Kane, Ali, Mike, and Michael just helped my family complete a move over 50 miles, all without major incident. We moved a lot of furniture and nearly ran out of space in the truck - but the guys were able to rearrange the space efficiently and avoided the extra cost of bringing on an extra truck (that we would only fill a small portion of). GPS tracking of the truck's location as it moved to the destination was also a nice perk that I wish I had on my previous moves. The crew managed to disassemble and reassemble my larger pieces of furniture, and I could tell they were careful not to damage not just the items being moved but also floors and walls too. Some might prefer speed but you can't rush getting a 101" sofa into a 8ft door by a narrow hallway with zero damage - the most impressive feat of the day for sure. Even towards the end of a long day they remained patient with us as we experimented with different furniture placements and dialed everything in. All of this at a lower price than the other bids received = Easy. Thanks for a successful move!

Worst movers!!! Showed up late, they took so many breaks and smoked right front of my house. Very unprofessional. They took so long packing things, and unassembled everything, when it was time to put it back together they told my husband to do it, how incompetent can a mover be, if you don't know how to assemble it then don't disassemble things.they do this on purpose since there getting paid by the hour. They broke my dresser and I was never compensated. Had to call the supervisor 4 times,because the lead guy didnt know how to answer questions i was asking and the other two giys didn't speak English. They made a mess didn't clean up after themselves. I wouldn't recommend them. Do yourself the favor and headaches find another mover. I think these reviews are fake because they're the worst moving company I've ever had. They charged me triple the fee they estimated, they moved so slow it was ridiculous. Caught them on personal calls and smoking breaks every 10 minutes. I told them so many times to please becareful with my items as they through things in huge boxes, it was a mess. They didn't value our things or our time. All they cared about was getting paid, taking as long as they did to maximize the cost. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Hire Again I hired the team to both pack and move. I found them to be very slow packers. I'm sure this is intentional since they are paid by the hour. On the day of the move, time wasn't managed well and the storage company closed before my items were completely unpacked. The movers were told the building would lock at a specific time and reminded several times. The lead mover told me I should just give the property manager $$$ to convince them to keep it open so they could finish. The building locked and the movers were not allowed back into the facility. The property manager took me up to lock my unit. I found 1) items carelessly thrown into my unit 2) items in hallways 3) items in elevator. 4) I HAD TO MOVE ALL OF THESE ITEMS downstairs and have the movers place them back on the truck. And, then had the audacity to ask me to PAY when the job was incomplete!!!!!! I had to return the next day, have them remove everything out of my unit and re-store them appropriately. The manager attempted to resolve the process, asking me to pay a portion of my bill immediately and the balance when complete. And not charging me for the next day ---- like he was doing me a favor----he was clueless at how this undercuts customer satisfaction and I should not have had to have 5 conversations with him to get to this point. Another thing, I sent payments via Zelle and the lead guy would hover over me and needing to take a screenshot. This is tacky. Hire them if you'd like, hindsight is 20/20 and I would not use them again. read more

Very disappointed with this move service. I do understand that we moved in the rain, so I definitely took that into consideration. We hired a 3 man crew to move us from a 2bd 2bth apartment in Irvine to a condo in Fullerton. Both units were on the ground floor and no stairs. They were 2 hours late. We were supposed to start at 8am; however, they didn't show up until 10am. Upon moving into our condo, they broke one of our ceiling lamps and would have almost broken our living room one if I hadn't stopped and warned them. What bothered me the most was boxes that I had labeled as fragile and Top Load were loaded on the bottom. Luckily only a few wine glasses were broken, but this is clearly a fundamental moving fail. Lastly, about 5 of our boxes were severely damaged by water. This wasn't from them moving them in the rain- it was because they had a leak in their truck. I was seriously disappointed as their reviews were all great. I personally would not recommend them for a large moving project. read more

