right before businesses began getting shut down back in march, i went to this dutch bros location to have an intimate and deep conversation with a friend on their patio. we stood in line to get our orders taken and then sat at a table as we waited. when our drinks were ready, an obnoxious male worker starts waving his arms and pointing at me screaming "hey susan! yo hey susan your drink is ready! susan! yeah you your drink is ready". i gave him my actual name when i gave him my order. because i was having this deep conversation with a friend, i was blocking all the outside noise out and was prepared to hear my name when the drinks were ready. people began staring and asking me "is that you?" it ruined my experience hanging out at the patio location. i've encountered this guy once more in the drive thru and he makes my visit unpleasant with his obnoxiousness and lack of empathy. read more

We love dutch bros!! I can get my lattes made with almond milk. My husband gets his iced latte or mocha and we always get a Gem Berry for our daughter, or, the Tropical drink in the summer and she loves the latte when it's cold. When you get excited about dutch bros and tell them how much you like their coffee and service they will give you a 2nd stamp on your dutch mafia beverage card!! Awesome location I can walk from my house. Beautiful patio they have fans, heaters, and mist sprinklers. Prepared for all kinds of weather! They truly put thought into the layout and construction. I love going to Dutch bros. I go 2x a week if I'm lucky, and if the line isn't long! I normally go to the one close to my house in east Mesa on Alma. The line there is always moving, there's at least two people taking orders when it's busy and sometimes they even run out my drink before I get the window. But on our way to Lake Havasu, we stopped here to get our fix. I waited in line for an hour! There was only one person taking orders and the line didn't move for at least 10 mins on an off the whole time. My drink was great but not worth the extra 45 min wait. read more

Best location by far! I hate going to other locations. The Estrella location has the nicest staff and always gets my drinks right. The staff makes it a point to make everyone smile and always asks how your day is going. I'm there every day. I have been a regular DB drinker for years. And a 3-5 times a week drinker for last 4 years. I'm a freeze snob. And as you can imagine I have spent much time, money, and know what my drink should taste like. Since we have moved to the west valley 3 years ago, I have been to all the West Valley locations that are all owned by the same owner. And the freezes just aren't consistent. I have taken back so many drinks to get a new one made or get an iced drink because the freeze machine just wasn't working. But the staff should clearly see that and know not to hand out a 1/2 assed drink. It's super rude to someone who has literally spent hundreds of dollars on drinks from DB. Since it is so inconsistent, I just don't go anymore because it's $6 of a loss and huge waste of time and annoying. Starbucks is consistent at least. Would hope West Valley DB would get on board with consistency, update their machines, and train staff to not try and hand out crappy drinks because it just isn't right and in the end you will lose customers who paid very well and regularly for that drink they once liked. read more

My husband and I recently just switch from Starbucks to Dutch Bros and decided to come to this location and I just have to say wow what a change! They treated us like a part of the family basically and it was such a different atmosphere than the Starbucks that we normally normally go to. We told them that we are brand new to Dutch Bros and the crew was so excited to tell us all about the drinks and how it worked with the stamp card and they were just so welcoming and it made us want to keep coming back. Not to mention there 24/7 so that's a huge benefit and doesn't matter what time of day you come here, their customer service is always above and beyond and consistent!!! read more

I love Dutch Bros but this location is extremely slow. I've been in line for about 20 minutes now and still haven't gotten my order. One of the girls that was out taking orders would stay on a car for the longest time while the other girl was taking everyone else's orders. I ordered a Nutty Irishman with English Toffee and Chocolate drizzled. This is what I got (all white drink). It tastes like pure creamer, zero coffee, zero hazelnut, zero chocolate. I have tried SEVERAL different drinks from here, like the Dirty Macchiato and Aftershock, and it seems as if the staff has no idea what is on the secret menu? Or how to make a drink? It seriously is one click away on google to look up if you aren't sure. I feel like you need to have a test on the drinks before you can allow someone to be behind the counter and make them. I am PISSED because I paid $5+ for coffee creamer. Seriously, tf is this? A PURE white drink when I ordered a Nutty Irishman with TOFFEE and CHOCOLATE IN IT? I've tried to give this place a chance time and time again but now that I've spent countless money on wrong drinks and not complaining about it, I'm tried of it. They need to understand that it's acceptable to be nice and polite while also being quick. Maybe she was new? Then once she took my order I handed her my stamp card and when she handed it back she didn't even stamp it. Crazy. I usually come to this location and have no problems. Today I came and talked to the girl at the window. She actually asked me if I was going to work which I said yes to. I waited 20 minutes for my SMALL drink and there wasn't even a long line. Then I went up to the window to ask her when my drink was gonna be ready and it was literally right there in front of her in the counter!! Are you serious?? And she proceeded to ignore me and call people up who had gotten there AFTER me to get their drinks while I'm literally looking dead at my drink. What the heck?? She gave 5 people who arrived after me their drinks and theirs were BEHIND mine on the counter and I watched her keep going down line until she finally stopped and TOLD me what my drink was and hesitated before she gave it to me. Will never come back to this location again. I'd rather drive 20 minutes out to a further location than risk this girl apparently trying to sabatoge me again.
