While the food was decent, service was average. Don't plan to make any substitutions as most items on the menu state this. Our waitress made a point to tell us they are too busy to make any changes and she didn't make the rules. I went to this restaurant on Sunday, October 2nd. The food: The food was great! Our table ordered the Ambrosia waffle, an eggheadz classics with turkey sausage. The Turkey sausage was a bit dry and over cooked. They eggs were fluffy and the pancakes were typical. We also ordered a farmers special with some substitutes that they were happy to accommodate. The skillet was full of flavor and a hearty portion size. The fruit on the waffle was fresh and the whip cream was light and airy. The restaurant: The wait time was quoted at 15 minutes and that was spot on. The hostess who took our names down and sat us was very friendly. Our waitress was all smiles and welcoming. The restaurant is a good size for breakfast/brunch. What I would say needs adjustment are the two bathroom stalls in the woman's bathroom. One of them was out of order so the wait was a bit long. read more

The food was absolutely appetizing and delicious. There was a lot of food leftover so we took some home for dinner made it even more worth it. Food was gross. I was not able to go to Cooper's hawk so I looked up what was next reviews said this place was good. Who are doing the reviews the food was awful. I drove by this place yesterday looking for a collectables spot. My wife flew in yesterday and we decided to do something different This is a pleasant surprise. Great food and service. We decided to do breakfast. I had chicken and waffles with a side of grits. The waffle was crisp but not burnt could have eaten it without the syrup. My chicken strips (4) good size were not dry and didnt taste thawed. The breading was tasty and not applied too thick. My grits came in a good size bowl and tasted great with a packet of sugar and butter. All in all a good experience menu is huge with a ton of breakfast choices along with various squeezed juice choices. I will be back... Plenty of parking on the side read more

What is very upsetting about this place is the old white man who wont seat you unless your entire party is present. What does it matter? You dont want my money? I guess not. Got a quick table for two on a Sunday morning which is rare. Then ordered coffee for drinks which was delicious. I got two perfectly scrambled eggs with a portion of hash-browns, delicious buttered wheat toast, and a crispy well made chocolate chip waffle. My friend got some sort of hash skillet with chicken and a side of pancakes he gives it a 10/10. We were visiting family and met here for breakfast. We were a group of 8 and were seated right away. Waitress was great . I had the fruit plate and it was delicious. It was big enough for two to share. All of their meals are big. You will not leave here hungry. THIS PLACE IS A HIT! Very excited to share this review. I was getting my car serviced at a nearby dealership and my girlfriend and I was looking to get some breakfast. I saw this place on Yelp with delicious looking food and good reviews so I suggested we go here. We came here on December 28, 2019 and was shocked of how full the big parking lot was. I thought then, this place must be good. We got a space and even though there were many people waiting to be seated, our party of 2 they sat us right away. The menu is a book! They have so much to choose from. Our server Deborah was awesome - friendly and hardworking! We ordered our food and I happened to order the corned beef hash which is homemade. She asked if I had ever had theirs before. I told her no and she gave me a small sample so I could see if I would like it and I'm so glad she did. I didn't care for it (personal taste) so opted for the turkey bacon which was crispy and good. We ordered our food and despite it being extremely busy in there, we got our food FAST! Food was hot and delicious! Everything was good! The Ambrosia waffle I wanted to try based on a Yelp photo that was shared. Had never had waffles like that and it was really, really good. I tasted my girlfriend's pancakes and they melted in my mouth! This place is a must try. It seems to be a staple in the area because it was so busy there but I now see why. I don't think these guys are aware that there's been a pandemic, hyperinflation & worldwide supply chain issues.... For $15, I was given two enormous pork chops (cooked perfectly medium per my request), three sunny side up eggs, two fluffy pancakes & a literal platter of fruit (which was the substitute for hash browns) It is unheard of for me to ask for a to go box, but it just wasn't possible to avoid getting one at this place. This is a wonderful local gem in the area. If you are looking for some good and filling breakfast, you've found it! They have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. I wanted something in between vegetarian and vegan(ish). So, the missing 5th star is partly because there are no vegan breakfast options (including no plant based milks for coffee). But, there was the option to sub imitation crab for steak. It was huge and tasted wonderful! I also order pineapple upside pancakes and my partner ordered a skillet and red velvet pancakes. I forgot to get a photo of his skillet. But the pancakes?!?! Scrumptious! No need for syrup or butter! Both were amazing! The pineapple upside pancakes had pineapples baked in! If I had to choose, the red velvet pancakes were THE best! Now...they have a lot of covid precautions posted. But, they were not consistently being followed. Some wait staff wore masks and others wore them around their chin. Sigh.....but, I just prayed over my food and hoped for the best. But the customer service was good! Honestly I don't like giving places poor reviews, but this wasn't good. Although the waitress was nice, she wasn't attentive. But that was the least of the issues. The place was busy, so someone likes the food. We are not those ones. The scrambled eggs had so much cheese we wondered if there were eggs. The sausage was mediocre at best. The French toast was tiny pieces, likely ends of a loaf of challah. The "homemade" corn beef cannot possibly be homemade. If it is, then these chefs must also be the ones making all the canned junk sold in the store. It looked like dog food and tasted like lard. The over easy eggs were more like over raw - the whites ran like water all over the plate. The tab was $25 per person - food, coffee, tip. Not at all worth it. I'd gladly pay more for somewhere else that was eatable. The worse part though was the register person; she asked how the meal was so I answered honestly, politely but honestly. She could not have possibly cared less. No apologies. No offer to make it right. Just said - our food is good, goodbye. There are too many good breakfast spots to waste my money here again. read more

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and Eggheadz hit it right on the head with our meal. I have been to this location, only twice. The first time was on Mother's Day this year, and the food was fantastic. I had the Navajo breakfast skillet, with a side of pancakes. As well as a smoothie. It was all great. I definitely recommend everything I got, or at least the variations of it. The service was a great. We had a well mannered waitress, who really brought out the family side of the business. The environment was hectic, but that's expected on Mother's Day. We were seated somewhere that was great for us to talk. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. read more

You can feel good, good about the hood! Solid coffee in a large cup. Clearly prepackage creamers but the best kind. They were taking reasobale steps with redargs to covid. Tables were fairly spaced apart. All staff was wearing masks and customers were as well when not seated. The bathrooms were exceptiinallt clean I had my standard bisuits and gravy with 2 eggs over easy and a side of sausage patties. It was sadly disapointing. The gravy was dark thick and pleantyful, but it just tasted off. Too much peper nought enought fat? Not sure. The biscuits were the premade pucks as well.