The ASAP Moving team is great! They were easy to communicate with, showed up on time, worked fast, and had a great attitude. They helped so much because the other moving company (I won't name) flaked on me, leaving me in a bad situation. ASAP Moving picked up my request and got the move done a great price. In addition, they handled my stuff with care and made sure my furniture was assembled correctly and all the boxes got to the correct room. Yes they are a new company and few reviews, but trust me they are the BEST moving service I have used in the past 5 years. I moved from ktown to Pasadena and scheduled the moving in the late morning and finished by 1pm. I have a lot of furnitures. And throughout the process, Abzal and the partner arrived on time and the communication is very smooth. They are very fast in both moving and driving(safely). Didn't break anything on the way because they protected all furnitures very well with blankets and wraps! Their pricing is very very reasonable, no hidden fees and extra charges. Will 100% recommend the service!!! read more

Have moved a lot over the years with a handful of companies in the area and can honestly say these guys were the best I've hired -- punctual, polite, good natured and professional. They operate with a quiet efficiency and are respectful and careful with your stuff and surroundings. One of those rare occasions where you take a chance on a newer company and they end up being exceptionally better than the "established" movers in SoCal. read more

Abzul and dash from asap moving were absolutely incredible. This was my first time getting movers and I was really nervous. They called me prior to booking to ask me exactly what I was looking for - they really made me feel comfortable. They were prompt and extremely efficient in order to meet the time frame quoted. They arrived with a huge U-Haul and all of the equipment needed to take care of my belongings. They treated my belongings and my apartment as if it were their own! These guys are hard workers and really care about making their customers happy. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and will be using them in my next move. 10/10 experience. Super responsive. Easy to communicate. They were early but made sure to text us to let us know. Moved a 1 bedroom, 3rd floor unit to a storage from DTLA to OC without any issues. They went straight into work to take apart a queen size bed frame. Told us ahead of time some of the screws were stripped so they would have to move it partially assembled. Amazing service. I read the reviews of this new business and was impressed. First, their quote was the best out of the twenty I received. They where actually the second to respond as well. Once I reached out to the owner, it was quickly booked which to appreciate so I don't have to think about it again. On the day of the move, they did have a schedule change, but made up for it with an extra incentive! The team of movers moved quickly, carefully, and efficiently. Very polite, respectful and didn't linger - they got things done. If I asked to move something for me to another space they did gladly. Very happy. read more

The rate I was quoted was better than most of the other companies. I really appreciated that the appointment was confirmed and I got to pick a time that worked best for me. I clearly told them my house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, but in reality they only planned for moving 1 bedroom, resulting in understaffing, which made me ended up paying more because of the long hours and overtime. The scheduling person didn't even get my name right...the scheduling experience was pretty bad. But the actual moving experience was good. I guess next time I will just have to be extra cautious with the scheduling office.

Prodigy came out on top by a longshot: they were not the cheapest of the three (they were in the middle) but the discussions I had with Iliya (who I believe is one of the persons in charge and did my estimate) showed him to be, of the three, the person that was best informed, most pleasant, and most knowledgeable. Of the three virtual tours of the apartment for bids that I made, he was the quickest to make a judgment about exactly what the apartment contained and what kind of resources it would need to wrap and load everything. He sent me a bid very quickly, and gave me a fixed price. He answered all my questions (of which I always have many), and if he didn't pick up when I called him, he always returned my call almost immediately. He did something that the other two firms never mentioned: he cautioned me that I needed to get a Permit from the city of West Hollywood to block off space for their 40 foot truck. The other two businesses never mentioned this crucial bit of information. Had I not known to do this it would've been a disaster. The space needed to be reserved because the apartment is on a very busy weho street and the truck could not have possibly double parked. The three men that he sent to do the packing and loading were pleasant and highly efficient--watching them wrap things up was like watching a ballet. Although his bid wasn't the lowest, how easy and well organized the process was and how secure it made me feel was worth every penny. Additionally, his charges for storage were the lowest of the three, and the first month is free. Everything went without a hitch. I can recommend prodigy without any hesitation and if anyone I know asks me for suggestions for a moving and storage company, Prodigy would be first on the list!

