OMG, I could have this iced coffee every day, & about one month ago, I did have it every day, for 5 days straight. I like this location better than the one by the University b/c it's easier to drive into, & everyone was really sweet. I like all of the iced coffee flavors I tried, like the Annihilator, Caramelizer, White Mocha, one cannot go wrong with those flavors. But my favorite is the Snickerdoodle, it's the best!! Great drinks and friendly service. I ordered through the drive-thru and even though the line of cars was long, I got my drinks pretty quick. I got the seasonal iced Caramel Pumpkin Brulee and the Mango smoothie. The pumpkin brulee was a perfect Fall drink and you could really taste the pumpkin. The mango smoothie was really good too but it definitely had some artificial flavoring going on. It's really really sweet. read more

We pulled up today with nearly no line. We expected stellar coffee due to there being no line and no rush to make our coffee. Got our coffee, drove away and what a waste. We haven't been here for a few weeks due to decline in taste and this was mo exception. Got a cocomo and it def wasnt what I've come to expect. Safe to say that when I bring up Dutch to my wife, it's going to get shut down immediately. Really disappointed that they haven't been producing decent coffee. Let me start off by saying today was my first time visiting a Dutch Bros. We are from California and recently moved to Arizona so I heard about this place and decided to try it out. The service our family received was amazing! I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who took our order because she was extremely friendly and helpful. My husband ordered an Iced Breve White Zombie and I took the young lady's recommendation of an Iced Breve Golden Eagle since she said it's similar to a Caramel Macchiato. We got our daughter a Chocolate Chip Bread which she enjoyed & she was given a whip stick. We DEFINITELY will be coming back. read more

This place is the best... Good (strong!) coffee, fun drinks, plenty of non-dairy options (including multiple non-dairy milks), reasonable prices, friendly "Broistas." This isn't a grab-and-go place: If you're getting coffee before work, you better have a flexible boss, or get up early. There's often a wait. But they move the line quickly, and are often generous with the free drinks or extra stamps on your card if things get out of hand. Make sure to sample your drink before you leave: if they mess it up (rarely!) or you just don't like it, they'll remake it, no questions asked. They are great at making suggestions that you might like (but insist that you try it before you leave to make sure you love it), and will even take all your allergies into consideration when making suggestions. Sometimes they get a little nosy about why we want nondairy milk (we're vegan, but we're also allergic, and let's be honest-- no one wants to hear about what happens when we accidentally consume dairy), but we've run into more than few workers who ended up trying and loving the nondairy options or going all-out vegan after asking us a lot of questions, so I think that's kind of awesome. I have severe celiac disease, so I am hesitant to go to coffee shops that offer gluteny baked goods, because I've been glutened from coffee before. But DB sells WAY more drinks than baked goods and I have NEVER been glutened here. Dutch Bros (all locations) are the only coffee shops in this area that I trust and feel safe at. I've seen people (not on Yelp) complain that Dutch Bros is "too happy" and "Just give me my coffee without talking to me," and I feel like that kind of sums up our whole Arizona experience. DB is one of the nicest places in the valley, and it's nice to go somewhere where we don't feel judged or like just another dollar. Probably won't return to this location for awhile, waited in line for 10 minutes while the lady taking the order was having a full on conversation with one car while 5 others waited. Finally backed up and decided to go to the WALK UP WINDOW, that had a SIGN stating it was open. Waited another 10 minutes watched a worker be on her phone & even made eye contact with her a few times before I started to knock on the window for help. Took a couple knocks for anyone to seem to care and the employee that came to tell me only the drive though was open even though their HUGE ASS sign stated other wise was extremely rude and condescending. She needs to be fired!!! Almost 40 minutes sitting in line for two coffees thanks to one idiot. The tall black gal with long straight hair needs to be fired immediately if she is still employed there. She drives a black Chevy Malibu with Dutch Bros. stickers in the rear window. We arrived and there was no line at all. Unfortunately this idiot was in front of us and we got behind her. She sat and bullshitted with the guy taking orders (kid will dark black hair, small beard, tattoos). While the gal was placing her order and bullshitting four cars in the other lane placed their order and went in front of us. When this idiot gal finally finished bullshitting and had her order placed she left her car running and got out and went inside Dutch Bros through the back door that is right by the drive through lane. This allowed cars to go in front of her that ordered way after us and we could not move because she was inside the place and her car was left running in the drive through lane. When she finally came out I honked and flipped her off and yelled for her to get in her car and quit screwing around. You could see the cars arriving at the window that ordered after us were all out of order as their orders were not ready and they were expecting us but we were a long ways back. Then the idiot gal gets to the window and changes her order and orders new stuff. They give her something she ordered, she tastes it and hands it back to them and they take it back inside to adjust it. They finally had to start running our drinks out to us because this idiot girl had the line so backed up. Several cars behind us all now had our drinks but had to continue sitting in the line because this idiot was at the window screwing around sending shit back and forth. The cars now were backed up all the way so they looped around the parking lot into the second row and it was empty when we got there. Cars were turning around and leaving because the line was not moving. All thanks to this idiot girl. I'm assuming she works there because she knew all of them and she went in the back door when she left her car running in the drive through. If she does I hope today was her last day and she is looking for a new job tomorrow. I'll never be back to this zoo. read more

