McKenzie great bartender: beautiful, great personality, and makes a mean Old Fashioned. Music was ON, inside and in the wonderful, spacious outdoor area. I ordered pork tacos. Great happy hour value at $8/2. I'd advise using 2x corn tortillas, but I made it work!

We come to Keystone often and were looking forward to trying a new place. The new bar area is beautiful, but the rest of the place is pretty dated. The waitress seemed indifferent to us, and was not very attentive. Thankfully the food was delicious. The cocktails were good, but small and somewhat watered down. Might be back to try again.

Fantastic burgers and fries! I had the Summit Mushroom Burger, while my wife had the Mac and Cheese Burger with a Beyond patty. Both burgers were large, filling, and delicious. Fries were amazing. Service was good, and food came out fast too. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

I placed my order to go online and pick up was quick and easy. Gladly I ordered takeout because the restaurant smelled like fish and was musty inside. The place has a dive bar feel if that is your vibe. The food itself was good and reasonably priced. I had the smoked bison prime sandwich. The meat was cooked well and topped with cheese and peppers. The roll used in the bison prime sandwich was a bit thick so I took half of it off so I wouldn't be full off the bread. The fries were cooked perfectly and I liked the big cup of ketchup they provided me. If there was a sauce or something else added to the sandwich it would have been a homerun for me. Overall good food and quick service but I wouldn't want to eat there in person if it always smelled like musty fish inside. They also have an outdoor patio which would be nice in the summer. Not sure if pets are allowed on the patio but I would definitely consider coming back in the summer if they did otherwise I'll stick to takeout.

After a day of skiing, we decided to try this restaurant since it was fairly close to our hotel, and we were not disappointed. The space is welcoming, with a central bar and a few rooms that break it up nicely. The menu is indeed eclectic, mostly comfort food with a twist, and we were both happy with our selections; the ramen for my husband, a burger for me. The service was exceptionally friendly, which we both appreciated. We'd definitely go back when in the area!

Barnyard burger will have you mooing, clucking, and oinking all at the same time!

Date of visit: February 13, 2025 My fellow Yelpers came through again with a fantastic meal in Silverthorne! Eclectic is not a very big place, so definitely take advantage of making a reservation on their website (and ignore the references to using Yelp to make one, as of this writing, it's not functioning) so you don't have to wait. Parking can also be tricky as it's a small parking lot and if there's snow, people park like they're playing Tetris. I don't know our server's name, she did not share it and the receipt says "PM Bar," I sincerely doubt (or hope) that is her actual name. At any rate, PM Bar was very friendly and offered some great suggestions for menu items. However she only appeared once after the food arrived to fetch my friend another Sprite and then was gone for awhile, suspect she was busy as she had also served as our hostess upon arrival. I went with the Barnyard Burger and it was honestly one of the best burgers I have ever had; beef, pork, bacon, and egg combining to tantalize my tastebuds also while easily shortening my lifespan by 20-30 minutes, but in the end it will be worth it! My issue with the burger is that the bun, while good, could not keep up with the contents and the entire bottom was a soggy mess not even halfway into eating the burger. I ended up eating much of it open-faced to ensure that none of it fell into my lap! Also, based on the recommendations of my fellow Yelpers I went with the Cuban corn and that was also fabulous! I have a low tolerance for spice and while the heat up front was substantial it cooled off quite quickly.

We chose this place based on the high reviews on Yelp however it fell flat; although the food was decent, the place was rather dark and unclean and although the host was friendly, our table service was horrible (ei timeliness of food/requests, friendliness, etc). Unfortunately we will not be back.

Although it's on a traveled road, it's just outside the outlet malls and right before residential areas. A little not so well known place unless your local or know friends in the area. Thee have a selection of non alcoholic beverages and I would recommend the spicy margarita. It was well made and had a good kick to it. Nice selection of food items: from salads to burgers to sandwiches. They have fish and chips also but didn't order them because I wasn't sure about salmon being fried. Maybe next time I'll try it. The smoked chicken sandwich was delicious as was the make-your-own-burger. Portions were not big, not small. Perfectly sized for the active crowd I would say. Service was friendly too.

Silverthorne is a smaller town so there's not a lot of choices beyond chain restaurants, but Yelp's reviews came through with this great recommendation. My husband, son, his fiancee and I sat on the patio to enjoy the spectacular weather. Service was excellent despite further distance from the kitchen. My husband really liked the Smoked Prime Sandwich on a hoagie with cheddar, BUT... truth be told, I tried his side of Cuban corn and it was hard to concentrate on my own order after that. The corn is seasoned beautifully and whatever crunch they put on top is heaven. I had the Pear Salad with mixed greens, roasted pears, goat cheese, candied pepitas, candied sunflower seeds, blackberries, and dried apricot (I added shredded pork on top). I subbed their 10/10 homemade ranch dressing instead. This salad was worthy of a reorder when we return to Silverthorne. I loved everything about it and wouldn't change a thing. We ordered a dessert of the day to share: a deconstructed bread pudding with a sublime whipped creation and candy on top. The portion wasn't huge, but in all fairness, it was too delicious to share after all and hadn't advertised as shareable. The patio could use a little tidying with the landscaping, etc. but this restaurant is indeed eclectic and beautiful otherwise.

