Every Dutch bros is a 5 star cafe. They make every experience so fun and personal, I barely remember how great the coffee selection is! I usually don't go for flavors and blended drinks, but the cocomo is so tasty and something I haven't really found anywhere else. Best coffee in our area by far!! Amazingly fast friendly and professional service and the flavors of their arabica coffee are so smooth and satisfying!! I'm quite a regular at this location and they always make it a point to remember us and are so great with my kids! My kids love their flavored milks (vanilla is top choice) they love their smoothies soooo much so fresh and flavorful and made with real fruit... They are so great to put whip cream right on the straw for my kids as a fun bonus treat! My kids also love their Italian sodas with lots and lots of flavor choices but we recommend the raspberry with extra cream and whip and especially delicious orange with extra cream and whip!! It's just like an orange creamsicle Y U M! Here's my fun mommy tip... Don't want to have to get your kids a drink every time you treat yourself to coffee (much needed caffeine lol I have 4 kids 6 and under I know:-) then ask the workers for free "whip-sticks" it's just a straw with whip cream on top and it's free and my kids love it! Another HUGE thing that DB does over Starbucks is their stamp system!! You get a stamp per drink instead of per transaction!! After 10 stamps you get a FREE drink, any drink you want! They ALSO do promos Alll the time!! You can find them locally, through text, or Facebook... Like New Year's Day they gave 3 stamps per any drink purchase and every Tuesday is double stamp day, two stamps per drink purchase! If you have a crew in your car like me go on tuesdays and I let my kids get vanilla milks with my coffee purchase and pay less then $10 for 4 drinks and score 8 stamps towards a free drink!!! Lastly favorite drinks are Iced white zombie (yup they have a "secret delicious menu" that they will share with you if you just ask) this drink is a blend of their delish coffee and vanilla and white mocha!! It's rocking no lies!! Hot white grasshopper!! Best holiday season drink! It's a white mocha and smooth mint flavored coffee party in your mouth!! There is always a line with no drive through speakers. But it's generally fine considering the upbeat and friendly employees, and they usually will have someone outside texting orders back to the store. The blended rebels are always my favorite! Oh, DB, you make all other coffee houses seem bland and boring and uninteresting. Seriously, their employees are like a four year old on a sugar high. They are always super excited to see you and ask about your day/weekend/life/brother/cousin/friend/car/hair. Seriously. My recommendation? An iced annihilator. Do it. You will love it. Found this gem while out driving. Passed it many times and wonder what was with all the vehicles lined up around the parking lot. Decided I needed a pick me up and decided to give them a try. Omg! Was the best cold brewed coffee I had ever had. What was even more impressive is the people that worked there really enjoyed their job there. They were all so happy and friendly and eager to help me pick out a coffee they thought I'd enjoyed since I'd never tried them. The wait was a little long, but it was totally worth the wait. This was my first visit and as soon as I walked up I loved how it just seemed like it was a party with all the music playing and flashing lights everywhere. Ordered the iced carmelizer which is basically an iced mocha with a ton of caramel in it. I've got to say I'm pretty impressed. Typically drinks like this are so sweet you can't taste the coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't overwhelmed by the amount of sugar. Best coffee spot ever!!!!! I am in love with Dutch Bros!!!!! I went there after my co-worker kept talking to me about it. Let me say that before I was introduced to Dutch bros I was a Starbucks girl. VERY DEDICATED SBUX GIRL! My first visit there I placed my order... I forgot to say that I wanted coconut milk & I apologized and told them it was my first time at Dutch Bros. Right away every employee greeted me and I got a card full of stamps for my next visit. Every visit since has been amazing! I love how quickly I get my coffee even if there are 10 cars ahead of me. Been going since they opened... Definitely on my favorite list. I recommend the kicker, chai tea (dirty, couple shots of espresso) or just a regular coffee with cream. The staff is very friendly and after a couple times they will call you by name and remember you favorite drink. They are very personable and certainly care about the customer. This Dutch Bros. location is pretty rad. The staff is always friendly and they come off more real than some of the other locations. The conversations Dutch Bros. are known for vary per location and this one is actually genuine. There aren't girls with their tops falling off looking at you googly eyed hoping for a big tip (pun intended) or annoying, gittery employees who are spazzing out. The coffee is solid. They lack on their walk up side. The drive thru is obviously supposed to be faster but the walk up window takes forever! Sometimes we wait a good 15 minutes with only 5 people in line... This location is always hoppin and I always look forward to coming here when I want to shell out some cash for an amazing drink to start my morning off right. Ask about "cold pour." No ice, chilled coffee, more drink. Drink up or save for later. Ask for a cup with ice and you can make two drinks. read more

