When we got to the shop, the appointment wasn't scheduled and the tires were not actually available. Annoying, but it was a website issue so it's not the fault of the shop. When I arrived they took me right in, installed the tires promptly, I had chosen the tires on their web site so that when I made the appointment they were able to give me when they would be there. We made an appointment at 10 am on a Thursday to have 4 tires installed. They said they were in stock. We got there only to be told they didn't have them. They wanted us to leave the car and they would get them from another Dunn. That wasn't possible having only one car so we asked them to call us when they came in. We'd come back. We were told it would be that afternoon. We never heard from them so my husband called and they said they'd be in the next day. He called them in the afternoon on Friday after not hearing from them and he said they still didn't have them. When he called again the guy said to give him 20 minutes and he'd call back to let him know when they had the tires. It is now Monday and we're still waiting for that call that was coming in 20 minutes. Thank God we didn't leave the car. We'd have been without a car for 5 days and counting. Very poor service which is surprising because we've always had good service there. read more

Made an appointment to have an alignment done for my 2016 Mini cooper. I hit a pothole a couple months ago, making the alignment off. When I put my winter tires on I noticed that the summer tires were worn unevenly, prompting the need for an alignment. My appointment was for noon and I dropped the car off at 9:20am, in hopes they could get it in sooner. I received a call at 9:52am saying they could not do the alignment. They claimed my tires were "too big" and they could not get the machine to line up right with the lasers... I went and picked up my vehicle and remembered it's 2025, and I have a dash cam! Antonio was the tech who brought my car into the shop but immediately decided that I have the wrong tires, and he could not do the alignment. He then shows other coworkers my wrong tires and seems to not want to work? The whole time I can view the tire alignment machine, and the heads that go on the tires never leave the rack... I'm not sure why he decided he didn't want to align this car but it saddens me that I was blatantly lied to about my vehicle, and the "work" that was preformed... or lack thereof. read more

We stopped by a few days back since one of the new tires we bought at the ridge rd store had been leaking since day one. They found corrosion on the rim and ground it off. Of course I don't know why they didn't do it the first time. They tried to charge us 1/2 price for a rebalance! We bought tires with a promise (on the booklet and on the wall) of free lifetime balance. Now they want to charge! Covered up the part of their sign that says free lifetime balance. That's not the deal we bought! The ridge rd store is not honoring the deal we bought. I just called the monroe ave store and they are doing it fairly. If you bought under thr free balance deal (now gone) you get free balance. Grandfathered in. Honoring the deal. read more

I called and got a price on tires, then made an appointment. They gave me the Out the Door Price, which means everything's included such as mounting and balancing. When I arrived they tried to sell me an extended warranty. I expected this because I believe there's not much profit margin in selling tires so they try to make it up by selling warranties. When I declined the guy said I was playing hardball by refusing. Then he said there was an extra charge for my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) on the valves. Why wasn't this mentioned in the quote I said, you know, the Out the Door Pricing? He said they must have forgotten. Well, maybe I thought. Then, when I declined the optional TPMS charge he said that I could, but he would yell at me when I brought it back. I realize he was probably somewhat kidding but by this point I was offended and fairly angry. If I wanted to haggle on price I would have gone somewhere else. My main reason for coming here was to avoid that. I picked up my keys and in a calm polite voice, said that I changed my mind and decided not to purchase my tires there. I know how to play the haggling game, and when I do I'm polite and accept some give and take. But I prefer not to deal that way. I ended up going somewhere else and played the normal haggle game and got the same tires for almost exactly the same price. They probably have good products and service here but I didn't like the way I was dealt with. I may give them another try but not for awhile. read more

This place is NOT the Dunn Tire from years ago...It started when I bought 4 new tires and they brought out my car with no hubcaps. When I asked why they were still off the car the counter person told me that I had to return in 50-75 miles to have them re-torqued for safety. When I informed them I was on my way out of town and that I could not return in that space of time I was told it was "Company Policy" and they flat out refused. I put them on myself in the Parking lot.. I went back this year (why I don't know) to have my studded snow tires put on my rear wheel drive car.. I was told they can't put on ONLY 2 snow tires.. again "Company Policy". These guys might be able to fool young kids or old ladies but I'm done with them!!! I think they are confusing the word safety for the word greed!! read more
