I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but gosh this was straight up Bad! To the point where I think the owners NEED to take this seriously. We've seen really bad reviews on Yelp but still decided to give this place a try to confirm. The whole experience was not pleasant, and the coffee was straight up terrible. It wasn't even that crowded for the drive thru line. But one single car was taking 30 mins for something - my goodness, you could have moved! OR the workers could have suggested them to wait in the parking lot. The cars in front of us also lost it! Very inefficient! Then the coffee - My.gosh. The Pumpkin Cold Brew tasted like someone dumped a whole jar of ground cinnamon plus five cigarettes to it. It was straight up disgusting. The caramel latte tasted like it's made straight out of Caramel creamer and milk - absolutely no coffee taste. I would give drinks Zero star. I've heard that Dunkin is famous for their coffee. This can't be it. This is giving Dunkin a really bad name. I hope the owners of this place really take this into consideration and fix their whole system. read more

June 2021 They're currently open for drive thru only (6/11/21). I visited this location two times. First time was in the morning around 10AM on a weekend. I waited about 40 mins to order. I visited again on a weekday around 6pm and waited 35 mins to order. So far I've only tried their drinks bc I haven't seen the best review for their donuts/food items. Based off the drinks, the price is pretty reasonable. I tried their small cold brew + sweet foam which was was $3 and some change. This cold brew was a bit watery and not too strong, but still had a decent taste to it. My second visit I tried a medium matcha latte w/ skim milk which was $4.23. While in the drive thru line waiting to order, I looked at their menu online and didn't see matcha latte w/ oat milk as an option, but next time I'll ask since I prefer oat milk. The employees are likely working as fast as they can, however be sure to come with patience. For now there's only 1 window to order, so you will most likely have to wait to place your order. Dunkin is new to town so expect people to take a few minutes to order. Maybe if they have enough employees, they can consider having someone stand outside to take orders and answer any questions like at Dutch bros and in n out. For now, 3 stars. Once there is more than 1 way to order and pick up your order, I'll be back to try more drinks like an iced coffee. read more

I went through the drive-thru, and the manager who took my order told me that the drink I was ordering is complicated, implying I was wasting her time. 38 minutes of disappointment. I grew up eating Dunkin' Donuts and was hoping to relive some of my old time memories of when I was a child. This time with a twist as I can afford and splurge and not limited to one donut as what parents would limit you to as it was bad for you; yup it's food cheat day ya all. To my surprise, not all the donut flavors are there. Not even one that I liked when I was a child. Apparently, they only have five flavors per day and its not advertised so you have to wait in line (38 minutes for me) to find its all glazed today--chocolate glaze, original glaze, lemon glaze, blueberry jelly glaze, old fashioned. Wtf!!! It's like they woke up today thinking I'm going to be lazy and its just glaze day! Augh, I had hoped a boston creme or chocolate one on top (not glaze), or at least powdered. Augh! Such a waste of time. Only 12 cars on front of me and it took 38 minutes--no way my toddler can chill in the backseat with his iPad while we wait cause the line is ridiculous--I guess its because its still new. I made a purchase at this store.  I went to the back where there are two bathrooms.  One had an out of order sign.  The other bathroom one didn't.  Both bathrooms were locked.  I wen't to the front and asked for the bathroom key.  They said the bathroom is out of order.  I said I wanted to use the one that wasn't out of order.  They said it's an employee only bathroom.  I said that is wrong and they turned their backs on me and went back to making drinks.  I had to use a disgusting bathroom at a nearby business. They added the employee only sign after I was turned down and they saw me walk to the nearby business.  Anyway, they should never turn down a customer in desperate need of using the bathroom just because they are scared of having to clean their second bathroom. This is the closest Dunkin' to me, so the drive isn't too bad. The coffee is pretty good, but the donuts and apple fritters are pretty mediocre. Compared to other Dunkin's I've been to, it could be better. If you're looking to buy donuts or anything else in particular instead of the drinks, I'd recommend other shops. read more