They need to train their employees better! Recently had a run in with a rude person who pulled a u-turn and cut me off in line. Not Dutch Bros fault to be sure. It would have remained an issue between me and the trashy couple who did it...that is until I got to watch the employee who reached their car to take their order pantomime her agreement and shared hilarity at the tale. When she came to take my order I told her "See here's the thing. I see you were told the story by the car in front of me. I also saw your great enjoyment and commiserating with them...but here's the thing they were in the wrong and now you have made that injustice so much worse by participating." She then went on to tell me the other car's justification for cutting me in line which was "they thought you were leaving". Okay great, but when I walked up to their car and said "Hey, you must not have seen me but I am in line for coffee" that would have been their opportunity to do the right thing and pull out and start over. But that isn't what they did. So I told her "Your job should be, at least, to remain neutral. Because the people you are slamming and laughing at with those guys.... are sitting the car behind them WATCHING you." Long story short....I left the line entirely. I don't reward that kind of bad behavior with my money...and frankly neither should an employer. I ran into the worst employee ever at this location. I went here with my elderly mother who is the biggest Dutch Bros fan. The girl who served us had a friend or someone she already knew ordering in front of us and they talked for about 5 minutes while a line formed. When we got to the window my mother and I ordered our drinks and the girl asked me if I needed a stamp card and I said "yeah" and she didn't hear me and raised her voice saying "Just say yes or no!" I wrote to Dutch Bros about my experience and got coupons but it still doesn't change the fact that someone made my mom wait while they had an entire conversation about "high school days" then disrespected me by raising their voice at me. Took my girls for sticker day. We got two drinks. One as purchase and one with a stamp card. Barista refused to give us two stickers due to the fact that we used a stamp card. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have had at Dutch bros (and I'm a pretty avid visitor). The girl taking our drink order was very rude and didn't now how to put in our drink order. The guy at the counter was equally rude and when I gave him my stamp card, which was two stamps away from being full, he returned two stamp card with only 4 stamps on them. When I told him that those weren't right he was not apologetic at all and didn't seem to care. I'm used to having Dutch bros employees be super nice and these ones were the exact opposite. read more

I love Dutch Bros Coffee. Always consistent....like their long lines. I visited the Greenfield location today. Ordered my drink from the customer service person who takes the order in the parking lot. It was a short line today; maybe 8 to 10 cars in front of us and about the same behind us. Everyone's drinks were delivered to each car before they got to the window, including mine. The car in front of me spent 5 minutes just chatting with the employee. You are stuck..no matter if you get your drink or not. You want to chat...park the car and take your break. It's just getting a little ridiculous. read more

Was very excited for Dutch on my way home, and decided to stop at this location. My first mistake as this isn't my usual stop but thought I'd be pretty safe. Sad to say anything negative about this shop as the guys taking our order were phenomenal and very nice, but as we got the the window our order was mysteriously lost. The girl at the window was obvious very flustered and frustrated and ask for our order somewhat rudely and turned her back as she proceeded to rush our drinks. Once we received my brothers "blended" drink, it was nothing like we've gotten before with a watery consistency, and my large drink was not full and nearly all ice. Good coffee, poor service! I was second in line to two females and it turns out they worked there. They chatted and mingled for over 15 mins while I waited. Once they were done mingling with the window clerk they finally ordered. At which they did themselves on the tablet from the window, while still talking and taking up time. At this point there was another 3 groups of people behind me. They finally got the order in and everyone who was making their drinks was pausing to talk with them at this point. If it were for me picking up an order for a customer I would have left. This is probably the worst and slowest service I have ever seen. I normally go to a different location but since this one is near my work and on the way to it, I decided to stop by since I had some time to kill before my shift.
