Besides the basic friendliness and professionalism one would hope you get at all retail establishments, she went a step farther and really ensured my satisfaction by suggesting just the right selection and most importantly noticed the dipped strawberries in the case weren't absolutely perfect (coulda fooled me), so went to the back and pulled fresh ones. Who does that! Apparently, Brandi does. Turns out she's "just" a driver. OK, first off let me say the Huntington Beach edible arrangements, especially JESSICA! She is amazing! The store was very clean and the staff was very helpful, They all had smiles and made you see that they were nothing but happy to be there. They laughed and made us feel like family. We stopped by because we were celebrating a special date and they put together a beautiful and very yummy gift package. I'm not exactly sure what you call the arrangements officially lol... JESSICA took the extra care to make sure that we got a couple of extra goodies and recommended the plushie lavender smelling sloths. My wife absolutely fell in love with them and keeps them on her pillow because they smell so good!!! Thank you so very much the entire staff at this store. I preordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries with the Valentine's box on Feb 13, the evening before Valentine's Day. The storefront was empty, but I had waited at least 10 minutes for the employee to come help me, followed by another 10 minutes for her to find my order. **There were plenty of open boxes of dozens of strawberries in their display fridges out front** After surprising my girlfriend with the box, we decided they'd taste best the night of, instead of out of the fridge the next day. It wasn't until we opened the box did we see the state of which the strawberries were in, and it was disappointing to say the least. **I had placed this order before 1pm and this order was picked up before 5pm. These are not made to order. The strawberry stems were all dry and withered. Not a single fresh, healthy green leaf. The chocolate layers were too thick, and did not bind to the strawberries. We ended up removing the chocolate layer because it would fall off. (The ones we did eat) One of the strawberries was so ripe out of the box it was growing white fuzz that had turned pink because it was so bruised. We did not touch this nor did we touch any immediately surrounding berries. To pay over $55 for the bundle of a cardboard box and this quality of chocolate covered strawberries is unacceptable. I wanted something special because Edible Arrangements was one of the only places my girlfriend would accept chocolate strawberries from. TL&DR | Paid over $55 for a long wait + box of withering, rotten strawberries. This establishment cannot deliver what they promise and will not be included in our future Valentine's plans. My husband placed this order well in advance on 02/11, with the expectation of it arriving on Valentine's Day as a surprise. However, it's now 5:36 PM, and nothing has arrived. I attempted to call the store, but no one answered, or I was unable to get through. After listening to the automated system for 15 minutes, it went silent. This level of service is not acceptable, especially for a major business like Edible, and it feels like false advertising. I kindly request a cancellation and refund. UPDATE: Still no callback after trying to call the store over five times today. I attempted to cancel the order on the website, but it wasn't letting me. At this point, I just want a refund. Regarding the owner - Chad's explanation below, sorry, I can't accept this reason. It doesn't give the business the right to take customers' money without providing the service as advertised. I personally walked in this location believing I could order exactly what I wanted, wrong. I selected a $100.00 dipped fruit arrangement in a white tin and requested a 12:00pm - 2:00pm delivery. (To share with my guests)The arrangement arrived around 4:30pm, maybe 5:00pm. This special BIRTHDAY arrangement looked like it had been UNrefrigerated for hours, (delivery 10:00am - 3:00pm) tossed around in the back seat of the tiny Honda Civic for the last delivery of the day with smeared chocolate all over the inside of the "clear" wrap. I specified dipped strawberries, dipped bananas, and dipped pineapple, even paid extra! I was EMBARRASSED to offer this to my husband for his 50th, which by the way; I mentioned SEVERAL times when I ordered it! There was NO special Birthday wrap. The tin was an ugly turquoise blue, and the wrap look used. I am appalled and want my $100.00+ back!!!! UPDATE: I just ended my call with Faith, the owner. Faith was completely unaware of the situation and offered, not only to refund my $100.00, but a fresh new beautiful arrangement! Purchased a birthday edible Package at 10:00 am and got a confirmation. I checked every hour thereafter until 245pm. I made Phone calls and left a voicemail and chat message that if they can't fulfill the delivery before 7:00 pm to call me ASAP so I can make other arrangements. Didn't hear anything. At 7:15 I get a call that they can't do the delivery