SAH felt dusty, hot and dark inside. Waited at the front counter for a bit til an employee greeted me. Nice and knowledgeable but SAH did not have the key blank either. Ended up at A-Abbott Locksmith in Orange who was able to cut me a new key.

They sat there with me trying a bunch of different bits until the screws finally decided to cooperate. And even after 20 plus minutes of messing around with the damn thing, they were going to offer me a deal for the bit for my broke ass. I said "no way" and called up a friend to borrow a few bucks cause these people deserve every penny and then some. I'll be coming here any time I need anything hardware related. Could not recommend enough.

I stopped in to have a key cut for my SUV using key blanks I had already purchased online, only to be told they wouldn't cut them because they weren't purchased from their store. At no point over the years was I ever told this was their policy. After years of supporting this business, they refused to perform a simple key-cutting service. Customer loyalty should count for something. Very disappointing experience. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I understand they obviously have theft issues, because there's a person full-time at the door. But then there's thug looking people, especially the woman with the long black hair, that follow you around the store, less than 6 feet in your personal space. I thought she was gonna come over me to get to my husband who she thought was going to steal a jar of jam. We were still in the store, trying to browse, which was impossible to do with a multiple people standing in our way literally as we tried to walk down aisles . Is the jam that good????? should we have bought a case? We finally just had to leave and PAY FOR THE JAM and get our online order. LEVOLOR found our original purchase order and replaced our blinds. LAKEESHA, our representative at Lowe's Tustin, then SUMMER, the manager and JEREMIAH Bischof, the Lowe's installer did a fabulous job making sure our product arrived safely and completely, then coordinated the installation on a date that was perfect for us. Mr. Bischof did not leave until our blinds were perfectly installed in our windows and worked perfectly. I'm headed to Lowes now to see if I have better luck over there. I can't wait for AI robots to take all of your jobs. What an absolute waste of labor cost for your company.