I had to move due to issues with repairs never being done and mold because my landlord is a slumlord. (Do NOT rent from C&S Apartments!) Anyway, the movers the 2nd time around were nice, professional and as quick as could be considering they were helping me pack up to move my belongings into a storage unit. They didn't waste time and were kind. BUT they failed to wrap my solid cherry wood bed set in moving blankets which resulted in all my furniture being scratched up and damaged in the 3rd move, where once again they did NOT wrap my items when moving them out of storage, into the van and then into my new apartment. On the 3rd move the Forman was upset that there were 2 flights of stairs to move the dresser up, despite me saying so in the questionnaire when booking. The Forman said to me that they'd have to charge extra for the stairs. Which I said NO to because that should have been done in the estimate. He kept saying the dresser was heavy... well, your company loved it twice already and no one else whined about it. He then told me, " if you give us a bigger tip, we won't have to charge for it." I let him know that they moved the same dresser up the stairs to the last apartment and didn't charge extra. He also dragged out ending the moving time because he wanted more hours. I literally had to bring boxes in to try to counteract his stalling tactic. Unfortunately, it didnt help because he then hid in the truck while the other 2 guys were putting together my bed. My couch cushion was damaged and they broke a dresser drawer. I was told they'd come and fix it, but 3 months later they never did. I had to go buy the wood glue and do it myself. The company doesn't have full insurance, so don't bother if something major) like my solid wood night stand) gets damaged. You will not be compensated for it. I did get some money for the leather couch cover, but not enough to purchase a new one. Find a company that has full insurance and will own up to their mistakes, if made. There are so many scratches and chips on my bed set. Not to mention missing feet caps that were not missing before the 2nd move. This 3rd move left me with damaged furniture and no accountability for fixing it when they said they would. Instead I was told, "it's the end of the month and we have a lot of moves. Your repair is not a priority." So much for being a loyal customer who had used them 3 times. FIND A BETTER COMPANY! THIS ONE IS NO LONGER GOOD!

I moved yesterday from a 2bed/2bath in West Hollywood to a 2bed/2bath in Pasadena and we're happy we picked ASAP Moving! - Communication: they responded to my yelp messages within minutes - Professional/Friendly: they were very professional, kind, and polite. They were communicative throughout the move and listened to all our requests. - Organized: they had a clear system and showed up prepared to move all of our items (except plants which we were prepared to move ourselves). They also know to focus on clearing out the apartment at the end, so they spend time getting the last of our items from the elevator to the truck - giving us a few minutes to clean, return keys, and still get a head start going to the new place. - Quality work: while I don't have photos, I can attest that they wrap your furniture with care just like in the photos. Smaller furniture items that are too big for moving boxes (e.g. a stool, curtain rod, etc) get carefully loaded into speed pack moving boxes (unless it's something expensive or fragile). They also have closet boxes. Everything seems to have arrived in great condition with no damage to floors or walls. - Price: great value, competitively priced. Tip well! I hired a two-man ASAP team to do my local 1 bedroom move after getting a bunch of quotes on Yelp. I liked that there were no up-charges or add-ons or weekend rates. ASAP didn't have as many reviews as some of the others, but after a VERY well established company dropped a piano last time I moved, I thought I'd try a younger, hungrier company. They showed up right on time but there was a problem right away - the truck was too big to get to my address because of a sharp steep hill. I've seen big trucks with lift gates get caught on the hill before and they didn't even want to attempt it. I was not thrilled, but really couldn't blame them - it didn't even occur to me to warn them about the hill ahead of time. We hashed out options and they agreed to send a 2nd team in a smaller truck a few hours later, which fit with my plans well enough. When the 2nd team arrived, they killed it. No nonsense, no lounging, they just got it done. I beat them to the 2nd address by only a few minutes. We barely broke the three hour minimum. Everything made it without a scratch. I would hire them again, no doubt. Thanks guys! read more

