This was by far the worst Dutch Bros experience I've ever had. I visited at 8:30am on a Sunday. When I pulled up, the car in front of me was having their order taken. After the young woman took that order she walked away. I then proceeded to wait 9 minutes without ANY cars moving and without seeing anyone to take my order. Someone starting bringing drinks out to the cars in front of me, and I sat there, along with the 2 lines that formed behind me. Our orders weren't taken and we didn't move. Then suddenly all of the cars drove thru and someone came out to take my order; she asked "have you already ordered?" WHAT?!? Do you not have a clue what's happening out here? Well, let me explain. "NOTHING!" We are just sitting here. I ordered and drove ahead to pay. At that window the girl started chatting with me like I hadn't been in this line watching the lack of activity for the last 10 minutes. She asked if I needed a punch card. Really? No thanks, if I wanted one I could have chiseled one from stone while I waited. I told her I just wanted to pay and leave because I've been here too long already. She just said "ok". She was totally oblivious or uninterested in the parking lot had created in their DT. read more

So I come here every month on sticker day because my daughter collects them and I come here often I pay full price for all my drinks and when it's not one reason she can't have a sticker it's another and she's a toddler so I just find it poor customer service the drinks are good but just false advertising and I always purchase at least 2 drinks a day when I come read more

Woe momma.....I am officially a "Dutch Mom" and even have the sticker to prove it. I suppose I am officially addicted, which would really suck if they weren't also so much fun to visit. I mean don't think you are just going to come flying through here and be on your way.....but that is actually the best part. These employees either drink way to much of their own product or are one of the most upbeat group of staff I have ever met. I personally think it is the latter, although I'm not going to say caffein doesn't play at least a little role; I mean I'm certainly a happier person after I've been officially caffeinated. I have several favorites but I must say my go to, at least this summer, has been the double rainbow black tea with grapefruit drizzle on top. However, if I feel the need to indulge I can always count on a delicious iced golden eagle with extra Carmel drizzle, mm, mm, mmmm. I love ditch bros! Whenever we are in an area that has one we make it a point to stop by. We've always had pleasant visits. The girl taking our order was very friendly and we felt like we were visiting old friends. We have different drinks we like but my kids really love the Dino egg frost, my husband loves the annihilator and I love the cherry blossom freeze. This is the fourth time coming to this location that is advertised as being open 24/7 when in reality it closes at an undisclosed time of the day. They are brand new, but still efficient. Customer service is great and drinks are amazing! I heard someone complain about the 15-20 minute wait, but with 15 cars ahead I feel like that should be expected. Just don't plan on getting through the drive-thru super fast. Just plan accordingly. I usually love this place but today my experience was absolutely horrible. I waited in line for 40 mins because one of the girls that takes orders decided it was a good idea to socialize with her friend in the car in front of me for 15 mins about how pretty her hair looked. I didn't get to place my order until I reached the window with 20 cars behind me. I asked to speak to a manager and 2 teenagers approached, both with attitudes and excuses. Got the email from corporate and they refused to give me names. I will definitely be sending a complaint. I think I'm more upset with the lack of professionalism. Lost a loyal customer for sure. read more

We stopped here on our way to Scottsdale. So awesome to finally try Dutch Bros!! It was easily 105 degrees at 9:30ish in the morning. Those people working outside taking orders were HUSTLING and kept great attitudes in spite of the horrible heat. The young man that helped us happened to say through course of conversation, that he was one of the managers. Super nice guy. We had questions never having been here and he was so patient with us and very informative and he was cheerful too. Even the people at the window giving us our order were very nice. Great customer service. And this Palm Beach green tea is great!!! Just my two cents...please give your employees shaded stations with fans or something. Whoever works here on Wednesdays before noon... shouldn't the barista who was taking orders at the window stood around, didn't take my order for the 10 minutes I stood there and wasn't handing out the orders. People were waiting for their drinks that were sitting right there waiting. I watched her make her own drink and sip on it while me and at least 10 other people waited to order or be handed their drinks. This poor nurse was late for work waiting for her coffee that sat right behind the window. Never experienced this at this Dutch before. Garbage direction for lines. Was in line for over 30min. They had someone direct cars for lines and for listening I got put in the line with the slowest girl to take orders. The car that pulled in at the same time as me was like 6 cars in front of me by the time I ordered. Drink quality was garbage also. let me start off by saying I freakin love Dutch bros!! I generally have good quick visits but there are those occasional crappy visits that just irritate the heck out of me. The ones that annoy me are when they have lots of cars and one person taking orders. Or not moving up when the line is moving. Again, it doesn't happen often but when it does it's just the worst. Think of it as those rare bad days. But other then those bad days I have to say my drinks are always spot on, staff is friendly, generally quick when order taking and having my drink ready when I get to the window. I've always liked Dutch and their friendliness and kindness to their customers - I love the Goodyear location on Indian School, but the one on Pebble Creek lacks efficiency. I'm often sitting in the line for 45 minutes, sometimes more sometimes less. I work for Starbucks and if we had customers waiting that long, we'd be extremely apologetic and work hard to change it. I live in WA and only come down here every 3 months, but even after 3 month intervals the wait time only seems to get worse. read more

Gave this place three chances. First one, waited over half an hour at the walk up window. Second one, even longer at the drive thru. Third time, my car didn't move for over 20 minutes (and left). Unbelievable. The employees need to stop making conversations with every car. Every person in the drive thru are there to get their order and head out. That is the essence of a drive thru. Nobody in their right mind would be coming here repeatedly if they had to wait so long. There needs to be more staff inside making orders. The wait is ridiculous. While I appreciate this place being a spot for teens to hang out, workers have no regard to their duties and tend to their friends instead of customers. The GM here needs to read this complaint seriously. Everything about this place is unprofessional. Other Dutch Bros I've encountered are professional but no, not here. The fact that I have to rate this coffee stand this low, sucks. I usually have a great experience at Dutch Bros. I've been coming to these stands for as long as i can remember, even when I originally lived in Oregon. This location has given me more issues than any other. Most times my drink is never made correctly but my bigger issue is the lack awareness from employees. I told her it was our first time and she asked me questions like coffee , fruit, energy drink and based on our answers she made the order decisions for us I was mind blown .
