A wonderful first time experience at the Egg Works! Enjoy watching the little trains travel around the restaurant up above. Service was fast and friendly. The hostess and our server Nick was great! We enjoyed our food very much. The banana muffin was my favorite! My Spinach Egg Benedict was supposed to come with bacon but came with ham instead. I'm not a big fan of ham but no problem the hubby loves ham so ended up in his tummy. I mainly like the spinach and pouch eggs anyways. The hollandaise sauce is bit lite from places I've been to (it's still good but I just have to get use to it) the hubby liked his country fried steak and the potatoes. We were stuff at the end. Oh...almost forgot to mention...self pay at the table with receipt print on the spot was amazing! I personally think it's a safer way providing privacy of our card. My sister took my family here. She raved about the breakfast. Full disclosure, I didn't have breakfast, I had a burger. It was fine. The average review is really annoy the service. I get it, we had a party of 8 with 4 kids, but no refills, no check up, nothing. Also gave me fries instead of the potato salad I ordered, but couldn't tell my server because it took 10 minutes for her to check on us after the food was dropped off. Wishing for negative stars to give. So we order Greek Scambled with extra feta. As you can see in the picture there is no eggs in my dish. I called the restaurant and they said there is eggs in this dish. Well the taste and look does not look like it. When talking to the manager she can assured me that the dish had eggs but nothing was there. She than added that this is the number one complaint and they do not know how to fix it. My recommendation is to put more eggs to the dish. No one seems to care. I will think twice before going to this establishment again. read more

Holy cow this place has some huge servings. The restaurant is full of locals and apparently people with a huge appetite. The restaurant has an adorable country farm theme with a mural covering most of the walls, complete with an overhead train chugging away. We really enjoyed their breakfast staring with the gigantic banana nut muffin. Soft and warm it was great to start off with. We all ordered different things and picked off from each other. The most surprising side that we all loved so much was their breakfast potatoes. Sprinkled with some delicious seasoning it really kicked up the standard scrambled eggs or the omelet we had. This place is always crowded and for good reason. They have an excellent menu and just overall great breakfast options. You have an option of toast or coffee cake. Take the coffee cake!!!! The portions are good and the price is fair for what you get. My wife and daughter had "scrambles" and I had bacon and eggs. This is a fine breakfast rest. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly and great for family dining. I ordered the breakfast special with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and two pancakes. Not quite as good as the equivalent to Dennys but very tasty. actually Dennys is less expensive on the senior menu then the Egg Works for the exact meal. However this restaurants food is excellent. My boyfriend and I love egg works for casual breakfast. My only complaint is the small two person booths. I feel that they overcrowd and it can get uncomfortable at times. Other than that, I recommend their skillets and their AMAZING hablo diablo potatoes! read more

My friend brought me here while I was in town visiting because this is one of her favorite breakfast/brunch spots near her house. The restaurant shares a parking lot with other businesses as it is in a plaza. Fortunately for us, we were able to find parking on a busy Saturday morning. The wait for a table of 2 when we arrived was about 30-45 minutes. And it was a solid 30-45 minutes that we waited. Once our names were called and we were seated we waiting an additional few minutes for our waiter to come greet us and take our order. The menu is pretty extensive and there is something for everyone and depending on their mood. I chose to go with the French Toast Breakfast sandwich which was HUGE & Delicious. I highly recommend it. I could barely finish it because it was so big. It's definitely safe to say we were both please with our meals. But I will say the home fries were a bit on the saltier side, but other than that everything else was great. read more

I haven't had a recent experience that moved me to leave a review until now. I stopped by for something to eat. All the employees have been smiling and happy. Really seems they like working here. Someone asked for my drink order right away. My food was wonderful. My server, Emily, even recommended I get a half order of the eggs Benedict so I could have room for my single side biscuit and gravy. She was amazing and helpful. I'm totally coming back here again. The Harvest Walnut Pancakes are perfectly cooked all the way through and for a pumpkin spice batter that takes some real skill! The small stack was more than enough along with a side of 2 scrambled eggs. The eggs were also cooked to perfection. Just right...not dry or watery and they actually tasted like real eggs! You can't beat this place for the price the location the options the cleanliness. I highly suggest the Greek scramble 2 eggs unless you want heavy eggs then go with 4 was absolutely delicious. The Pancakes were "awesome" and the California crepe was good, heavy on the cheese . Coffee was average. We will be bringing our puppy next time for that experience For Those that may be following my reviews because of the Gluten Free either allergy. They do have a gluten free bread option but it goes through same toaster as the normal bread so not good for allergies. The potatoes may also be cross contaminated but they don't claim to be gluten free and really do try to be aware and go out of way to help and accommodate. read more

Not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. We got an omelette with potatoes. The potatoes were sooooo overly seasoned and the omelette was very mediocre. It was $16+. Banana pancakes were dry and flavorless. Soda was $4.25!!!!! And never got a refill. Could have had way better service. We wanted to customize an omelette and they said they don't do that. Cute restaurant though. Just wouldn't be back due to the food not being that great but also pretty expensive for what you get. read more
