Eagle came out on Monday to clear a pipe and the pipe backed up again on Friday. We called them and they could not guarantee their work for four days due to going out of business soon. The work order does say no warranty but this was not explained verbally. The plumber was really nice but he showed up 45 minutes later than the service window. read more

Terrible customer service. We had a big leak in the water connection leading to the house and water had to be turned off from the meter. Called Eagle Plumbing and scheduled an appointment between 1 and 3. No one showed up! I called atleast 3 times to get an update since we had no water coming into the house and was told every time that the plumber was 30 mins away. Finally, he shows up at 5 and doesn't seem to have a clue what to do. He calls somebody else on the phone to get advice and tells us that now it's too late and he will need to charge us over time! We asked to talk to his manager and he hung up on him! Needless to say we will never use Eagle plumbing. read more

Very poor service. The company did not show up within the first service window. Looking back we should have gone with a different company then, but we decided to reschedule. The second time they were over an hour late from the time we set up and again outside of the window. The representative they sent was unprofessional and unprepared and the repair took hours due to a missing part. The company representative after already being late expected us to wait another hour while they obtained the part without offering to reschedule. This company is unprofessional and has no regard or respect for their customer's time. The repair was also mediocre. read more

Beware that Eagle Plumbing does NOT provide free estimate, and minimum one hour charge of $100 (as of June 2020) to just come out to provide an estimate. So you could receive no service and have to pay $100. They do not offer information on their charges; it is up to you to ask. If you don't know what to ask, then you assume the risk. I was given a window of 10am-12pm I called at noon to say he was not here and was assured he would be here in 20-30 minutes. I called again at 1pm and was told the same thing. I referred Eagle to my real estate client as previously I had excellent service for other clients over the years. This time the technician came, looked at a gas line issue associated with a fireplace, then said he couldn't do the work (was assured over the phone they do fireplace gas work) and then billed them $85 dollars for determining they couldn't do the job. I think billing when they can't work on a problem, for whatever reason, is not how you build customer satisfaction. read more

Called them twice due to a personal recommendation. They didn't call back the first time. I called them three days later and was able to reach an actual person and explained the situation to a nice woman working the front desk phone. She promised an appointment window of 3-5pm two days later. I left work early on the appointed day to sit at home and wait. They no-showed. I called their office and left a message. No return phone call. I can't vouch for the quality of their installs, but no-calls and no-shows just aren't acceptable. Time is money for everyone, including the customer. read more

I've been incredibly pleased with Eagle since a friend recommended them to me. Due to our '63-era house plumbing has been as issue for years. They helped us replace pinholed pipes and backed-up drains (including a really terrible flood in the bathroom just last month.) They're always prompt, clear and helpful. When we had the flood my wife called me in a panic to say the toilet was overflowing into our bedroom. I raced home to help (I work 25 miles away), only to discover by the time I got there the guys at Eagle had fixed the problem, helped her clean up ALL the water, and showed her where we need to put a cut-out on the street to prevent tree roots from doing this again. This business has NO respect for your time!! I was given a 10am to noon appointment window and the technician did not show up at all. No call, nothing. I called the office at 12:15 to see what was up and was told, my appointment information never got to the dispatcher due to a computer glitch! Never heard that excuse before!! They apologized and gave me another appointment between 9am and 10am the next morning, promising it will be all on time. Same story.....nobody showed up, and no call from the technician....so I called back and cancelled. Eagle Plumbing was scheduled to come to my house to fix a plumbing issue. They no showed. We never got a call. We called and the main office said they'd be there soon. They never came. They also don't make calls to say they are on their way and that they'll be there soon - you have to be there the whole two hour time window. I will never call them again. read more

Zero Stars. I called and explained twice to the woman that the jets in my bathtub weren't working. The motor cranked, but no water came out of the jets. She set up an appt. for the next day. The guy came within the two hour window, but told me he doesn't work on jetted bathtubs. He told me either he or the office would call me later that day with a referral to a company which works on jetted bathtubs. Neither called. Incompetent? You bet! Unprofessional? Absolutely! ** BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOLE SKILLS** The tech that came out was great. However when they completed the repair on my washer/dryer unit they tore the vent hose so I called and left a message requesting to have it repaired. I got a call back from a woman stating they couldn't come out unit the next day, i informed her i had wet clothes that needed to be dried and she hung up on me. I called back and requesting a manager or owner she stated she was both and she could hang up on me because I'm just the tenant not the owner. They came within minutes, did a great job helping me mop up with towels and kept me informed as to what was happening and how I could prevent it in the future. The plumber arrived within 90 minutes and 30 minutes after that he had the line flowing again and it only cost me $85. We called 10 companies even to emergency ones and no one was available the same day. We were told maybe in 3 hours someone will call. When I did call Eagle Plumbing it was about 11am I was told they have no emergency service but can send someone the same day between 2-4pm. The plumber arrived after 3pm , he did a great job it took him 1.5 hour they charged $85 an hour and our refrigerator was delivered the next day. I highly recommend. Called them for a water leak at an apartment building in Sunnyvale. They showed up on time & called me prior to the appointment when they were on the way. The leak looked bad, but after diagnosing the problem it turned out to be a fairly simple fix. The price charged didn't even break $90, which I thought was very fair. Got there number from my father who lives int he Villages and likes them. He is very hard to please. I had to have them out twice for different things over a course of a month during our renovations. They showed up on time and were very nice. They installed a total of 3 toilets and a shower valve along with all the shower fixtures, made sure everything worked and cleaned up after themselves. Look out for these guys. Double dealing and disappointing. You make an appointment and they don't show. You call and they don't have a record of the appointment. You have them in and get an estimate, they don't have an invoice to write up a quote (no card either). You get a verbal quote and they don't honor their word. Sorry, there is no discussion, you are just out of luck. They will not let you talk to the boss, he is not available. Take it or leave it. Anything they tell you is subject to change without notice. Their office phone manner is defensive and unpleasant. They gave me a quote to install two toilets from $169 each then raised it to 189 each after I bought the toilets and tried to make an appointment for installation. Try anybody but these guys. I hired Eagle Plumbing on a recommendation about 10 years ago after weeding through a number of mediocre plumbing companies that did sloppy work or overcharged my customers. What a breath of fresh air. A family owned company that gives great customer satisfaction, will always find your answer if they don't already know it, and shows up when they say they will. I appreciate the fact that they always charge the same rate no matter where they work, unlike some plumbers who charge by the" zip code." They sluiced under a large sidewalk meaning I don't have to do concrete work to finish the job. The men who did the job were friendly, and approachable, meaning that when I had the usual homeowner questions, I felt free to ask, and always received a clear, to-the-point reply. Don't call this plumber! You don't need the wasted time and headaches. I called about a leaky kitchen sink on a Friday and it took three calls back-and-forth to set up an appointment for the following day-Saturday. They never showed up and my calls to the company went to voice mail and still haven't been answered. The guy who was assigned the job called on Sunday and said he'd come and fix the problem. He finally came but said he didn't have access to the correct part and would come back the next day-Monday. He was a no show again. They may have been good at one point, but they aren't now.
