After a brief review of the layout I saw some really beautiful platters displayed out In the refrigerated section. I had my eyes set on one and quickly realized that it was made for a pickup order. The woman at the counter was super sweet and allowed me to purchase that platter. She said that she could just remake it since it wasn't scheduled to be picked up until 3 pm. This was my first experience with edible arrangements, first and last experience with this store. The lady I spoke to /after 4 attempts/ was short and rude. I understand a phone problem, frustration at opening time (already???). My advice if I may: KINDNESS instead of .."than cancel your order" would have been better. Tustin, CA location - I was assisted by Gabby and Gracie, both wonderful and so very helpful! I wanted to request a morning delivery since my order is going to a school and wanted recipients to be able to enjoy the fruits the same day that they receive it. Gabby patiently listened to me as I was thinking it out on the phone regarding when would be a great time for the teachers and staff to receive their arrangements - she was extremely pleasant and supportive and reassured me they could do a morning delivery without any problem. I decided I wanted to add on a special item and called back. Gracie assisted me this time, also cheerful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my special item will be included in the arrangement. I love their Yummy chocolate dipped strawberry. I recently had them deliver their strawberry box at a friends place to say thanks and they were on point. Economical and very presentable gift. This location is small, but I love the staff here! They're so friendly and understanding. They will help you and give you a lot of options to help you choose the best arrangement or box that best suits your occasion. They're pretty good on their timed deliveries and if you ever need help ordering online, they can help you if they're the designated location for delivery. Always call and make sure they can deliver on time in case it's a busy day, but either way, they do the best they can to get anything done and delivered on time. read more

I just left this store after placing my order and being told to return in 30 minutes only to return and be told that the manager (who wasn't even there) said they couldn't fulfill my order as ordered and took it upon herself to change my order and never called me. When I told them I wanted to just cancel my order, I was told I have to wait until Wednesday when the manger returns...wth? Wow. Great product and caring staff. It was my birthday and we were gone for the day and when we returned home we didn't see that the delivery person had left a card to call. At about 8 PM the doorbell rang and the fella delivered my package of beautiful chocolate covered strawberries. It was so kind of them to try again. The last order I placed was a little more difficult than usual, the rep (Breanna) who I deal with answered my multiple calls and was able to comply with the many changes I had to make with the order. Great customer service. Walked right in and was welcomed! Got the $35 arrangement. Ordered when I got there and he said he'd take about 10-15mins to get it all ready for me. He literally did it in 5 mins!! I didn't have to wait long at all and that was great for me since I was in a hurry! Arrangement was very nice, and the fruits were really tasty! The only one I had a problem with was the pineapple. Pineapple wasn't juicy, and wasn't ripe. Yes, I will agree with others when they say edible arrangements in over priced and we could make this at home. But seriously who has time for that?!! I had the Extravagance Chocolate Covered Strawberries delivered to my boyfriend's parents as a thank you and unfortunately they weren't home to receive the delivery. The delivery person called me and explained that he would leave a hang tag on the door and they would re-deliver when they were home. They called later in the afternoon and the strawberries were delivered in about 20 minutes. I am extremely impressed with the professional customer service I received as well as how efficient their team was with deliveries. I will definitely be using them again in the future. I was told that deliveries to businesses were given priority and my order would be delivered between 7:00 and 9:00. It is now nearly 9:00 and still no delivery. Totally unacceptable! I have been been purchasing gifts from this establishment for years, but after today, I will never go back. When I arrived at the store, I was told that I had to walk to a white truck behind the building. The back of the truck was wide open. I was handed a large rectangular box that could not possibly contain the vase of flowers and strawberries I ordered. When I opened the box, I found that the vase was missing, the strawberries were warm, and the flowers were wilted. I went inside and was told I would not be getting a vase. I also said the strawberries weren't refrigerated. The manager said the truck was refrigerated. When I said it wasn't refrigerated because it was wide open, she just said "okay and have a nice day. I attempted again this year and ordered ahead of time because I knew valentines is a busy holiday. i got a call late in the day saying unable to deliver because they were trying to use postmates. We use this location for many different events. Every time our family and friends are never disappointed. Ordering for a delivery is super easy and the fruit is always delicious. Inept and dishonest. I placed an order for their Mother's Day Bundle which had three components. First they failed to deliver. Then after calling, they delivered only a portion of my order. I called again inquiring about the remainder of my order and I was assured that the other half of my order would be delivered the next day. Again they failed. When I called again on Mother's Day, I was placed on hold for 55 minutes and was told that delivery could not be made because they were "busy", a manager refused to take the call and I was denied a refund. Aggravating to say the least in dealing with the employees at Edible Arrangements at this location, infuriating that they would take your money and not deliver what you ordered and maddening that they cannot acknowledge their mistake and rectify it. Its smaller than the Garden Grove location but I had a good experience. The only bad thing is that corporate got rid of their heart shaped box which sucks it's the one i would order every year .Now i had to get the strawberries in a box, that's not as cute . The employees here were so nice they look stressed because they were so busy but they stayed courteous . My experience yesterday with Edible Arrangements was terrific! I called to (hopefully) deliver something same day for my nephew's birthday. Alyssa answered the phone and helped me quickly decide on the best arrangement for my nephew-- easy, efficient, professional. About an hour later, I found out my nephew was leaving for the rest of the day and wouldn't be home for delivery. I called Edible back and this time spoke to Brianna. She said she'd do her best to get the delivery out the door ASAP (within the hour) to try to catch him at home before he left. Even though it was close to 5pm and traffic was building, she somehow made it happen! She really went the extra mile and we appreciated it. A nice person named Micaela took my order and was very helpful on recommending to have some strawberries dipped in white chocolate and some in dark chocolate. I ordered edible arrangements for Mother's Day and not only was it delivered at 8-830pm but the order was completely wrong. The fruit weren't even fresh fruit. I tried calling that night but they were already closed. Tried calling a couple days later n the manager never got back to me. Called again and finally she called me back only to tell me there is nothing they could do for me!!!! Horrible customer service!!! Don't ever order for a major holiday. Birthdays and anniversary's only. They can't handle anything more than that and you risk something else being delivered that indent in your control!!! read more