This was not my first move. But this is the first time we have used Asap Moving & Trucking. We were advised by our friend who recently moved with this company. Everything satisfied me and my family. Nick and his team did everything quickly. I had a lot of glassware, 2 big TVs. All utensils are neatly packed in boxes. TVs in blankets and cardboard packaging. Blankets and shrink were placed on our sofas and furniture. Also they provided hoisting service since sofa could not fit through the stairs. The guys worked like oiled machines. They took the trash away after themselves. I recommend this company because the work was done with high quality, quickly we did not have to worry about our furniture. We didn't have to be reminded what to pick up. In our new house, we gave them a plan of our furniture and they quickly unloaded and arranged according to our plan. Thank you for your work. ASAP Moving and Trucking was able to accommodate my husband and I 2 weeks before our move in date. Their rate is very competitive at just 100/hr with cash (although they do take card payments as well but unsure the rate for that). $20 gas fee. Ali and Eric arrived promptly at our home and called me prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. Our move from Glendale to Highland Park took about 5 hours, which included assembly and disassembly of large items. Our bed frame was a bit challenging to assemble/disassemble which took up more time than we expected. But in the end Eric and Ali were able to successfully do it. They were friendly, hardworking, and careful with our belongings. Ali was able to skillfully maneuver the large truck through a smaller/narrow street into the parking lot. Upon paying the deposit and scheduling the move you get an email confirmation with all the details, as well as a text message when the crew is arriving on the day of the move. We had 3 wonderful gentlemen helping us. The guys were super nice and are true professionals. I had a lot of fragile items and the crew took extra care wrapping each item to ensure its safety during the transport. We were in a bit of a time crunch and the guys moved at lighting speed, I've never seen such professionalism and efficiency before! They followed every instruction I gave them and were very respectful of my belongings (not stepping on carpets in shoes, etc). Extremely helpful and we could've never done it without them! Wow, what an amazing experience with this moving company in Los Angeles! Today, I moved from Bel Air to Beverly Hills, and let me tell you, I have a 5-bedroom house packed with stuff, and these movers absolutely nailed it. I had some seriously heavy items like a full gym set, a massive safe, and a giant wardrobe, and they handled it all with such care and professionalism. Great service and communication from everyone I talked to: Sergio, Ardak, and Tima. put in a project request to Yelp and Sergio was the first one to call me back. We discussed the details, and then I compared his prices with other movers. His had the best combination of price, availability, and even the add-on fees for gas and equipment. Ardak and Tima were kind and professional the whole time. My favorite part was they made suggestions to wrap something up or if I wanted something wrapped. That showed that they cared about my belongings. It meant a lot that they even brought down the crucifixes from my walls, which I hadn't thought of. These guys were awesome! Showed up on time and they work hard with a great attitude. We had a lot of laughs and they made the whole transition feel like friends helping you. Extremely accommodating especially because I have an extremely heavy upright piano and the apartment had very narrow vertical stairs. They put everything into getting the darn thing up there and without making dents or damage. I was so impressed. A lot of movers are pretty brusk and don't care about hitting walls or doors with furniture, but these guys are extra careful. Will absolutely use them again and recommend to friends. Obviously this impacted the number of hours my move took. I did a lot of my own packing & I didn't even have couches or living room furniture to move. Even Sergey acknowledged it took longer than it should have. Alex didn't take care of my belongings the way Sergey did. Even the tech fixing my internet told me "watch out for the guy with the hat he's tossing your things, banging the walls, as if he doesn't care" I think another thing that really bothered me is Alex threw water bottles & trash on the ground instead of in a trash bin. So you repay my kindness of giving you majority of the water bottles & prowl I I had available for my family by being disrespectful and rude! I called to let Eco Moving know of the issues but he seemed like he was tired & didn't care...not the same attitude at the time of booking. if this was just Serge and someone with his work ethic, I would 100% give 5 stars and use them again. It took 3 guys over 10 hours to pack my apt and they did not have enough boxes and tools for the job. We had to go to Home Depot multiple times to get boxes and tools for them. Then they lost the key to the truck and delay the moving process so muh longer. They started at 9am and finished unpacking at 1am the next day. I contact the owner and he gave us some discount but the issue was all because of their team. However, later one, we found out multiple scratches and we contacted the owner regarding the issue but no response!

They were incredibly professional and came fully prepared with moving blankets, shrink wrap, and extra boxes to keep all of our belongings safe and organized. What we appreciated most was their flexibility and communication--we could essentially just point at an item, and they would carefully and securely load it up. Unloading at the new place was just as impressive. They did an amazing job carrying everything up to the second floor without a single complaint and placed every item exactly where we wanted it. Alex and Tony made what is usually a stressful day completely seamless. Huge thanks to them!

Once the movers arrived, there seemed to be a miscommunication as they thought they were just packing our items instead of packing and moving, but they were very willing to help with moving despite of this. I have a lot of things, but they were able to pack and move all my our items within 5 hours for a price that was $200-$300 cheaper than other places I contacted. Thank you for the help!