because it was chaotic due to Mexican mothers Day and could they deliver on Monday. Save yourself the headache & aggravation & AVOID the Westminster Edible Arrangement. I wish I had read the reviews sooner. After two years of avoiding this store due to previous bad customer service, I decided to try again to see if things had improved. Unfortunately, they have not. The customer service is well below average and your order will not be ready or delivered when requested. Eg. After speaking to the manager in the morning, requesting pickup 5 1/2 hours later (after being told they only needed half hour notice), my order was not ready at the time I requested. The employee's did not have any record of my order & talked on their own in plain view for about 5 min before calling the mgr about the details of my order. I guess the customers aren't priority. After speaking with the manager & later the owner, they of course apologized & asked for another chance. Second chance, delivery was not done on the day I requested. The managers excuse was "totally got my days mixed up". Now I understand why the employees gave bad customer service the first time, they are following their Mgr. The Mgr is asking for chance #3. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Save yourself the time, energy & headache. Go next door to Small Cakes Cupcakery or across the parking lot to Nothing Bundt Cakes. As you can see in my previous review, on three separate occasions...the product here is amazing. However, the customer service needs some SERIOUS help!! After being quite impressed as a recipient of the pineapple/strawberry birthday drip box, I was excited to order it for TWO friend's upcoming birthdays. I ordered on 5/21/20 (when I happened to talk to a manager), however, my attempt on 5/29/20 was extremely painful. Interesting facts for when you place an order: - Free delivery is offered online, but if you order on the phone, it's not. - The discount coupon I received after my first order for $10 off (expires in Dec, 2020), could not be accommodated. Staff said the computer was not accepting the coupon. ((NOT my problem?)) However, she told me that she could give me a $7.50 "merchandise discount" SMH - Most of the staff seem to have little knowledge of the products. Even when I provided their "item number" of the product, they seem confused. - Staff is not authorized to make changes or accommodate special requests without management approval. This is understandable, however, takes additional time because the manager is not necessarily on location. - Staff seems unaware of previous orders, (from the same location) even when I provided the "order number" noted on my confirmation. - There is sometimes a substantial price difference "online" vs when you call. Computer glitch, possibly? In my case, it showed ~$18 difference in base price. In addition, the staff told "me" to call a manager of Edible (who was located at a different store that day) to ask my questions. Instead, I told her to call her herself and call me back. While scrambling on the phone for what seemed like hours, I told her I couldn't hold any longer. The orders arrive efficiently and are fresh and beautifully presented, however, if they weren't there would be NO REASON to order anything. Working with normal staff here is close to impossible. It took me way too long to place what should have been a very simple order. Not throwing anyone under the bus, but just so you know I'm not exaggerating this, I spoke with three employees to place one order... Briana, Melina & Vanessa. We received a fruit arrangement and flower bouquet last night. NO card was attached, so we were clueless until our friend called us. The fruit arrangement was nice, & we tried some all good. However, the flowers were in terrible shape. All the roses were wllted as well as most of the other greenery in bouquet. I called the store & they were nice enough to deliver a 2nd bouquet and take back the first one. The delivery person said she picked out the nice roses for us. This was true, despite the bouquet being substantally smaller than the one we returned, these roses were in good shape. The greenery and alot of the fillers were already old/drooping etc. I have gotten much better flowers at the market or Trader Joes, I am sure for alot less $$. Now this was the replacement bouquet, so all the flowers they have in stock for the Holidays are old. Additionally, Edible Arrangements as a policy that unless the customers BUYS a greeting card, the receiver does not know who sent them this gift ?? WTH? That sounds like a really bad policy & why would they not let us know who sent it. They offered to call our friend to get his permission? WTH?? Our friend did buy the personalized card, but no card was ever received. How sad, to get a flower delivery and it already looks like its a week old. Then, weeks later tried to deliver late at night once we called requesting a refund. I want to start off by saying something positive, the woman who answered the phone when I had an issue was very nice. That being said I am kind of disappointed with the overall service and lack of