Felt like 90 today, so took daughter to her fav dessert spot. BK31 is also my favorite. I go for jamoca almond fudge while she likes oreos. There's also a fav flavor for everyone at BK31. The ice cream here is always perfect. not to frozen where i've forms and not too soft like it's about to melt. BK31 has lasted my childhood and now get to share it with my daughter. PS We saw all the awesome ice cream cakes and she asked for a wicked ice cream cake for her next Bday.

Stopped by late in the evening on Father's Day. Friendly and quick service, creamy ice cream (still very good quality!) and large scoops. There was a consistent stream of patrons while we were there as well. In terms of parking, this is located in a large strip mall plaza by Krunch fitness, so a good amount of parking.

Ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday. The experience was great and the employee Jun was a delight. She was very courteous and friendly throughout the whole process and even informed me I can pick up the cake at an earlier time. The cake came out beautiful and tasted great. It was a major hit at the birthday celebration. I don't do those independent cake shops anymore because they charge ridiculous prices and communication is horrible. I was happy to have such a pleasant experience ordering at this location and I already recommended others since they asked where I got the cake. Thanks Jun for your hospitality and I will return in the future.

Come here almost every year for my sister's birthday cake. Love it every year but this year I felt I needed to post this cake because of how cute it was! Labubus are the great obsession right now and my sister absolutely loved her Labubu cake. Also, June is so sweet and was the one to show me this cake when I came in last minute for a pre-made cake.

I went in to get a birthday cake and was immediately greeted with such love from June!! Her energy was so happy and she was in such high spirits. As soon as I walked through the door she had asked me if there was anything that she could help with, and if she could help me selecting a cake. She was working alone and managing the whole store while also making a cake. As I browsed the cake selection she had asked if I had wanted her to even make a cake from scratch so that I could have the perfect one. There's no other place I would rather go to from now on!!

My boyfriend and I visited this location this past weekend, and it was wonderful! The icecream was delicious and the lady June who made it for us was so helpful. She went above and beyond and created one the best banana splits I've ever had, and I've had many. Everything tasted fresh, both the fruit and the icecream :) It really made our night since we were in need of a late night sweet treat, so thanks June!! read more

Of course, I love my local Baskin Robbins. My favorite ice cream now is the Banana Split Waffle Ice Cream. It is FIRE in taste. I recommend that flavor. Cool service here too. Rachel is my favorite server. Always good to be here. read more

I ordered a Monkey Cake and what I received was nothing like the picture. I also requested for purple icing for the writing but it was written in blue. The employee kept nagging at me about how I only paid $35 after a $5 discount for a cake that took way too much work. Saying how the monkey dome is very difficult and took her hours to make and kept repeating how it should've been priced $45+. read more

Ordered a birthday ice cream cake from here, 9 inch round with pink stripe and floral design. Ordered and pick up available within 24 hours. Price is about $5 more per cake than the HB location on Yorktown and Brookhurst. Good thing is cake is done within 24 hours while HB location requires 48 hours notice. The kids and adults at our party said the cake was great. Confetti cake with strawberry cheesecake ice cream inside. Yum! Check the BR app for cake coupons $5 off. read more

Walked in early on Sunday and there were tons of cake options. June was working at the counter and she was so personable and sweet. She personally went over to the freezer area to see what I was looking for and to proudly show off the pretty cakes they have. I ended up buying the cutest cake for my 6 year old. I got the jamoca ice cream which is coffee flavored. It's the best coffee ice cream I've had! It was super creamy and the flavor was on point. It tasted l like vietnamese coffee but in ice cream form. Service was fast and staff was nice. I will be back to try the other flavors! read more

I ordered the Cookies & Cream Oreo cake to feed 16 to 20 people. Most places required I order 48 hours before pick up time. 31 Flavors didn't have a set cutoff time. I did all my ordering online & prepaid it. $60. When I picked up the cake June assisted me. She also decorates the cakes. Very sweet person. I remembered June from one of the locations in Westminster! I had no idea she came over to this location after the other one closed, she's been making cakes forever and always makes them beautifully! Also very delicious! I was just stopping in for an Original Cappuccino blast and she made it perfectly! She was so sweet and we had a conversation talking about vietnamese restaurants! I wanted the rose (since it allowed 4 flavors), and the guy there warned me how the rose won't look that pretty with 4 colors - I said that's fine, I want a lot of flavor options. Also note that the staff speaks fluent Viet - I spoke to them in Viet (southern region accent). Overall my friend and I had a good experience here. We'd still recommend them and will likely come back!

If you need to take your cotton candy home make sure to ask for the bag and use the air blower to keep it pristine as you wrap it. The cost won't break the bank. I had a disappointing experience at this location recently. There was only one worker present at the time, an older Asian lady who seemed visibly frustrated, even though the store was not busy. It was just me and two young girls waiting to be served. When it was my turn, I politely asked for one scoop. She accidentally gave me two scoops, then appeared annoyed at her own mistake. Instead of adjusting it calmly, she dumped the entire cup and gave me what felt like half a scoop in return. I also asked for a lid, and she slammed it on the counter without a word. I understand working alone can be stressful, but there was no reason for the attitude or rough service, especially when I was being patient and respectful.
