Been going here for a few months and felt it was time to share my findings. I'm a Starbucks regular, but sometimes I like to step off the beaten path for something new. This place has great service and best of all a great product that helps me to make it through the day. I usually get a drip coffee or a soy chai. The drip coffee has a great roasted taste that beats the heck out of the pike roast at Starbucks. It's a trendy place with fun music and a staff that has fun doing what they do! Sometimes 5 stars means they made you feel like these guys were you're best friends while you were there. Sometimes 5 stars means you got the best service and the best beverage, and sometimes it means they were complete gangsters at their jobs. I just experienced all the above. I met Daniel who took my order or really helped me piece together everything I love and crafted it into a complete master order. Honestly, I never know what to say when I order coffee drinks. I talk it over with my friend the night before and she gives me this amazing list of things to say that will taste so good in a coffee. I pull up, and look at the screen shot of the list she sent me and I buckle. So today I was actually able to work thru my weirdness and find what I really like. I give praise to my friend Brit and my home boy Daniel. Today was the start of a new day! I and am so thankful for my experience at Dutch Bros. I'm also thankful for the staff being so dang beautiful. Rainbows, sunshine and all love at this establishment. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Being a Native Pacific Northwestern stock.... Good Coffee is a major food group, along with micro brewed beer. Stabucks is like MacDonald's... You know what you'll get, no matter where, but not necessarily the best. With Dutch Bros... The Coffee is excellent, the staff have an idea what service is, and at least attempts to make each and every person feel welcome. And if... and I mean IF there is a problem, the take care of is with a smile and an apology. And, unlike every other place in AZ... Don't expect you to wait 20 minutes or more to get a surly serving of your caffeine! I always buy coffee from them! read more

Whoa, bro! That is some pretty spectacular coffee. Nice little drive thru, jamming music, extremely friendly service, and cool cups that you can easily sip your hot beverage. I mixed the dark chocolate with coconut and it was creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet. Need I mention the perfect temperature. This has to be one of the best coffees I have had in a while. Dare I say best in Phoenix? Heh, but it was darn good. I wish you were closer to me, but I will def be back Dutch! read more

I love my Dutch brother Rebel! With out a doubt my fav. treat. However, the large amount of bees swarming inside the stand and the 35-40 minute wait today while the people in front of me were caring on log conversations while drinking their drink made me want to scream!!!!! If I was not highly allergic to bees, waiting for 35 minutes to see the buzzing around might have been ok. Also seeing the employee inside get stung by a bee while I was ordering was awful. I use to have a better review for this location, just seems to get worse every time I got back. It's in the way to my kids school so of course I stop there. Line is forever long sometimes 30 min or more and no way to get out! That's the crappy part. Daughter had her bday on the 10th turned 12 and was asked for ID? How many 12 year olds carry an state ID? I LOVE Dutch Bros! They have great coffee, great prices and their employees are always friendly! They have a great selection of drinks (ask for their secret menu) that are super yummy! I highly recommend trying one of the custom drinks...the B-52 (sometimes known as the Orange Kicker?) is my favorite!! read more

Mostly teens working there. Always friendly and talkative service. They provide excellent service and recommendations. There is always music going on to keep the place lively and upbeat as I call it. The coffee has always been great. I always get the iced kicker or once in a while I'll have it blended, yum. What's really awesome it when they give you double stamps on (I believe it's Tuesday). Those stamps add up really fast and you end up getting a free beverage. This past is awesome, I have ever been disappointed. What more can I say? read more

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I do love their chai tea. This is a great place to go for a quick meetup with a friend, or a drink on the way to school, work, etc. Every person who works here has a fantastic personality for my tired, groggy, sometimes crabby self, and it really does make my day. Although I love the coffee... the drive thru situation is a joke. They tried to make 2 lines only causing more confusion and traffic jams. Could not move, could not park, could not get out of parking lot if I wanted to.... 40 mins is tooooo long to be trapped for a cup of coffee....! So irritated. read more

The service was friendly and as fast as possible. The drive thru line looked long when we pulled in but it didn't last long. I would suggest having a person directing traffic out of the drive thru because of the idiots pulling in from the main road that don't realize that people need to get out of the drive thru. First time coming back to Dutch Bros in awhile - My go to used to be The Kicker, now that my pallet prefers a stronger coffee I asked the gentleman taking orders what he would recommend. He said if I like strong I should go for the Annihilator (2 shots), which I've had before so I decided to just settle for that. After getting my two coffees I saw on the menu that the 911 is actually WAY more potent (6 shots), so it was a little disappointed that he didn't mention that as an option. I only drank half my coffee since it was extremely creamy and barely had a coffee flavor to it, it honestly tasted like like chocolate milk. Overall I wouldn't spend $10 on two coffees here again. read more

I love this place... I have driven here twice now while on vacation in the state and its about 10 miles away. Every single staff member is friendly and it feels authentic. The coffee is super creamy yet bold and it's priced as its competitors, although I would pay more for it. I get the white annihilator by the way! Thanks to other Yelp reviews for recommended it. I want to say a special thank you to the staff today though, my card was declined due to use outside of my home state and they bought my drink for me. I would never go to another coffee place if it was closer and I'm sad to leave! Great place.. 5 stars for taste, quality, price, efficiency, and above and beyond customer service. This is by far the slowest dutch bros I have ever been to. Waited 30 minutes first thing in the morning just for my drink. I appreciate the employees being pleasant to everyone but most people going through the drive thru this early in the morning have to be to work and don't expect to be sitting in a drive thru for 30 minutes for a coffee. We sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for our drinks to be made after waiting for 30 minutes. It's one thing to talk to your customers while their drinks are being made but when you continue to sit and talk for another minutes after they have received their drinks is uncalled for. I will not be returning to this dutch bros ever again. read more

PROS: Supremely talented and friendly servers. they have a good knack for speaking with you as if you're a regular (and wanted) customer. Very good text message specials, classic drive-thru, good value overall, 10-stamp freebie cards, and cleverly designed and consistent-quality drinks. CONS: The espresso roast itself is average. The neat and admirable thing is that they make such good drinks around the sub-prime coffee roast, so overall they are still very good drinks. This particular location is on the north end of the infamous "Palomino Square", so the location is a bit iffy, but I'm so pleased they decided to set up shop there! Unknown: Their frozen and "fufu" drinks look awfully tasty, but I wouldn't know how they rate compared to competitors. read more

This is what customer service is all about. These people ALWAYS remember who you are and ALWAYS have a smile on their face. They have a punch card, so every 10 drink you get a free one! Tuesdays are double stamp days. I mean who does that anymore? Not to mention they have more shots in their drinks than their competitor. They also use premium products. We're in Phoenix visiting family but are from California. We don't have a Dutch Bros there however , our daughter made us try it for the first time today. Not only was the customer service amazing , but the coffee was great. Better than Starbucks or Peet's for sure. 10/10 would recommend to family or anyone that asks. read more
