The fact that I have to rate this coffee stand this low, sucks. I usually have a great experience at Dutch Bros. I've been coming to these stands for as long as i can remember, even when I originally lived in Oregon. This location has given me more issues than any other. Most times my drink is never made correctly but my bigger issue is the lack awareness from employees. Many of them are quite oblivious to the fact that the line is backing up and will have a conversation with someone in the drive thru for upwards to 15mins. read more

I've heard so many good things about Dutch Bros but unfortunately I was let down. The drive thru had a long line and I was like wow this place must be great ! A young girl approached me with a pad and ask me for my order. I told her it was our first time and she asked me questions like coffee , fruit, energy drink and based on our answers she made the order decisions for us I was mind blown . I was like this better be good ... unfortunately it wasn't that great . I'm really hesitant to go back but if I do I'll be getting off to take a look at the menu and make my own decision. read more

Coming from the east coast I never had Dutch Bros, but day after day from 5am til 10pm this place had a line around it in the drive thru. We stopped to see what all the buzz was about. The options for drinks they have is unreal, and challenging to figure out what you want. I always look at the online menu as it seems to have MUCH more information on items you can order. What bummed me out about this place was the price ($15 for two drinks?!), and the fact that there is like 100 bottles of artificial flavorings hanging all over the walls inside. Which brings me back to my first negative $15 for two drinks, and it's just mixed syrup! read more

My family loves this place! I've already been four times since opening and they are fast, organized and have super friendly employees. The girls at the drive through keep the line moving quickly which makes me not mind much the ginormous lines that might otherwise make me steer clear of this place for all eternity. I've tried the Palm Beach tea, cinnamon dolce, cinnamon roll, 911 small comes with 2 shots of espresso with cookie and an islander. I've already used two free drink cards as the selections keep us coming back for more and filling up our collections of stamps. I have a free drink stamp card now to use next time and I may just get a large 911 that comes with 6 shots of espresso on a day that I need to be extremely alert ! read more

Just waited behind some lady that decided she needed to talk to every employee at this place!!! All throughout the one and at the window I got my stuff before I reached the window that's how bad this was! 20 minutes later now that I am late for work I guess gossip time is over!!! I sit in traffic 3 hours a day I'd like not to sit at a window for coffee so frustrated and angry . Drinks are really good and I'm excited they finally have a store in South Goodyear. However, the workers are not taking their job seriously. They were talking with friends while they take orders. We waited 5mins for just one group in front of us. If you don't want to deal with it, just go to the drive through. read more

I love Dutch Bros as a whole and typically never have had a bad experience here. They are always fast and extremely friendly. Not to mention their coffee is amazing. But I have been to this location several times both at the walk up window and the drive thru and they have both much slower and generally not as pleasant of an experience as I have come to expect from this chain. Dutch bros will continue to be one of my favorite places to stop for coffee but I'll be avoiding this location from now on. read more

Wish I was young again. I knew this was a winner first time my son brought a mocha to me. Much much better then Starbucks for sure. You can taste the expresso unlike the other guys. I love their mocha and would get one everyday if I didn't have to wait so long in line. If you are young and have lots of energy and ambition this is a great start and possible finish to your career. Only way to get a franchise is to have worked there. They franchise is very affordable. We just need more of them so I can get more often without having to wait in the long lines they always have. read more

I always receive such positive and friendly interactions with any Dutch Bros Coffee staff; however, on one evening at this particular location my friend and I ordered a large blended rebel, we always ask for a medium cup on the side because when splitting the large makes enough for the two of us. We had been doing this for the passed few days and no Dutch Bros employee seemed to have a problem with it until I drove up to the drive thru window at this Dutch Bros and was questioned for my request and looked at funny by a male employee. He proceeded to ask his blonde, female co-worker for the cup we asked for and she openly rolled her eyes in disgust for our request and he nodded along with her. I felt like an inconvenience and was embarrassed by the exchange because they didn't even try to hide their displeased expressions:( read more

So glad they have this location. It's 24 hours and with the amount of people always here, they have managed to do a decent job of moving the line efficiently. This has awesome outdoor seating. I love DB and was so happy when we finally got one close to us. However I can't stand that it takes forever to get your coffee! Starbucks has a huge following as well but still gets you in and out fast. I get it they want to have good customer service but they also don't need to have huge conversations with every employee! Tonight was one of the worst times at Dutch Bros. And I am very loyal to this coffee brand. This all could have been avoided as well. Unknowing of their new policy change. I order my drink, paid for my drinks & complementing their service because they were getting orders quickly. I even expressed to the cashier i am from Mesa, visiting my friends. Than waited in line for 15 mins. Get to the window with my punch card. Get my drinks, gave them my punch card. Than this rude manager informs me I was supposed to get my stamps when I paid for my drinks. No one had express to me this policy change for this location. This just made my whole experience bad. Today I was in Goodyear visiting friends; I was driving back to Tucson the same evening. I was craving a coffee before I hit the road. I pulled in the line then after a minute I realise I forgot my card.. they don't take cash... after waiting a 15 minutes, I finally get to order from Matt. I told him how I trapped myself in the line and I forgot my debit card. He genuinely told me don't worry he'll take care of it, he got out his phone and paid for my drink. He was so very friendly and didn't have to do that. I appreciated that so much. It really made my night. He was very kind. read more

This is my least favorite dutch bros. I'm not sure if they use any sort of measurements when they are making a drink. Last night/early this morning, I went here to get a decaf tea that was made extra sweet. When I was given the drink I could already tell it was incorrect based on the color. When I tried it (after I had already driven down the street to head home), it was disgusting. I drove back, went to the window, and told them it was made incorrectly. The guy says "well you got a decaf tea that's how they taste." I replied with, "no it's not. The other location manages to do it just fine." He says "so do you want it fixed, do you want it remade?" I asked to have it remade, and the guy remakes it, once again, gross and discolored. Wasn't offered my money back, was given another gross drink and was so irritated I just went home. read more
