I am beyond disappointed!! I ordered a special gift for my mom for Mother's Day on May 10 for it to be delivered on May 12. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!! I called around 11 to ask around what time it would be delivered and the lady said it's already on a truck it should be there in about 1-2 hrs.. I wasn't mad it was still early and they were probably really busy.. well 3:00. Hit and nothing! So called again and they weren't answering their phone. So I ended up taking my mom to dinner around. They never called me, they never emailed me that day, they didn't even attempt to deliver. So the next day I called and the lady says she doesn't know what happened, that she will have it delivered and will have a manager call me to see what they could do. NOONE called ME!! And they still didn't take it to my mom.. so I called and the lady that answers says "it looks like it was delivered yesterday " GIRL!! I am so freaking pist because it was not! Delivered at least not to the address I gave them 1000 times. So they still have not called me back, I paid $75 for nothing!!! And I will never ever!! In my life order from here again. If possible I would give them 0 stars!! They are rude, manager is a COWARD, and they do not honor gift certificates that they give out to help raise funds for a school sports team. EVERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! My family won a silent auction from edible arrangement at Valencia High Schools Softball fundraiser about a year ago. And just recently decided to use it. It did not have a expiration date on it or anything. When we go to use it they say they can no longer take the gift certificate that we have because it is not signed by the current manager/ owner. Which is not our fault they changed mangers/ownership and iI am pretty sure it is against California law for a company not to accept gift certificates that they hand it. To top it all off the manager didn't even have the courage to come out from the back to explain to us why he would not take the certificate, he had his employee play the middle man and take all the heat. What a great way to run a business! (not). Needless to say I will no longer be giving any of my money to Edible Arrangements or refer any one I know to them. In fact I suggest to all of you thinking about using them to think again and never use them and take your business else where. For anyone who has received or boughten a gift certificate from them I would get your money back now because it might not even work any ways! I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine's day for my wife and 7 yr old daughter 3 days before that special day. The orders were serviced by two different stores, #470 (West Covina branch) delivered the order to my wife's work at a perfect time that I noted on the order form. Excellent service! This store #129 (Saugus branch) that supposed to deliver the Ballon and Teddy bear to my 7 yr old daughter who was patiently waiting at the door didn't.!!! I told my daughter that there will be a surprise for her when she gets home from school. She called me at 3 pm and said that there are no surprise. I am hurt by this. I immediately called the Saugus store to find out what's the delay. The phone was busy, off the hook or whatever. NO ONE!, is answering. I called every 15 minutes and it was the same busy signal on the phone. Finally at 8:15 pm somebody picked up. I am fuming at this point but I managed to keep my composure. I spoke to a man named Carlos, and asked what happened to my order. He said that the order is incomplete because they ran out of balloons and stuffed animals. He said that they were so busy with customers walking in and buying stuffs that they ran out. I told him that this is UNACCEPTABLE! The order is placed online 3 days ago, that should have been a priority over customers walking in. I was so furious at this time that my wife took the phone from me. She said the only thing that they can do is deliver the strawberries without the balloons and Teddy bear and do a partial refund. It was so gut wrenching to tell my daughter the disappointment she's about to hear. In the end, the partial package is delivered at 9pm. My daughter is already sleep! Nice going!... Based on this experience I don't think I will ever feel assured of using you to deliver as promised. We will surely let others know of this experience. Word of advice. I made the mistake of placing a order online for delivery to be delivered for my husband on his birthday. I get home at 3pm and nothing. I called around 3:30 to check status. Customer Service Rep. tells me that she will call the driver because my order is in transit. I had dinner reservations for 5pm. We waited until 4:30pm only to be told that driver was not going to make it in time, when she said he was on the way and would be delivered in 10-20mins. Very upset that we waited around! Concerned about food being left outside, I contacted my friend (which pretty much ruined the "surprise" moment) only to be told they were home all day. Had my poor friend out at night with a flashlight looking around front door and bushes to see where they hid the arrangement. Nothing. Called the store again and was told they were sorry and would deliver 2/14 (morning). At 6:00 p.m. after getting nothing, another call was made. Told during that call that the delivery was going out right now. 7:45 p.m., still nothing. Where is this arrangement coming from San Diego? Tried calling again to get status of delivery. I had the worst experience at this location! I placed my order in advance and when I arrived they had the wrong arrangement. I requested they either do a price match or provide the arrangement I ordered. The store manager Allison refused. She was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. I left the store called their 800# and reported my complaint. The customer service rep stated that the person above Allison would call me back. I never received a call back from anyone. Save yourself from misery and frustration. Never order from this Saugus location. I place an order on 10/15 that was suppose to be delivered on 10/16 for my dear friend and her mom who was like a mother to me for their double bday celebration. I called at 1 PM on 10/16 to make sure it gets delivered and the person I spoke to said my friend should get it by 4 PM....it was not delivered. I then called 10/17 AM and express my disappointment and the girl said she will make sure my friend receives it at 2 PM....didnt receive so I called at around 2:45 and the guy told me it was already on route....the day ended my friend did not receive. Monday 10/18 I called 6 to 7 times the phone was just ringing so I figure they must have my number on caller ID so they would know not to pick up. Now