Chris responded to a call over the weekend in the early hours of Sunday morning, I think it was about 3 a.m. There was a burst pipe that my oldest child notified me of. I woke up and turned off the water immediately. I looked for a plumbing company that would respond at that hour, as most companies were closed. I found Emergency Response Plumbers via Yelp. I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and completed the repairs himself. All while answering my million questions regarding what he viewed from within the walls (the house is a little older, and I just thought since the walls were open, why not). He also walked me through all the repairs he was completing. Overall, it was great work, great service, and great patience. I ask a lot of questions trying to understand things. Of all the multiple plumbers and plumbing companies we've experienced, hands down, Emergency Response Plumbers have exceeded them all. They are everything you want when seeking a plumber -- professionalism, competence, cleanliness, courtesy, customer care, and fair pricing. It's dirty work, but they always show up with a friendly smile and a great attitude. Christian has always taken good care of us, whether it was a ceiling pipe repair or hydro jetting. He's also talked me through a drain repair, via phone! I cannot be happier with ERP, they consistently deliver quality service we can count on. Give them a try and you will see why!

I was desperate for a professional assessment since I knew what was wrong and that we were not going to be able to solve it. I've had my sink snaked and hydro-jet previously so I am familiar. Eric was fair and professional. He ended up coming sooner than our slated window due to another appointment falling through. We had to call multiple times throughout the morning just to find out where our technician was and when they planned to arrive. Once they finally arrived, I was quoted $900+ just to diagnose the source of a leak. I told them I had already received another quote for $700 that included both diagnosing and repairing the leak. They agreed to match the price, but the situation only got worse from there. After their inspection, they determined the leak was actually related to the HVAC system, not a plumbing issue. Instead of being honest and simply referring me to an HVAC professional, they still wanted to charge the full amount despite the problem being outside their area of expertise. What makes this even more frustrating is that the source of the water appeared to be obvious. The leak was coming from the attic, and there was visible water present. Charging $700 simply to determine that the issue was related to the AC system feels excessive and unreasonable. When I questioned the charge, I was told they had "done their work." In my opinion, a reputable company would have been upfront about their limitations, referred me to the appropriate contractor, and charged a fair amount for the time spent. Between the three-hour delay, poor communication, and what felt like an excessive charge for a diagnosis that did not result in a repair, I cannot recommend this company.

There was no vague explanations, just straightforward information and transparency. Sean was wonderful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining. They later sent me a video of the finished work, and the difference was night and day. It was a significant investment, but it was absolutely necessary, and I'm glad I chose this company. They also stand behind their work with a 10-year warranty on the epoxy and a 2-year warranty if anything gets stuck, which gave me a lot of confidence. This company genuinely operates with integrity. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, which is rare compared to some of the larger plumbing companies out there.....not naming names *Mike Diamond* Anyways, if you're dealing with plumbing issues and want it done right the first time, I highly recommend them. Shane and his crew were punctual, immediately set to work on removing the old, large heating system and outdoor unit, and worked tirelessly all day! We were constantly informed of each step - where the routing of tubing within the garage would be placed with attachment to the outside unit, and where its' location had to be, etc.. At completion, the system was tested, along with our Venstar thermostat - all functioned perfectly, and the property was left in impeccable condition! My experience with Efficient Plumbing was GREAT! I called them when I needed my old water heater replaced in my laundry room because it was leaking and making a mess on my wooden floors. The job turned out to be more challenging than a typical replacement because the water heater was installed in a very tight corner space, and required my washer and dryer to be unhooked and moved out of the way in order to install the new water heater. However, the team handled it with professionalism, skill, and a positive attitude from start to finish. Steve and Titus worked carefully and efficiently, and it was clear right away that they knew exactly what they were doing. What impressed me most was how thoroughly they handled everything, especially bringing the installation up to code. They didn't take shortcuts or rush through the job. Instead, they made sure everything was done properly and safely, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. In a situation like this, it really matters to have plumbers who pay attention to the details, and Efficient Plumbing definitely did. The plumbers themselves were excellent. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions, and treated my home with respect throughout the process. Even with the limited space in the laundry room, they stayed organized and focused, and the end result was clean and professional. I also felt that the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. Considering the difficulty of the installation and the fact that they brought everything up to code, I thought the value was excellent! It's not always easy to find a company that combines quality workmanship with fair pricing, but Efficient Plumbing delivered on both. Overall, I'm very happy I chose Efficient Plumbing for this project. Such an amazing experience with Efficient Plumbing! My 20 year old water heater finally stopped working. It wasn't until I walked into my garage to find a puddle of water at the base of my water heater that I noticed it was leaking from the tank. I called a few different places and Efficient Plumbing answered the phone and said they were available to come out the same day to replace my water heater. I did call and get multiple estimates from different plumbers before moving forward, and Efficient Plumbing's price of $2500 for parts and labor was very competitive. Steve was able to give me an estimate over the phone based off of a picture I sent him. I booked an appointment for later that afternoon and Hector arrived to get the job done. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced and I felt very comfortable. The job was completed quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. Absolute 5-Star Plumbing Service! I recently hired Efficient Plumbing for a water pressure regulator replacement. I had been noticing fluctuations in my water pressure along with some concerning damp spots in the garage. Their plumbing technician Hector was outstanding. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly and used electronic leak detection equipment to accurately locate the slab leak without any unnecessary digging or guesswork. I had them replace my water pressure regulator as well since my pressure was high and likely caused the leak. The slab leak repair was completed successfully and I've haven't had any issues since. The pricing was fair and clearly explained and they provided a few options with no pressure to upsell. I was also given a repiping estimate as a long-term solution if I had any other leaks. Given the amount of plumbing service I have needed in the last few months, I am so grateful to have found Efficient Plumbing. Steve and Evelin are a hardworking duo who are genuine, honest and provide exceptional customer service time and time again. We have used them for a water leak in the ceiling, a busted water heater, a clogged kitchen drain, high water pressure and this last time we finally got a whole house repipe done. EXCELLENT WORK! I had an old tank water heater leak that suddenly and I need help. I was looking for a replacement water heater right away since it couldn't be repaired. I reached out to 3 different plumbing companies for estimates, and Efficient Plumbing was the first to respond and even came out the same day and offered the best value by far, completing the entire installation for $2,500 including the new water heater parts and labor. I rarely write reviews but this company warrants another 5 star review. I have had poor experience with contractors in OC because of a lazy approach to their business. Rude on phones, miss appointments and try to rip you off. Hub, and special accolades to John Wood for understanding the true concept of customer service. Won't go through the details but called for assistance wit a shower that kept running water. Well beyond a drip. We had some issues with the repair initially but John stepped up and had open communication with me to really want to work out the situation. This review for Mark at Efficient plumbing is long overdue. We needed a faucet reset in the bathroom but in the midst of Mark changing it out, something inside broke. Mark attempted to help get a factory replacement, but after 30 mins of frustration with the mfr, Mark actually bought us a new replacement faucet and offered to replace it for free! I believe in a job done well should be paid but it was very kind and generous of Mark to replace it for free. The new faucet works perfectly now. Thank you very much Mark! Mark at Efficient Plumbing was great! He contacted me right away and replaced my hot water heater the same day. I usually don't strike up conversations with many contractors, but Mark was really easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. I had an old toilet I needed to get rid of after replacing it with a new one a couple months ago, and he was nice enough to take it off my hands. I really appreciated that. Mark was the fourth plumber I called and the only one that would schedule to come fix the leek. It was a leek (cracked pipe) in the wall leaking from a second floor bathtub into the first floor family room. Mark and Chris fixed the leek in record time (had to go through the outside stucco of the house) and at half the price I was expecting. Mark also referred Lenny & Mike to fix the stucco and drywall and they were fantastic too. I can't praise Mark enough but to say I will never call another plumber and refer him to everyone I know. read more

