I am from Chicago traveling for work to Scottsdale. I finally made it to this coffee place after a late dinner, I was really impressed by their customer service and quality of the coffee. I got a really strong coffee with coconut milk with some chocolate, I forget what it was called but it was really rich and very flavorful. I went there twice in the same week and it's so nice to see honest customer service, makes you want to go back again. My suggestions: If you want a casual coffee drink, get an Annihilator (Chocolate and macadamia nut flavored)- iced, hot, or blended....you can't go wrong. If you want "Rocket Fuel", get a blended ER-911 (an Irish Cream blend with SIX shots of espresso- will set you back a dollar extra), tastes like a chocolate milkshake. If you want an energy drink, you can have them make a flavored Blue Rebel (their brand of Red Bull), ask your barista for cool suggestion OR ask for a "Starburst" flavor- so amazing, and Watermelon Almond is great, too. It's been a long time since we've come to a Dutch Bros and we were not disappointed at all. This is the best coffee company we've ever ordered from, hands down. The service at this particular cafe was exceptional, and quick. The employees were helpful, polite and just fun to talk to. I went here at around 9pm and the place was so lively and welcoming. The coffee itself was amazing too, I ordered a triple shot expresso on ice with cream, no sugar. My family also ordered a Shark Attack and a four-shot expresso on ice. When we first received the drinks, we were delighted to see how large the drinks sizes were. My brother enjoyed the Shark Attack, with its unique, sweet flavors. My coffee was rich and smooth. Let me tell you it is 100 percent worth the wait. My friend and I were on our way to the airport and this was our first time there. I had the Carmel pumpkin brûlée it was one of the best coffees I ever had. The girl in the drive thru was very friendly and we found out we were both from the same neck of the woods. My first time in. About 10a on thur and the place had a line around the building. But they take orders outside like at portillos so it went fast. I told them I never been there before and BAM! When I'm not in the mood for Starbucks this is definitely my go to place for something a little different. I get the Blue Rebel infused with passion fruit and it's delicious. Unfortunately for this location, it's always super slow. The drive thru line is constantly wrapped around, so if you want your drink a little faster make sure you walk up to the window. Visited for my 1st time this afternoon after seeing multiple locations on and popping whenever I'd pass by. I'm new to the area, recently relocated from out of state, and OMG am I glad I stoped by today!! The drive thru was packed when we pulled up, but they had someone outside running down the line (similar to Chick Fil A) so I tried pulling up the menu on Yelp... holy moly was not expecting so many choices... thank goodness DrewBy was outside... he got to our car and was AWESOME in recommending some drinks for our first visit (came by with my dad and my husband). Told him it was our first visit and he was easily able to recommend drinks to our cravings by asking what is usually our go-to. Not to mention he's got an awesome personality, easy to talk to and I would drive all the way back to this area just to say what's up to this dude ha! I totally trusted his recommendation and it did NOT disappoint!! I'm a caramel macchiato type gal and I wanted something more unique. He recommended the Golden Eagle which has a English toffee taste ... sooo god! My dad was craving a smoothie and chose a Blueberry Pomegranate for the ones recommended... he says is flavorful. My husband is a mocha man and couldn't resist the iced Sugar Cooke Mocha. He says it's great (as evident from the half drunken cup by the time I could snag a pic). Overall, I'm IMPRESSED. The girl who took my order at the car was very rude and interrupted me multiple times to verify that I wanted my cold brews iced and when I was confused she condescendingly added that you could get cold brew hot. Sometimes 5 stars means you got the best service and the best beverage, and sometimes it means they were complete gangsters at their jobs. I just experienced all the above. I met Daniel who took my order or really helped me piece together everything I love and crafted it into a complete master order. Honestly, I never know what to say when I order coffee drinks. I talk it over with my friend the night before and she gives me this amazing list of things to say that will taste so good in a coffee. First time at a Dutch Bros. It's a tiny place that is drive thru or walk up only. No seating inside. I'm very baffled by their name compared to their "look". With their name and logo I was expecting an old fashioned type of place. This is not so. I pulled up to see the menu and was surprised to read the name of their drinks. "The annihilator" and "dbl torture". I noticed a soft techno beat coming through, what I thought were, speakers outside. I placed my order with a very well caffeinated, perky, young man and pulled ahead. When I reached the window I found the music was being blared from the inside. 2 guys in their 20's were busily preparing drinks and chatting up their customers. I didn't say much being that I was hungover. My barista tried very hard to strike up casual convo with me but I just wasn't feeling it. I would have appreciated it on any other day. The young man finished my drink then insisted I taste it to make sure I liked it. Nice touch. It was AMAZEBALLS. I got the frozen white chocolate mocha. Kind of tasted like a chocolate malt. There wasn't a strong coffee after taste like you get with Starbucks. After I told the barista it was incredible he suggested something else similar to try next time. I will for sure be back. Probably twice a week. It's a mile from my house. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the price. They have low overhead with a building that size and their drinks cost the same as Starbucks. I would have loved to see a medium drink under $4. But, they do have a punch card which gives a free drink for every 10 stamps and Tuesday is double stamp day. For me that will only save $5 a month but, it's better than nothing. The delicious coffee will definitely make me a regular though. read more

And they act this way to everyone, regulars or people who have never been there. C) Free coffee: Buy 10 drinks get the 11th free, and if you go Tuesdays its 2 punch Tuesday, so if you went 5 Tuesdays in a row, free coffee. Does Starbucks do this? No. I've had one bad drink, ever.