This place uses Doordash to do their deliveries Doordash then sends a flood of these deliveries out to their driver's all at the same time and none of the offers are worth taking. They don't include tips on any of them and the offers are an absolute joke. It's annoying as hell to have to keep declining these pathetic offers and prevents me from getting worthwhile offers. Come on Edible Arrangements. Stop being so cheap. Tip the driver's. Especially the ones going out to Anaheim or Garden Grove. Someone needed to tell you this read more

My 200th review and it's a 5 star! Hurray! Well, I was very impressed today. Everyone has probably eaten an edible arrangement but still people don't buy them often. So, I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to check it out for a memorial service open house I was going to. First, I went online and checked out the arrangements but I still wasn't quite sure of the sizes of arrangements. I already knew that they do not have them ready made but I still decided to walk into the store for help. Pedro was extremely friendly and helpful. I was happy to find the cooler full of arrangements ready for pick up. I was stoked because the two I was interested in where in there. I got to see a small arrangement (which is a good size) versus the large platter of chocolate covered strawberries. He also showed me the book of options and containers I could choose from. I really appreciated his help because I just couldn't decide. I ended up getting the large platter of chocolate covered strawberries because we realized that there is always fruit bowls at memorials/wakes. I was worried about time but he said no problem he could have it ready in an hour and it was. It was a beautiful platter and I felt good about bringing it. I walked into the memorial service open house and it was a hit. First, the kids were excited about the strawberries then the adults saw them and then they were gone. It was nice to see my friend's family and friends enjoying them. My hubby and I both got to try them and they were delicious. There was a soft, thick layer of chocolate that was perfectly rich against the tangy strawberries. Yum. I would highly recommend purchasing the chocolate dipped strawberries here. Second, once we walked over to the food we saw an enormous edible arrangement already there and a bowl of fruit salad. So, again we were glad we decided to go with the chocolate dipped strawberries.
