I've gotten the raspberry lemonade eegee 3 times now, the first two times were great, flavors very bold that had me coming back for more. On this third time I noticed something was off with my icee. Some of it wouldn't melt in my mouth and I would spit out these little slimy gooey pieces. I was very disappointed in the quality of this drink, I question if they didn't clean the machines properly because I am not sure on what these things can be. I was so excited to hear Eegee's was returning to Phoenix! It was once my favorite sandwich and fries combo! I've now tried it twice since it has opened. Maybe my palate has matured but I've had sandwiches from gas stations that were better. (That is not hyperbole) The bread was not what I remember, it was rubbery and tasteless and there was barely anything on it. Fries are still good but...I guess some things are better left memories. Our first trip to this place and after reading the Yelp reviews it seems their problems are mostly related to the order ahead orders. We did the drive thru and had great service. Payed and received our drinks at the first window then 2 minutes later received our food order again with great service at the second window. The chipotle party fries are delicious! Husband liked the spicy grinder but said it needed more sauce to give it more of a kick. We also tried the hot pretzel and a strawberry eege to see what that was like. My first two visits to the Bell location were good but my third and possibly last not so good. I went to get 4 biggie Egges and 4 grinders. I ordered the mango tangos 2 they said they were last months flavors. So they said they have Orange Dream so I was going to order that. Then I was going to order 2 Strawberry Dreams and to my dismay I am told no more Strawberry Dreams either. At this point I figure well all 4 people In my household don't get the drinks that they want so no point in ordering the 4 sandwiches. I understand why the ratings are so low for this location. So they called me and gave me credit to try it again. I am very impressed with the sandwiches i had a turkey ham provolone my wife had the club i didn't hear a word out of her till she was done then she said we have a new sub sandwich place. The bread was like a Hawaiian roll flavor the meat and cheese were cut the right thickness. Just the right amount of bread and ingredients. UN LIKE most places that are 60% bread. I have been ordering (DoorDash) from the Bell Rd location since June 2nd (17x). During that time the 4 piece chicken tenders have gradually become smaller and sometimes overcooked. 3x never received the drink. The Spicy Grinder bun has been split open like eating a sandwich upon opening the wrapping. I asked for no mayo and my pickles on the side. My sub came out with mayo, sent it back and got a new one. Never even got the side of pickles. We have been eating here frequently since this location opened and our order has been almost accurate only once. The sandwiches have been right each time, but every time they don't included the house dressing, we've ordered Buffalo fries and got regular fries, and we've ordered regular fried but got two Buffalo ranch dressings and two large cups of cheese. I grew up in Tucson and went to Eegees all the time, this location took FOREVER to get food out. We waited 40 minutes in the drive thru and they were not busy at all. Seems like the crew/s performance at this location is far from stellar. Wait times, order accuracy and just plain lack of customer service seems to be the real problem here. The manager/ owner for this location should try going to Chik-fil A a few times to see how customer service should be. It's also sad to see the representative Egges has that responds to the customer reviews/complaints. Tina has a scripted response for the negative reviews and really doesn't help or solve any of the customer's concerns. I've been to many of the Egee restaurants in Tucson and have never had an issue like the ones here in Phoenix. Clean house and start over with a new direction and attitude. I was excited to try this place, and I requested having toppings taken off. I got my sub, and all of my requests were on the receipt but when I went to look at my sub, they clearly just tried to scrape off the toppings because they noticed it after the fact, but they were still toppings in my sandwich that I did not want. Pulled up at 9:10pm after getting off work. The car in front of me took forever to get their order taken and when it was my turn, I ordered a original grinder. Before I could even say I wanted it as a meal they said my total would be at the first window. I went to the first window to where the cashier was already handing me someone else's drink. I told the lady that it was not mine and her response was, "What's up? What did you order?" I had to repeat my order and let them know it wanted it as a meal. I was then told to go up to the second window for my food. When you order your food online, the app tells you it will be ready in 15 minutes, but it never is. A week ago, I spoke with a manager and asked why my order was never ready when the app said it would be. He said that when you order french fries, they start them when you arrive. I said okay, that makes sense. So yesterday, I ordered online. I arrived, was the only one in the Order pickup line, and stood there for 11 minutes. The guy doing drinks stood there looking at me and said nothing. (Note: In the 11 minutes I was in line waiting to be acknowledged, people started coming in to place orders at the Order window. They were immediately helped and were picking up their drinks in the Orders pickup line.) I stuck my head in the window and repeated HELLO, HELLO, looking at 2 girls talking and laughing. Finally, the "drink" guy acknowledged me. I said, I'm here, and please start my french fries so I can be on my way. The people who came in after me had their drink and food before I did. I was there waiting for 25 minutes when I ordered online. So this is my suggestion: If you order online, go to the Order window and tell them you are here, and please start your order. I have been the biggest Tucson eegee fan since my childhood. I was so excited when Phoenix finally got a location. Recently went to check it out. The customer service was good, the staff was polite and our order was correct. We ordered two eegees, two sandwiches and one order of fries. The bread was my biggest complaint, it's definitely different, dry and too thick of a hoagie roll. The fillings (veggies) were sparse and it was like eating a roll with a touch of dressing. I was disappointed as my sandwich was not as good as it has always been. Fries and drinks, still good and still the same. While sitting in the dining room, a homeless man came in filled his drink up (soda fountain) and sat down and watched me eat. I ended up leaving and unfortunately will not return. I guess I will continue to enjoy eegees when I have to make a trip to Tucson. Bummer read more

Said her name was Victoria but had no name tag. I was stuck in the line for a solid 30 min, held hostage on my lunch break, as I could not escape the drive thru once in it. When I said something to the worker, she was terrible to me about it. Told me I could leave if I don't want the food and shut me down by saying she felt attacked because I mentioned it to her.
