East Dallas Middle Ground is a great staple to the neighborhood. It's family friendly, spacious, and offers a wide variety of pastries and drinks. I love that they support local businesses (they work with local coffee roasters and offer a variety of pastries from local bakeries). I LOVE this coffee shop! It has everything. Warm snacks, hot coffee, beautiful work rooms available by reservation for meetings, plenty of comfortable seating, an extensive selection of books at their little free library. This coffee shop is amazing for getting work done as well as catching up with friends. I love that they have plenty of seating and lots of natural light with options for patio seating outside. The entire layout was thoughtfully designed because there are conference rooms you can book as well as a little dedicated play area for moms to take their children. The coffee is absolutely delicious and I can't recommend this coffee shop enough! read more

What a difference a year makes! (nearly) This spot takes the end cap cake. Nice and spacious. Rooms you can reserve online. Spirited seasonals and ole standards. Staff was efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed my Orange Cardamom coconut latte. Plenty of locally sources breakfast items/ snacks to choose from to appeal to kids and kids at heart. I brought in my laptop to beastmode. Took a minute to connect to the Wifi but we got it straight. If the tables aren't free, there's couch space and a nook area in the back. Free parking in the lot. Enjoy! read more

Stopped by this Cafe to study and I was pleasantly surprised! The coffee is delicious and when combined with the ambiance it is a very refreshing experience. Great little neighborhood/community coffee shop. Tons of local pastries being sold here, as well as tons of community give back programs. (Currently, October 2024, I see they are doing "Sock-ober" a drive for socks to give back to the community, view photo below). The coffee itself was really good and the staff were super friendly. There's tons of tables and couches to sit on. And there's 3 rooms that it looks like you could use/rent out if need be. One of the rooms has a kids area with toys to play in. They have a room for kids with toys, rooms I believe you can rent for work/meetings, board games and great coffee. Cute neighborhood coffee shop with seasonal specials and yummy treats. The staff is friendly and interactive. You can buy merch if you want. My husband and i didn't enjoy our drinks at all. We ended up throwing them both away. He got a latte and i got a tea. The latte was burnt tasting. Very gross espresso, or at least not pulled right. Service was good tho. Freezing interior. Sadly i don't recommend . read more
