My fiancé scheduled a valentines delivery but it never arrived and we were extremely upset and we had a hard time getting a hold of the store. Well, this morning I called again and this time Brianna picked up and she is one of the kindest people I have ever met!! Not only did she apologize but she also upgraded my order and tried to get it delivered to me today. I decided to just go to the store to pick it up and she gave me a few more goodies. I ordered chocolate caramel sea salt apples for Valentines Day and they did not arrive until the next day. This was the first time Edible has ever missed a delivery day for me. It was certainly frustrating. So why the 5 star review? The owner of the store called me the next day to apologize for the missed delivery and explained to me what had happened. Apparently door dash and uber eats, basically all the delivery services went on strike ON Valentine's day! I'm actually impressed that I still got my order only one day late. This location is great. I have used them for several deliveries to my clients and they always do well. My clients enjoy the surprise unique gifts and tasty snacks. Update 2/20/24: I spoke with Chad shortly after writing this review. He spoke with me at length about all that they were going through. He promised me that it wasn't the standard of Edible Arrangement and gave me a full refund. He also sent us a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and some cheesecake bites to help earn our trust back. And honestly? They have. The arrangement came nice and chilled. The strawberries we got were plump and delicious and they even threw in a strawberry plushie. We did inspect one strawberry throughly and happy to say it passed with flying colors. We didn't even have time to take pictures before diving into one. I would be open to trying to order from them again especially since the customer service blew me away. I'm thankful they reached out to make it not just even but better for me in the outcome. The minus star is simply for the initial bouquet that came, but they rectified the situation. Initial Post 2/18/24: The arrangement came lukewarm. It came with chocolate melting off the of the strawberries. It also came with moldy strawberries!! I highly recommend going somewhere else. I never recieved an estimated time on when delivery would be made so i contacted the email for customer care regarding it. This location needs some serious help. It felt like none of the staff knew the details about order picking or how to handle certain customers. Their walk in orders were taking precedence over online orders, product wise. One of the guys in there had paid for a mug of chocolate covered fruit and a bouquet.. they told him they "ran out of flowers". How do you do that if they're available on your website and he was able to purchase them? I got an email around 3:00pm on the 14th that my order of 12 chocolate strawberries was ready and to come in whenever or at my scheduled time (6:30pm). I stuck closer to my time around 6:15pm and it took 10 minutes to get to me, the another 10/15 to get my ALREADY MADE order from the fridge. So either it wasn't already made, or the staff has some serious issues with priorities. The atmosphere felt dirty, the box had sticky fingerprints all over it. Overall bad experience. The problems start when they can't find a simple business address where there was signage on the building as plain as day. It wasn't dark out either. So my same day delivery was returned to the shop for next day delivery. I wished I had cancelled!!! The delivery arrived today looking like it was saved from the day before. This was not fresh fruit as promised. The pineapple daisies looked dead. Not to mention the container was far to large for a "petite" bouquet. It was supposed to come in a mug, but a square tin was used. I wish they could deliver what they advertised!! What a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday with dead fruit.
