I really love this place. It's so cute and has great food. The brisket burrito is fantastic as a little kick not too spicy. The loaded tater tots are amazing. I was told everything there is made Fresh And house the brisket and sauce sauces. It's quality food. Their coffees are amazing. I tried the snicker latte delicious. They have many other flavors. I don't generally leave reviews, but they cater event for me as well and it was Fresh And good upon arrival. They definitely took care of my special request needs. I find often with burritos that folks don't add enough of it but at Effin Egg that isn't the case. There's flavorful sauce throughout the burrito. Heidi helped ring us up and even made it a point to ask what our names are which I thought was really nice and personable. She even got to know the people that ordered after us, you can tell she really wants to make it a good experience for you. I honestly don't remember how I stumbled across Effin Egg, but nonetheless decided to try it out this past Monday morning. It wasn't too far from home, so why not. I stopped in around 10am, atmosphere was pristine, immediately greeted by a smiling face, vibes were already 10/10, not to mention its decorated in a breakfast Alice in wonderland theme, which would have sucked me in, if I wasn't already. I ordered to go and got my boyfriend the BBQ Bacon Brisket breakfast sandwich (he loved it btw, so much he came back on Wednesday by himself to get it again haha), I ended up going with the Hangover Burrito and added egg (10/10, great flavor, great size.. I can't wait to try the others), and for us to share an order of the Brisket Tatchos (those didn't even make it out of the parking lot before I opened them and had to dive in.. I honestly couldn't wait and man, they were exactly how i imagined.. so much flavor in such a little package). This goes without saying, but I'll go ahead and say it, we'll definitely be back. This is the 3rd time here with my bf and each time was basically perfect. First time I had the strawberry cheesecake waffles, in my opinion I need more cheesecake flavor than a drizzle and some actual strawberries would have been nice instead of just the syrup. The waffles were very soft and I like mine crunchy on the outside soft in the middle ...soo this wasn't my fav thing they had... We came back for the Spicy BBQ brisket burrito and the BBQ brisket Sammy, which was killer flavor the little spice you get on the end of the bite is wonderful and the delicious BBQ sauce really makes it... The effin sauce is a great paring with the BBQ...my only bone to pick with the Sammy is that the buns basically collapse on you when you eat the sandwich, so I would say burrito for the win. The Sammy needs a bun that is a little more substantial to fit all the different things in the sandwich... Because it is quite messy, but if it doesn't get all over the place it doesn't belong in your face! Heidi was super nice at the counter and helped us order our food, which took about 15 min to come out, which wasn't too bad at all. There are def a few things I want to come back and try next time, like the Nashville hot chicken burrito...we will be back! We ordered the breakfast burger and effin loaded tater tots and both were terrible! The meat patty was very thin, dry and very overcooked. The tots came out cold so we brought it back. We were told that a new batch would be made, but it was the same tots and overcooked. The avocado aioli has no flavor whatsoever. read more

I'll start with the positive: cute ambiance and very friendly customer service. Love the packaging and vibe of the restaurant. Cons: got two breakfast burritos, the one with brisket and the one called the Javier. For about $15/each I was shocked when I unwrapped them and they were so tiny. I get it, food costs are up, everything is more expensive, etc, but for $15 their rent must be high or they're getting gouged on ingredients. The eggs in the burrito were a little bland, the sauces were fine, the exterior of the tortilla on the brisket one was oily and soggy even though I ate it right after they made it. It was described on the menu and having spice to it, not a single bite was spicy or had any heat. I like spicy food but not extremely spicy, just a nice bit of heat to kick up the flavor. There was zero heat, it was actually really sweet, I think it was something the bacon was heavily coated in. The brisket itself was ok, not a lot of depth of flavor or anything to be remembered. Maybe I picked the wrong items and I should have tried something else, but for over $30 after tax I was incredibly underwhelmed. Nothing we ate was memorable enough that it would make me think of them when I'm debating where to go for a quick breakfast. Overall: the name was cute, the branding was cute, fun environment, nice employees, but the food was overpriced and deeply underwhelming and forgettable. I passed a habaneros on the way, I should have just stopped and got their breakfast burrito for around half the price and a much larger size. read more

Take this with a grain of salt as I'm not a local and have only been here once, but based on my experience today, I wouldn't come back. There must've been some issues going on today in the kitchen. We decided to come here based on the good reviews and location off of the strip. The inside was full of people waiting and no one had food. We waited over 20 minutes for our coffees (a cold brew and an iced latte) and over 30 minutes for our food. It was very busy, but the wait time was ridiculous. When we finally received our food, my eggs were cold. I was hoping that after waiting for so long that the food would arrive hot. My friend ordered a burrito with no salsa and the cashier confirmed no salsa, but he ended up receiving a burrito with no egg. It was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The other two people with us did enjoy their burritos (the mamas and the Nashville hot chicken). It seems like a lot of locals come here and like it, but we had a bad experience. If you're visiting Las Vegas, I wouldn't spend the time driving over here to wait for 30 minutes for mediocre food. read more