information given about when your item will be delivered. No where did I read that they don't start delivering till 1pm. Had I known this I probably would have never ordered. I wanted to surprise my partner for their birthday with a treat sent to work but unfortunately due to Edible not starting they start delivery at 1 pm my partner still has not received the arrangement and is now off work meaning I have to call once again to now CHANGE the address to hopefully still have it delivered within the same day. I wish there was a bit more transparency other than "no guarantee if your order after 3pm" (keep in mind I placed an order before they opened). Overall, I probably would not use this service again as it is quite disappointing when things are not disclosed properly about delivery times. I have ordered edible arrangements before... not sure what happened on this valentine order this year. The strawberries I got in previous years were juicy and sweet long stem strawberries. For the price it was worth it. But a bouquet of strawberries dipped in chocolate I ordered this year was so poorly made... the strawberries low quality grade that you can buy at Walmart....some even were unripe ... I loved you edible arrangements but something changed in the company and I feel like they are trying to cut down on cost on cheap ingredients... and charge the same as before or even more. Worst experience ever, ordered and paid for same day delivery. Delivery was $14.99, in total I paid $94.98. To start off ... it didn't get delivered the same day and no one attempted to call me to let me know. Called store the next day and spoke to Breanna and said I wouldn't get deliver charge returned because they "attempted". The arrangement got delivered and was the worst. Brandi is amazing and then some. I had my appendix removed last week (unplanned) and a friend of mine from Las Vegas decided to send me a small box arrangement. For those who don't know, you cannot have solid food for about 3-5 days after having this procedure done. While I was recovering, my mom had gotten into contact with Brandi (who was covering for the Costa Mesa Edible Arrangements while they are closed) and asked if we were able to push back the delivery, for I wasn't home (and wouldn't be for about a week) and I was not able to eat solid food for about 4 days. Brandi and my mom made a plan and pushed the delivery back a week to ensure I would be home for delivery and that I would be able to enjoy it. The arrangement was delivered the day I returned to my apartment and I am so happy that Brandi was the one who delivered it. She told me she was happy I was recovering and that I would be able to eat the arrangement. I don't find it typical for a stranger to not only hope my recovery is going well, but to also work to find a way for me to enjoy a gift being delivered. Brandi has made an impact on my recovery and it was such a blessing to have met her in person. She is incredible, caring, and genuine. I will definitely be ordering from Edible Arrangements soon!!!!! We came in the Saturday before Mother's Day. It was busy busy busy. We ordered a bouquet of fruits for $38 and 3 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries and apples for $25 per box. The total was $113 without tax. When we got to our party, everyone was impressed with the bouquet. The 3 boxes we got was for all the moms at the party and they all loved it as well. We are glad we went to edible arrangements. There service was awesome. The manager had sample chocolate covered strawberries to bring out to everyone who was waiting. Some girl had to wait for 30 minutes when they said it would only be a few minutes so they gave her a free box of chocolate covered strawberries. For our wait, they told us it would be an hour but ended up only being 30 minutes. They have great customer service. The only downside of this place is pricing and waiting. read more

My delivery driver Jocelyn went above and beyond for me!! I ordered an arrangement to be sent to a wedding reception location, only to find out that the wedding party had changed the venue last minute!! She patiently waited for me to figure out the new location, then drove over to the new location immediately. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. So impressed, and I've never had a bad experience with them yet. & keep in mind, this was on a same day delivery, so they were just so quick in general. I was shocked. My only tip: If you need the delivery at a certain time, Edible Arrangements may not be the place. You would need to know the hours of the location and really coordinate the delivery. But that was my fault for not paying attention to business hour times. So just heads up. The arrangement obviously needs to be refrigerated, so just make sure you can guarantee someone will be available for delivery. So it's not always the easiest to plan as a surprise delivery, but overall, I can't say enough nice things about Edible Arrangements. read more

Come Vday yesterday she still had not received. I never got email saying there would be a delay in delivery. No communication whatsoever.
