gladly spend more at Starbucks where my order will be correct then go here and have something totally different than what I was expecting. read more

This store is worst. They are beyond slow. They will not give you plastic knife. They always give you small straw for large drink. Never are there napkins in bag. The other day I was in drive thru. No customers inside and they asked me to please wait. 4 minutes later they took my order. They I get to window.... keep in mind I am only customer in site. I have to wait for iced tea. Fuck Dunkin Donuts. Terrible and incompetent service at both Oak Creek locations. Neither can seem to understand how to pour iced coffee into a cup without adding a cloying amount of syrup to it not to mention their donuts are dried up and shriveled. Manager was rude and annoyed by me asking to remake my order as I asked for it. I have reached out to the store owner of the Ryan Road location and corporate via phone and email. I haven't received any responses. I will not be going back. Customer service today wasn't up to par from previous times visited. When servicing customers don't give the "attitude" that you don't care. I'm am sure there are others out there who could easily replace you. I am very disappointed with the service today, customers should never feel uncomfortable in any establishment while in the service industry especially in the food department. My order wasn't complicated and they weren't busy at all. Instead it felt like it was a chore to do your job. You may want to reevaluate working there. I don't understand this place having bad reviews, but my experience was awesome. My husband and I walked down here from the Pilot because Dunkin coffee is way better. We walked in and were greeted promptly and the employee that took our order was really nice. My husband's coffee came out perfect, as did my latte. We also got two orders of hash browns, which were made fresh, which is a definite plus. I wish all Dunkin locations had service that great. Probably helps that it wasn't that busy when we got here, but still very pleased and will come back if ever through this way again. read more

It was hard to give this location even one star. The manager does absolutely nothing to rectify a bad situation. Her response to customer complaint was just to shake her head and tell us that her job is not easy. How hard is it to put the cheese on the inside of the wrap??? I ordered a black coffee and at least 5 people after me walked out with coffee. One customer ordered a box of coffee and got it before I got mine. I was told they were very busy and that is why we didn't get our coffee before the other customers. Zombie ‍ guts. this place makes me go hog wild the food is to die for and I understand that the donuts can run out because of how many cool and awesome customers shop here. This is my favorite Dunkin in the world because of the great drinks and food and most of all the amazing and outgoing friendly staff, they always talk to me and make me feel happy by the time when I'm leaving.