Hopefully the manager or owner reads this: Everytime I go to Dunkin' and order an everything bagel before noon they don't have any!! I was told by an employee "they don't make many - usually about 5 since they aren't popular." I replied, "well every time I come here, which is most days of the week, you don't have any." Ok, so we've all read the reviews. First of all this place is new. Mostly teens and young adults working. They are doing their best they can. It's not their fault that their upper management has not given them more employees to help with the business of this place. I made an mobile order since I heard the drive thru line was still super long and took forever. I got there about 10 minutes later. I didn't expect my stuff to be ready so I knew I'd be waiting a few more minutes. A few people came in and made their orders. I waited about 20 minutes for my MO, and also for someone to help me. I also didn't get their attention since I knew they were busy. I wasn't in any rush. The employee shay asked me what order I was waiting for and she told me she'd help me. I said no problem, thanks. She gave me a large drink instead of my medium for waiting and extra donut holes as well. Again I thanked her. While I had been waiting a customer came in yelling that they drive thru was not moving. That's not really gonna make the line go faster is that? Like I said this place is still new, be patient, don't be that a hole customer all mad. If you walk in it's a lot faster than the drive thru. Same with mobile order, just walk in and order it's a lot faster. This was during the week at 9am. I can only imagine how much busier this place is on The Weeknd. Second visit, early in the morning drive-thru experience... I'm not sure if the employees are still training but man, this is terrible. The guy who asked for my order didn't know what kind of donuts they have. They usually have a sign up with donut flavors but not today. That's ok, I think I was the 4th car since they opened and it's still early. I get that adjustment period when I'm starting my shift too. I asked for a 50pc munchkin box, assorted. He asked, "so like, different flavors, right?". Yes, I replied. Like everyone else, I patiently waited for my order, 5-10mins sitting in the car. I only checked if my order was complete but not exactly what's inside the boxes until I got home so I was surprised when I opened the munchkins box with only 2 different flavors, 25 jelly and 25 berry powdered. Ok, that's still technically different flavors BUT they tasted stale. That's the awful part! First time here was a week ago, also early morning. So far, they haven't messed up my croissant orders so I will definitely suggest them. They're so good, warm, flaky and flavorful. I hope they improve and not close down but I would also suggest visiting the ones in Foothills and Greenback than this location for now. I was pretty excited about Dunkin' opening up here since the last time I had it was over 16 years ago when I moved. I waited a couple weeks so the line wasn't too long. I arrived at about 7:20am and there were 4 cars in front of me? I thought the drive thru was going to be quick since there weren't that many cars but it took them awhile.. I didn't leave until 7:43am. The one thing I looked forward to getting was the Boston Cream donut but they didn't have any. Their selection for donuts was very small today. I ended up getting the donut holes and they were okay. There wasn't that much glaze on it as I would have liked. I also got the hazelnut iced coffee. I probably wont make the trip back unless I'm in the area, we'll see. 23 min to order and receive drinks/food in a drive thru... Their menu also didn't have any of the donut selections on it. This is by far the worst Dunkin I have been to. I've even been to one in Iceland. I was excited because we don't have one near us, and we wanted to stop for some iced coffee goodness. 1) the older blonde lady at the drive thru (the receipt said "Crystal") was not wearing a mask. Like at all. None in sight. 2) the other worker I saw was not wearing a mask properly. It was under his chin. 3) current county ordinance states masks must be worn indoors regardless of vaccination status. 4) if you're in the food industry and working with the public you should be wearing a mask! If you can't be bothered, go find a different job. So of course we were taken aback by that. Then as we drove off, we both took sips of our coffee and went "BLEH". Mine tasted old! Hers tasted old and bitter! It was as if they don't clean the coffee brewer or something. And they completely forgot to add the vanilla syrup in my nieces coffee. We couldn't even consume them they were so bad! It's clear there is little to no leadership at this particular Dunkin. Hopefully this was her first day and things will improve. Ordered two items...two items wrong. No milk, no sweetener and wrong size...payment with the app was another issue. Dunkin is usually a really good Donut. Not at this location. We bought a dozen donuts. All either chocolate filled, vanilla cream filled or jelly. For some reason the only vanilla cream was at the sight if the injection. Maybe a teaspoon worth. Literally none inside the donut. Chocolate same way. Also..... they had the least amount of powder on the outside. Ownership is either extremely cheap or staff is not trained correctly. Roseville location has much more cream and powder. Much better location. Bruceville location is inconsistent, vanilla ice coffee/cold brew is bitter one time, sweet the next. I want to support this location, but it is bad. Bad service & lack of management. I was so happy to get a Dunkin' near me. However, today I went & had to wait a while for someone to take our ordered in the drive thru which isn't a big deal. They had a low selection of donuts for 9:30 am. There was only one car ahead of me. I ordered 4 blueberry donuts and somehow ended up with 4 glazed donuts. Not sure how they could mix that up. This Dunkin' Donuts is brand new and to my surprise if you come late enough there isn't a line. The drinks are good compared to other Dunkin'. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5/4 is because the manager (what I assume) was not wearing a mask. I am reaching out as I am overjoyed with the service at the Dunkin 5625 Florin Rd, Sacramento CA. Each and every time I go to this facility they go above and beyond to reach the ultimate customer satisfaction. Today we went and they were extremely busy with a very long line for their drive through, come to find out two other employees called out. Immediately when we pulled up they apologized for the wait, which wasn't long at all. They were extremely efficient and delivered our sandwiches to the highest of quality. Every time we visit this location their product surpasses any expectation one could receive from a fast food facility. I am born and raised from New Jersey where we have our fair share of Dunkin over there, I was a regular back home and truly grew up with it being a large impact in my life and happiness. Dunkin was there for me through school and so many different jobs, when I moved out to California there wasn't any Dunkin's near me until this location opened up, and it was like a taste of home. The employees are part to thank for that. We have found ourselves to be regulars at this location due to the purest delivery and experience we have here every time. One employee we see working very hard nearly every time we visit with the biggest smile on their face is Tristian.
