We basically have 2 pods full: one in the house we're temporarily staying in, and the other packed and parked in a POD outside the house. The crew, FREDDIE, MARIO, and BENJAMIN were phenomenal! They work from 8am to almost 9pm to then come back to finish the next day. Mind you, we have a very big interstate complex move, and these guys and the manager, Alex, were just what we needed and were exceptionally accommodating to our needs. We are a family of 6 with a baby on the way, a dog, and 2 cats and they left the house like we never moved! All set up, moved furniture around ( back and forth ) took our trash and disposal, and the furniture we decided we no longer needed! If you're looking for an out-of-state or local move, reliable, accommodating, and great value for your move, look no further; these are your guys, we definitely will use them again.

The person who booked us was very responsive and answered all our questions. The movers they sent were friendly and handled our stuff with care. They wrapped our furniture and took apart some of the bigger items and reassembled them when we got to the new house. They seemed to genuinely want to help. I honestly despise moving and I can't comprehend how these guys do it on a daily basis. Worth every penny to not have to do it ourselves.

It was a VERY hot day, but the team never let it show. They were very respectful of my items and my space. I am a single female and felt completely comfortable with the team of two men throughout the day. They even put together my kitchen table and bed for me which was unexpected! We focused on large furniture first, got all the key items handled, then worked through the rest. Communication was constant. They asked questions, followed direction, and adjusted quickly without any pushback. The team was professional the whole time. No hesitation, even with heavy items or sending things upstairs. Everything was wrapped appropriately, not overdone, just done right. Nothing was damaged, and they were careful with walls and flooring throughout. We had discussed heavier items and drive time ahead of time, and everything was handled fairly. No surprises. I also compared pricing beforehand, and their rate of $199/hour (cash) plus the $60 truck fee was in line with what I was seeing. We ended up at about 3 hours 45 minutes total and paid $825, which felt great for the level of effort and coordination involved. Every move is different, but there were no surprises. Vladimir, Dima, Greg, and Aibek were a great team. They worked hard, communicated well, and stayed professional throughout. After the move, we had an issue with our desk drawers and couldn't get them open. Yermek came to our house twice and even brought a handyman to help us resolve the problem. I mentioned it already, but they're so dang efficient. I know some people can be worried that movers will extend time by moving slowly, but this is not the case with Yermek and Albert. Matrix stood out amongst the others initially for their fair pricing and the fact they didn't charge double drive time like so many other moving companies. I am happy to report that I chose Matrix Moving for my recent move and Vlad and his team exceeded all expectations and I am very happy with my experience. From the weeks leading up to the move date until the final papers were signed at the end of the job, Vlad was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and even took the time to do a walkthrough of my previous place to ensure there were no surprises on moving day (not something any other company I used in the past did). The crew of three that did the job was fast and efficient and didn't waste any time. Very considerate and aware they were on the customer's dime. Things that had me a little apprehensive leading up to the move (we had to contend with trash day and some home theater equipment) the team handle with ease and care. We had been given the dreaded 30 days notice with a 2 year old and I felt like my entire world was…read morefalling apart with a planned trip on the horizon and no plans to move we had to think quickly! Enter EZ moving company. We had gotten several quotes in the area that made me want to straight up sell all my stuff but EZ moving company swooped in and literally saved the day. To start they were affordable and the entire package. Once we explained our situation as well they were so KIND offering words of comfort. We put down a deposit and three weeks later on a Friday morning 4 guys showed up on time to pack up our place. They were nice and worked fast, a little over 5 hours and everything was packaged with such care and I was able to ask them to leave out our necessities for the next few days. Saturday morning the crew showed up on time and ready to work as they loaded their truck not once but twice to move our things over to our new place. They took apart and put back together our furniture. Put most things in the places I requested and UNWRAPPED everything! Meaning I didn't have to fight with my nightstand for months later bc it was already cleanly unpackaged. And drumroll.....NOTHING was broken. Not a thing. Not a piece of furniture, not one mirror (we have 3), not a dish or glass bowl, or lamp or anything. Moving with this company was such a breeze they make me feel at ease if we ever have to use their services again. Which we most definitely will and recommend to everyone we know. You can tell they're an extremely hard working, small family biz who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and for that I am so grateful to have found such a great company to help me transition during a difficult time.