They have a wide array of food and drinks - and both are great. The burgers are phenomenal... would recommend to get this every time. The portions are perfect and we have had some of the best servers every time we come. They have wonderfully crafted cocktails and have a lot of beers on tap as well that are local and unique. The only downside is they do live music... a lot... like every night almost and it is LOUD.

So the power was off in Georgetown, Co and our dinner reservations were cancelled so we headed west to Silverthorne, Co. and found Eclectic Bar & Grill. We got really good calamari to start. My burger was a 7oz Colorado burger and it was perfect! The wife got the smoked beer can chicken and she liked it. Our waitress was also the bartender and that caused frustration and wait. She didn't even bring out our entrees and forgot 2 things I asked for. Other workers had to be asked. The table next to us had an actual waitress and she was at their table at least 7 times taking care of them. I give the food a 4.5/5 and the service a 4/5 only because other workers stepped up.

We stopped into Eclectic Bar to grab lunch before heading out to Denver. The outdoor seating is lovely and can accommodate large and small groups alike. Our server was busy as all get out, taking care of the majority of folks outside but she was still fast, friendly and laid back. We ordered burgers: Summit Mushroom burger with a Cuban corn and the Tennessee chicken plate. I loved everything about mine minus the temp. I don't mind burgers cooked medium rare at all, and happily ate it, but I asked for medium. The patty was pink throughout. That aside, the mushroom paired well with the goat cheese, spicy pepper jelly and garlic aioli. So tasty. The Cuban corn was delicious as well. My partner loves Tennessee chicken and had to try their version. Sadly, it was too sweet. The strawberry habanero sauce wasn't a hit with him. My tastebuds agreed. I think we were expected more spice. The fries, on the other hand, were delicious - crispy and not heavily coated. I had the spicy margarita. It was a tad too limey for me, but I added a smidge of water and it was perfect. All in all, great find. There were either offerings we wanted to try this trip and will definitely be back. The bones of a great meal are definitely here. Looking forward to updating my review.

Visited 10/23/2022 Saw this place on Yelp after getting stranded in Silverthorne Co in a snow storm. Wow glad we tried it. The Smoked Chicken Wings were flavorful and just the amount of smoke infused flavor. We also ordered a cheeseburger with pepper Jack and cheddar. The Local grown Black Angus Beef was Extremely Amazing in Flavor. I must say this was The Best Burger I can remember ever having. It left me wanting for another. Nice lunch at eclectic. The place looks brand new, nicely appointed with original artwork for sale. The server was efficient, helpful and able to handle multiple tables for lunch. The wait for a BBQ pork sandwich was minimal. Sandwich was very good, with a tasty slaw. Good drink menu. Lots of beer available. Super outside eating area. This was a good find. read more

I was a little skeptical pulling in because on 1 car was in the parking lot...and it was 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon which could say a lot. But we were pleasantly surprised! The interior is amazing and the food and drinks are even better!! I don't remember the name of the specialty martini I ordered (made with rye) but it was good and not one of those overly sweet drinks you can run into. We ordered the mushroom burger - can't remember that name either but it has the stating that it's a house speciality- and was it amazing! I had to get the pepper jelly on the side (I can't handle spice very well) but my husband had it on his and he was blown away by the great flavors. That's why we have chefs because they know how to add flavors together to get the most out of the food. Next time driving through we will stop by again to try another house speciality read more

Great restaurant! Was visiting with family in town for a ski trip. Needed a last minute dinner spot and this place was walking distance from our hotel. Made it in time for happy hour. You don't see pork rinds often on a restaurant menu. Love that! The service was great. There's some unique art pieces on the walls and they're all for sale. It did get packed around 530 so I'd recommend making a reservation. Highly recommend this place! read more

Stopped on our way to go camping and were blown away by how good the burgers and fries were! The jalapeño popper burger was delicious and the mushroom burger was mind blowing (although might need renaming because while it had mushrooms on it, the other toppings made it so amazing- mushrooms just weren't center stage). 10/10 would stop by here again if passing through town. Good patio vibes, good service, good prices, good beer list. read more

Loved this restaurant so much! The food was carefully prepared, unique, and delicious. I had the jalapeño popper burger with a side of veggies and it was amazing - perfectly seasoned. Our waitress was super friendly and very attentive despite having several tables to serve as we were there at an off hour. Sat outside and loved how welcoming they were to dogs with plenty of dog bowls and water (we didn't even have a dog with us). Will definitely go back!! read more