it is 9:30 PM on 10/18 still no delivery so I sent an email to their ordering center and demanded for a refund. WHAT A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. No integrity and dishonest! Just terrible! If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 review I would. I placed an order on Wednesday to have a gift sent to my husband on Valentine's day. I kept checking throughout the day with my son to see if came. Finally I tried to call at 5:45 to check on the status. It took awhile but finally someone answered. She put me on hold immediately and never came back. I hung up after 30 mins and tried calling back. No one picked up the rest of the night. I checked my order to see if there was an error and no. It did say can be delivered by 9pm due to the holiday. Bouquet and balloon came shortly before 2 pm, but not boxed fruit. That came after 2 pm when co worker was already gone. Called the store, and they refused to do anything because it was delivered. I called on Monday to have an arrangement sent to the house on Tuesday. The person I spoke to said it would be delivered between 11:00am and 5:00pm. I stayed home hoping to give it to my wife that evening (they do not deliver if no one is home). When 5:00 rolled around, nothing. I called the store and spoke to a different salesperson who informed me that the arrangement was still in the store saying, "To be honest, I'm not sure we even attempted to deliver it today." Did an online order for my boyfriend for Valentines Day. I asked for delivery on Friday, 2 days before Valentines Day. Late that evening, he received something I didn't order. He sent me a pic and it was not the selection I had made. I called Sat. Morning and was told the manager would call me back. Waited a couple hours and called again. Dominique was nice on the phone and said she'd check it out. She called me back quickly and admitted they had gotten the order wrong. She offered to send the correct thing that day but I knew he wouldn't be home. I asked if it could be sent on Monday, after the holiday rush. She said sure. Well. he stayed home all day and no delivery was made. I called this morning and got an employee who was barely communicative. I said if they could deliver today, ok, if not I wanted my money back. She offered no explanation and said I'd get a refund. We will see. Great place! The lady that's usually working here is always so friendly and helpful! I've been in here a few times and she has helped me pick out what to order. I also haven't been disappointed with the quality of their products, it's always consistent. I recommend the chocolate dipped strawberries, they are always fresh and have a thick coat of rich chocolate on the outside. The only reason I have a 4 instead of 5 is the prices. A decent gift assortment might run you around $80-$90 for fruit which is really cheap especially since they buy it in bulk. This place deserves zero stars. I've had 3 horrible experiences here to the point that now my family will never order from here again. Last Valentine's Day my boyfriend ordered me an arrangement with a teddy bear and balloons. The balloons and teddy bears were never delivered- my boyfriend had to drive over the next day to get those items. The following time my boyfriend decided to order me an arrangement with chocolate covered strawberries only. I got mango and watermelon- I don't even like those fruits. So it was very disappointing. My boyfriend had to go into the store again and try fixing that. This last time- I got an arrangement to my office- it was suppose to be delivered last Friday in the morning- but they didn't listen- they came to deliver it to my office but we were closed. So my boyfriend ended up having his father call on Friday- they were unapologetic and said the arrangement was still on the car, also the guy "wasn't sure the arrangement would be okay to be re-delivered on Monday"... Umm you screwed up- make me a fresh one...? They ended up delivering it today (Monday)- sooo disappointing. The fruit was all mushy and old. It was disgusting. I called the people there and spoke to Edwin and Carlos- they "didn't understand" what I was talking about cause it was made fresh this morning. Which baffles me. If it was made fresh this morning why would you give me such mushy fruit. For an arrangement over $100- the fruit should be the absolute freshest possible. Not old and mushy. I finally said I was done and would like a refund. It has been nothing but disappointing with this company. Had a horrible experience with this Saugus location on Bouquet Canyon. Placed an order with Ben this morning. I needed it to be delivered to my son's 1st Grade teacher by 1:30PM today. He guaranteed that it would. But as of 2:30PM today, nothing had been delivered. When I called him, he had no explanation nor was he apologetic for this error. I've had good experiences with other locations, but this is one location I will never use again. Will someone please open a store in Valencia or Stevenson Ranch? This Saugus location won't last much longer if this is the kind of service they have. The arrangements are super cute, and all the fruit taste great!!! My boyfriend ordered an arrangement for me for my birthday. All I can say is yummy. He went in and purchased it and brought it to me. My fiance ordered an arrangement for me for Valentine's Day in more than enough time. It never came, nor did we get a phone call. It also ruined his night because he was frantically trying to call the 877 number up until 10pm to see what happened. Then he finally had to tell me so I wouldn't think he forgot. I already knew he wouldn't. The next day we got nothing and no call again. So we called them. They admitted that many of their orders did not get delivered and offered some sorry ass discount. I understand there are human errors, but this sounds like a greedy human error. They should know their business and how much they could produce a day and deliver. They should have stopped taking orders when they knew they couldn't deliver as promised. When they closed their doors to go home that day and the boss looked at the stacks of orders that were not getting made or delivered as promised, he/she should've taken the time and consideration to call each customer and let them know what was going on. Especially with it being a special occasion. I'm sure my fiance would've been a little upset, but he would've driven there and picked it up if that was an option. The only reason this place gets such a high rating is because of their supervisor Danielle who I just got off the phone with. She was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help me. I recommend only talking with her if possible. She should get promoted to General Manager immediately and fire everyone else.
