Love this place !! Great food, great service. Felt like I was at home and getting home cooked food with lots of love !! We had the braised short rib baked potato and the meat was tender and flavorful. Great salt crust on the potato skin ! Also ordered the Caesar Wrap. Great dressing and tender chicken. Tried this spot for lunch and it wasn't too bad. The only downside to the food which tasted great, was the fact that I ordered and ate there and yet when it was served it wasn't very hot, it was at room temp like it had been sitting out for sometime. Nonetheless the food was yummy and their lemonade was fantastic! Just wish it would have been hot. read more

Love the cheddar baked potato! Always hits the spot. Sometimes will add a side of bbq short ribs (soooo good!). Ask for the broccoli to be extra steamed if you prefer a softer texture otherwise it's pretty Al dente. Kiddo loves grilled cheese. Ordered pickup and had to return twice due to items missing or them being wrong. Due to all this, the food was cold and had to be reheated but I was hoping it would still taste good. One of the items was the chicken tortilla soup and it was very salty and the tortilla strips were soggy. The meat was ok but dry. I first read about this place when they had a dog menu and I wanted to bring my puppy along as a treat. I then read about this place again in a post about top ranking places for fries. So we finally decided to check it out. We did a drive-thru with a side of fries, a spicy chicken nugget, and their awesome sauce. The service was nice and friendly. There was a little bit of wait time but the sign on the window invited us to be patient since everything was made to order. We took the food to a nearby brewery, Wren House (our favorite brewery) to eat. The fries had a collection of different kinds, curly fries, regular fries, and potato wedges. They were not too salty but seasoned with a balance. We could taste the freshness of the fries. The chicken nuggets were a little bit soggy by the time we ate them, probably because they dipped them in real chili oil instead of spicy powder. The awesome sauce was good but also a bit ordinary. However, the combination of spicy nuggets and the awesome sauce was indeed awesome. I think overall, the food was great but the price was a bit too much based on the quantity of the food. read more

Worst customer service ever. This is the second time that they gave us the wrong order. After waiting 30 minutes in drive thru to return the wrong order and get the correct order, the manager Dom wanted to charge us again! I called the store to express my disappointment in how Dom handled the situation and prove to him that I had a pending charge on my credit card and he hung up on me twice! Absolutely LOVE this concept of home-cooked meals available in a fast food format, and the execution has been top notch for us so far. It is perfect for those nights when you need to grab something (relatively) quickly for dinner but want a meal that is both more substantive and nourishing than your standard fast food fare. I got the wood-fired citrus chicken breast (pictured) with roasted broccoli and truly amazing horseradish au gratin potatoes that were creamy, tangy, and just the right level of punchy. My husband got an incredibly generous portion of braised short ribs, also with the roasted broccoli, as well as the assorted fries that were a fun literal grab bag of regular fries, curly fries, and wedges. All in all, we paid around $15 per person for full meals that included a healthy protein and two sides each. Such a great value, experience and option! read more

Love this restaurant. I have a household full of picky eaters and Eat Up had something for all of us. We have ordered the 1/4 chicken meal, hamburgers, spicy chicken sandwich, and the childs order chicken tenders. All got gobbled up pretty fast. It's true that it is all stick to your ribs food. Comfort food. The sides we have tried are the potatoes Au Gratin. (YUM) French fries, broccoli and macaroni. All were so delicious! Cookies at the end are a nice touch. Honestly, Portion sizes were great for us. Very filling. Service was great, ran right out after I parked and I got my order fast. Staff genuinely seems happy to be there. I live in the neighborhood and have been meaning to check out this place. I love supporting local and small businesses and appreciate the concept! So, this afternoon I decided to give Eat Up a go for lunch. I went through the drive thru and ordered the Caesar Wrap $8 with grilled chicken $4 and it came with fries or Caesar salad. I chose the fries. When I pulled up to the window, it took about 5min or so for my food to come out. The young guy who took my order, working the window was very very kind, so he made the experience positive. It smelled good, so I was excited. When I sat down to eat, I grabbed a fry, mouth watering and was not really happy with what I tasted. The fries were not hot for the wait that I had. They also tasted like they'd been cooked in old oil, not good. The Caesar wrap was okay - nothing to write home about. I really wanted to enjoy the new kids on the block but unfortunately, I won't likely be back. read more

Pleasantly Surprised This was our first time visiting "Eat Up Drive In" and I was pleasantly surprised. The food and service arecreally good.. On this visit we ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, cesar salad, steak wrap, turkey chili, and lemonade... all of which were excellent. The chicken and steak were cooked perfectly and very moist, mac and cheese was good, creamy and loaded with cheese. I absolutely enjoyed the turkey chili. Will definitely order that again. We come here often - probably once every other week. Always order online ahead of time. The food is always fantastic and the price is right. Some of our favorites are the burgers with the French fry medley, the turkey chili, the heirloom salad with chicken, the chicken veggie soup, and the turkey sandwich with the spicy jam. Placed an online order. Was promised a pickup time 10-15 mins from when I ordered. The restaurant is run by kids. My husband waited nearly 35 mins past our promised pickup time inside the restaurant. They have terrible systems. Walk ins received their food immediately while several online orders waited. No manager was present to fix the situation. A place will get me thru the door the first time with decor and menu. Getting me back a second time requires good cooking. Let's just say, I will not be returning to Eat Up Drive In. Taste is, as we know, individual. For instance, my husband will eat leftover dog food if said item is in the fridge and looks edible. I, on the other hand, need what I stuff in my gullet to be worthy of the calories. If the dish is amazing, screw the calories. If it isn't then "no thanks, I'll just hang on to the lbs I have until I find something worth increasing them for". I was initially skeptical at the idea of getting braised short ribs via drive thru but it worked for me. The past couple years have made diners exceptionally lazy so the idea of more non burger/taco options from the comfort of my car is very appealing. And yes the food is well executed. The menu is a little limited but I suppose it is necessary to compete in the 'fast food' category. Picked up lunch from here today. I got the Chicken Caesar Salad wrap with Grilled chicken and a side of Roasted Broccoli. I ordered online and right as I pulled up someone came out to hand it to me. The wrap was amazing, although I wish I'd had a little more substance inside for the price but overall tasted so fresh and good. The grilled chicken inside was cooked perfectly as well. I'm a huge broccoli fan and was please with the flavors on this side order. Will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu. So hit or miss...clearly they have changed managment "again" use to be a regular here since day 1 of store opening, got to know the friendly faces. Stopped going to my fav lunch spot because they were always making a mistake and nothing here is ever consistant. Prices are also up and down. $4 to make it a "meal" yet charges an additional $1 for lemonade in your tea even though I had asked for more tea than lemonade...Double cheeseburgers are $8.50 yet its $2 to add a patty to a single...got it still $8.50 however I ordered I was charged $3.50 apparently it was my fault? Young man told me the menu on the website wasn't up to date but, honestly it is. I've been working in the food industy for over 20 years management, serving, and bartending. Seemed to me the manager on duy today is probably her first time in managment. Yes I know how to order next time...but unfortanelty I will not be coming back. So, this place is right down the street from our house, so my husband and I were really excited about a new option. The food is good, but not great. I ordered chicken and broccoli, my husband ordered a burger and fries. The fries portion was really small. My chicken was bland and the broccoli mushy.