So we are staying in Vail, and decided to drive down to Silverstone Colorado. We located this restaurant called the eclectic bar and Grill. We read the menu and were intrigued to try it. Well we were not disappointed. We chose the pulled pork sandwich and the eclectic salad with grilled chicken, both of which were very good. The restaurant is large with an open bar area and indoor and outdoor dining. The service is excellent. If you're ever in Silverstone and you're looking for a good restaurant to try, this one won't disappoint. read more

Smaller place with a lot of potential. Me and a friend split the braised short rib burger and the summit mushroom burger and both were extremely flavourful. Stuffed mushroom appetiser was very good, however the chicharrones were underwhelming, as they seemed like seasoned pork rinds. The Gouda dip paired with the chicharrones was very good though. The Cuban corn is one of the better and more charactered sides. Overall extremely pleased with my experience! read more

Fresh and tasty food, drinks served with genuine Summit hospitality. The owner/manager and server worked hard to ensure everything and everyone was alright in spite of being busy. We loved that our pup could dine with us outside. He got a bowl of water right away. Will return to try other dishes. Keep it up! read more

Phenomenal service and food. Such a cool place with art everywhere. Absolutely recommend. Amazing food, we loved our burgers and meals. Also the Pan Seared Skuna Bay Salmon was one of the best salmon dishes we've ever had - same with the Smoked Beer Can Chicken Dinner and Short Ribs and Fish and Chips. We also went back the next night to have another Chai Bravo & Old Fashioned. Such excellent cocktails and also such good service from MacKenzie and Ellis! They do, in fact, have an eclectic menu, but I loved the jalapeno popper hamburger I got, accompanied by a wonderful Cuban cup o' corn, something they tout as a house specialty. Get the cup o' corn, it's delicious! I don't think you can go wrong with a burger here. They have all kinds too, topped with pulled pork and a fried egg for one, or beef short ribs for another. The attentiveness of the service staff--from greeting us at the front door, to coming to see what we needed as soon as we got seated--is superlative. Six of us came to dine that evening, and we were all thrilled. One of our group loved his choice of the elk meatloaf. read more

My husband and I snuck off for a date night while visiting the area. I ordered the hard kombucha and the mushroom goat cheese burger. My husband chose the mezcal margarita and bison ribeye sandwich. I wasn't a fan of his choices but he liked them, especially the margarita. He did end up finishing my burger and pronouncing it the best meal. Seriously if you like garlic, goat cheese , mushrooms and pepper jelly... order it !!!!! Best food I've had this trip. read more

Drive the extra mile down the road to this place. When we walked in the place smelled amazing! I knew we were in for some great food. The smoked chicken was moist and super tasty. Great little pub that's bright and new on the inside, but not too fancy that you can't stop in on the way home from skiing. The food was excellent. The buffalo wings are probably my new favorite wings in Summit County. They were near perfectly fried and crispy on the outside, and still super juicy on the inside. They even tasted a bit like they were smoked, which wasn't mentioned on the menu. I imagine they could be fried another 30 seconds to make them even crispier, but I am super picky about wings. I also got the Tennessee chicken sandwich. It wasn't as spicy or greasy as what I think of for "nashville hot chicken", but it was still very good. The strawberry BBQ sauce gave it a neat little kick. I would have happily worked there for a while and had a few beers, but they didn't have public wifi. read more

We have been to Eclectic twice and it is quickly becoming our favorite restaurant/bar in Silverthorne. Both the bar and food menus are updated seasonally and clearly curated by thoughtful and knowledgeable industry experts. The decor is great (some of the best art/photography prints available in the county, IMO). Their outdoor space is large with incredible views and dog friendly. We experienced incredible service during both visits and the experienced staff speaks volumes for the culture the owners have cultivated here. Overall, we couldn't recommend Eclectic more to anyone looking for a great night out or a casual and engaging drink (or two, seriously the cocktail menu is GREAT!) at the bar. read more

Food was great. All 4 of us got hamburgers. My daughter's impossible burger was good according to her. My barnyard burger was 5/5 with the GF bun. It would have been nice for the gf bun to be listed on the menu. I got the Almond Ginger wings and Spicy Cauliflower for apps. Also very tasty but the quantity of the cauliflower was small. The CBD Seltzer with Tequila was delicious. I've never seen that on a menu before. Nice addition. Service was really good. She was on top of it. We sat outside in the yard. Plenty of space to spread out and they are pro dog. read more

Eclectic Bar & Grill did not disappoint! My number one choice was the Short Rib Dip Burger absolutely phenomenal. Every bite was flavorful, juicy, and perfectly executed. The Mushroom Burger was also a banger, packed with rich, savory goodness. I also tried the sausage soup, and it was a great choice warm, comforting, and full of flavor. Look at the menu, not cheap, better go to the Arapaho cafe, a good family restaurant in a good line of colorado mountains.
