They are seasoned perfectly, I probably could have eaten an entire plate of them. I loved it! From start to finish it was great. I like the way they handle the crowd waiting to come in. You give the receptionist your name and mobile number and they will text you when your table is ready. There are benches out front and free coffee for you while you wait to be called. This is a favorite! Not only do they utilize the "no wait app" but there fast! My only gripe here is occasionally the cook is over zealous and u may end up with a little more "crunch" than u bargained for via egg shells! But the food is great for brunch or lunch!!! We were just visiting town for Crafty Feast as vendors and this place was the closest to our airbnb. The best homefries and Sweet Potato Pecan Pancakes!! They were perfect. The homemade syrup was delicious as well. Coffee was excellent. Wait time was less then 10 minutes with a line out the door. These people are efficient FOH and amazing cooks in the BOH. Food was amazing I ordered the southwest scramble with grits instead instead of homemade fries so basically with a grit bowl with a little razzle dazzle and a blueberry muffin. It was amazing I live in Atlanta and was just visiting South Carolina for an event and happen to google this location this place makes me want to make another trip to South Carolina just to visit EGGS UP GRILL! Unfortunately I can't same thing about their Atlanta rosewell location which is why they don't get a full 5 stars. I boxed something up to take home and ended up leaving the to-go box on the table and realized it as I was checking out. The manager immediately went and put in a new order for me to take home with me, since the busboy had cleaned the table. Every time I go to Eggs Up, the staff has been fantastic. The food is delicious, but the wait staff is what makes this place special. I meet new faces, and they seem to truly care. The hash brown bowls (or whatever they're called) are literally the most delicious breakfast food I've ever had. We try to go super early on the weekends, since it's packed for breakfast.