I love Dutch bros and was so happy when they came to Goodyear. Why can't they be as friendly as other Dutch Bros! One time a girl was rude because we told her she skipped us three times ( as in she kept taking orders in the right side), she didn't apologize and said "well I can take your order now. Another time we asked for whip cream on my kids drinks and a guy Trying to be nice brought us our drinks before we got to the window, we had also already paid. We told him thank you but that we asked for whip-cream. On our kids drinks he giggled and said oh sorry and walked away. So instead of making it quick we stopped anyways and asked if they could add whip cream they took my kids drinks and set them on the side and waited about 1-2 min and then added whip cream and we left. Another time two of the employees were arguing about who was taking who and because of their confrontation they took it out on us and the girl looked frustrated and couldn't even set a smile. All you have to do is add a favorite ingredient and it will show you many drink options using that/those ingredients. You don't have to pick from the ones shown outside the stand, although those are all delicious too!! Hot or cold!! The employees are so wonderful, friendly and helpful. This place is amazing. They are very personable and always go the extra mile for everyone. If the order is ever made wrong they are immediate to fix it, every time. I want to give everyone there a shout out for always being amazing. Unfortunately i dont remember her name but she was working this morning and she helped me a lot! I was having a rough stressful morning and I was every where. I got in line and realized I didnt have my debit card and when she came up to my window I was like I am so sorry for wasting your time but I dont have my card, upset needing my coffee lol but I was ready to leave without one. She ended up recognizing me and said oh you come here a lot I got you today. She literally made my whole morning flip I am so so grateful. I love how they actually care and make the effort to remember regulars. I am super happy with this location. It's busy but so much easier to navigate then the other Goodyear location. The drive thru and walk up get packed but the staff is very good at getting orders through while still maintaining lots of Dutch Luv. I really like the seating area that's available at the walk up too. Finally another alternative place to meet a friend for coffee. If you haven't tried Dutch their menu might look limited (not sure why they changed that) when you first get there but they have lots of different drinks they can make just ask then enjoy! read more

I think the music was turned up where they couldn't hear my order correctly. I ordered a medium hot mocha add shot. Then got iced after that a hot white mocha. I don't even think I got the add shot. I enjoy this location. My coffee is always good, the staff is always friendly and going above and beyond. The only time I have seen the line out of control is on sticker days, which is understandable. I also enjoy that they adjust to my kids on a whim. Some days they want the whip and I get it and my kids freak out, but the employees are able to roll with it. read more

I discovered Dutch Bros on a trip up to Washington a couple years ago and they are not in Utah (or anywhere close) so I don't get it much these days. Went to Phoenix to visit family and I totally stumbled upon this location by accident but I was beyond stoked to get some awesome coffee. They do the two lanes for you to order and they merge into one where you pay and pickup. The line was super long and I was totally cool waiting because this stuff is worth it. I was so sad when I actually got my drink. It was gross and somehow watered down. I couldn't taste the espresso. The best way to describe it is it tastes like it was the last few drinks of a flavored latte in which all the ice has melted but then the cup was filled back up with just water. Not saying that's what they did, just how it tasted. Considering the line was still hella long, I just tossed it and went off to find the nearest Starbucks super disappointed. The woman that took my order out in the line with the tablet was super nice and so was the girl at the window, they were great. The drink, not at all. read more

Such bad service. Was there with my boyfriend two days in a row and took an extremely long time to get our drinks after leaving 20% tips both days. First day we got into the drive thru line. Took 15 mins to get through it. Thought maybe they were just held up a bit. Second day left our house 20 mins early to get drinks before work. We start at 5:30 the Dutch is exactly 5 mins away. Drive through line was super long so we decided to wait in the standing line. There were five other people waiting to order and two who had already been helped. Our order was taken at 5:03 and we didn't leave until 5:27! Only to get into the car and see my boyfriends drink was made iced instead of blended. There's no way 9 drinks needed to take that long ended up being late to clock in for work. Dutch Bros in Surprise could never. read more