I called Efficient Plumbing yesterday to scheduled a plumber for this morning at 9am to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Hector arrived on time. He unclogged the drain and was done in 45 minutes at a reasonable price. Also Evelin the scheduler was very friendly and followed up with texts so I knew when Hector would arrive. We had a leak in our hot water pipe last nite so I immediately called mark at efficient plumbing. As usual he responded immediately and had the repairs taken care of first thing this morning. My daughter had accidently dropped her cell phone in the toilet while it was flushing - oops! So I called Mark, who showed up within a few hours to troubleshoot. In ten minutes we had it resolved, and since so little work was done, Mark didn't even charge for the brief visit. I would definitely recommend Efficient plumbing. read more

Was told by Mike he would come over and make the repairs at 10 am the next morning after speaking to him the night before. He never showed up, nor did he call me to explain why. As a business owner myself, this is one of the worst things you could do to your clients. Not impressed!! I called another plumber. read more

When I contacted AllClear, they were super understanding of the scenario and were able to move around their schedule and get a tech out, Walt, to me later that same afternoon. From the jump, Walt was able to inspect and pin point any potential issues and was ultimately able to diagnose the problem and provide his honest recommendations. We decided to go with a whole house repipe due to the number of valves we needed replaced and the age of the current pipes. Walt was able to provide a fair estimate and I decided to roll with AllClear that same afternoon and booked the appointment for the following week. The following Monday, Solomon and Danny showed up to do the repipe. After a walkthrough and providing me with the game plan, Solomon and Danny got to work. We were given an estimate of 3-4 days, but after powering through a ~12 hour day, they were able to complete it in 1! I truly appreciate how the staff at AllClear tries to put their customers first, something I felt from start to finish.

The last time they fixed my kitchen sink and I didn't have a single issue with it again for over 7 years. Before that, with other plumbers, I had to have the sink cleared almost every year. My house is set back very far from the street with strange turns and connections so this was a big, complicated job. The sewer line ran under my perimeter trees, then under my new deck and thick concrete slab driveway. Demo'ing everything to trench and replace was out of the question. I received lining estimates from 4 different companies and LoManaco's NuFlow trenchless lining pricing was the best and could be completed with no damage to my trees, deck, or driveway. Oscar did a great job of educating me about the system and thoroughly explaining what to expect. He and his team completed the job exactly as planned. They arrived on-time and cleaned everything at the end of each of the 4 days it took to complete. Not only did they do good work, but Oscar and all the guys on his team were so NICE!
