I recently had the pleasure of visiting this mom and pop sandwich shop that I can't recommend enough. This place has a fantastic selection of classic and newer style sandwiches that are sure to please any palate. But what really stood out to me was the amazing service and hospitality of the workers. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation. The workers here are truly the heart and soul of this establishment, and they make you feel like family from the moment you step inside. And don't even get me started on the sandwiches. I had the pleasure of trying the Pounder, and it was everything I could have hoped for and more. The sandwich was packed with thick, juicy cuts of meat and bursting with flavor. I was truly blown away by the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into each and every sandwich. Overall, I can't recommend this sandwich shop enough. Best sandwiches in the WORLD! The employees are as great as can be, always welcoming you with a warm smile and the customer service is STELLAR. I don't go anywhere else for my sandwich needs, I'll even go out of my way to come here. Shout out to DEMETRA for making it an amazing experience every time and adding that secret ingredient to every sandwich (hint: It's love) I recommend this place to everybody I know, and don't even get me started on how great their shakes are! This is the 3rd attempt to try to buy subs from them, their customer service has completely gone down hill, they are understaffed and the employees are rude because of it .. I called in my order they said it was going to take 15 minutes to make, I got there at the 15 minute mark , waited another 15 minutes .. still no order when I asked how long it would be for my sandwiches to be ready he said I would have to wait 15 minutes , two other people came in after me and they got their sandwiches done first .. and the guy was too busy making slushes for teenage girls to make the sandwiches .. the last time I went I had the same treatment .. I gave them grace because that day they were very busy.. but this time there was only 3 people in the store.. the way the prioritize orders should be first come first serve but it isn't .. they need help with operations read more

We couldn't be happier with our experience! DW's went above and beyond to help make our son's graduation celebration extra special. What truly touched us was finding a handwritten note included with the sandwich tray we ordered congratulating our son on his graduation. That level of care and attention to detail is incredibly rare and meant so much to our family. The sandwiches were an absolute hit! The bread was incredibly soft, fresh, and delicious. We received so many compliments throughout the evening. Exceptional customer service, amazing food, and genuine care for their customers. I have been to DW Subs multiple times, and unfortunately, it has consistently been disappointing. Each visit of my three visits has consisted of undercooked or spoiled food, poor service, and an annoying atmosphere. One recurring issue is the presence of an older blonde lady who appears to be a staff member. She has consistently displayed rudeness and seemed annoyed by customers, including myself. The owner should definitely reconsider her employment. Additionally, the restaurant is often frequented by high schoolers that are loud and disrespectful, making the atmosphere even more unpleasant for other patrons. Considering the subpar food, poor service, and disruptive atmosphere, I strongly suggest people eat elsewhere. read more

Walked in and walked right out! Every single person inside that tiny shop was not wearing a mask. The three employees working behind the counter noticed we felt uncomfortable and mocked us by waving by to us and saying "byyyyeeee" in a sarcastic tone. This situation is not political, it's public safety. So sad that people can't wear a simple mask to ensure the safety of others. It's so selfish and really not a big deal at all to wear it. If all you've ever had is Subway or Togo's, I pity you. Was visiting with the family over the holidays and took my wife and 3 year old son here and explained how this little sandwich shop was THE place to eat when you went to EHS. They loved it and the place has not changed at all, which I was very pleased to see. These mom n' pop operations always tend to have the best food. It's been almost 15 years since I graduated hs, so it was nice to take a walk down memory lane with my own family. They still do sandwiches right and I hope they continue to do so for many years to come! read more

FYI this business is in support of recalling Newsom. Those behind recall are those who support Trump and who do not seem to care for safety of everyone during this pandemic. For them it is about profit over people. If they support recall perhaps they are also not following protocal to be safe which is putting others in danger.
