Fairfax sandwich, truffle hashbrowns, cinnamon toast cold brew
    Crystal C.

Quick and delicious breakfast! Food is all hot and made to order. I got a Fairfax Sandwich which had a pillow soft bread and my favorite type of silky scrambled eggs. Truffle hashbrowns provided a great chance in texture from the sandwich. The Cinnamon Toast Cold Brew is so good! It's not too sweet and had the right amount of coffee :) It reminded me of cereal milk flavor which I love!

Sausage egg and cheese bun (delicious sauce) and hash browns.

Five stars for the food. My go to is the sausage egg and cheese bun. I like eggs cooked and they do take adjustments to that. I also like their hash browns. The line is not too long and wait isn't bad. It's in a small market center near a butcher shop but doesn't seem to be a problem. Only issue is parking is terrible but there are paid parking locations right by them.

This was sooo good. Ive tried the Vegas location prior and i believe this location was much better. The truffle hashbrowns were absolutely fire. The fairfax sandwich was amazing. We added sausage for more protein. The french toast sticks were delicious, a tad bit too greasy for me but still good. The horchata cold brew was delicious. I 100% recommend coming here if youre in Washington!!

Eggslut is locationed in a small market with a few other restaurants and stores. The interior was super cute, but there was not a lot of seating unfortunately, so plan ahead! I opted to the fairfax, and I added a sausage patty for $3.75...which seemed pretty high to me. I wanted to love this sandwich, but I don't think it was worth the almost $17 (after adding the sausage). It was super buttery, but the scrambled eggs were very watery so the soft bun got soggy + there were barely any caramelized onions in my sandwich... Maybe it would've been better to try the other sandwiches that came with a sunny side up egg? Service was pretty fast though.

Good and simple. Was crowded but quick to get my food. Place was clean but needs more seating.

Stopped in her for an egg/bacon sandwich on a Monday in January. The sandwich was great. They were busy, but no line. Great salsa music playing and a fun atmosphere. Service was great. Prices seemed a little high, but expected in the Capitol Hill area.

egg slut located in a small food marketplace between cap hill and westlake.. limited seating and it does get busy around 10/11am so keep that in mind! you may have to sit outside. food came out relatively fast, and we managed to fight for our lives to get a table. best thing was the french toast sticks. fluffy, sweet, warm.. all the best things we tried to two diff breakfast sandwiches w bacon and sausage! both were really good but it is a little messy w the runny yolk. bread was super fluffy and buttery, still thinking abt it now also got the truffle tater tots, and those were really crispy and yummy as well, and came w two diff dipping sauces

Came here on a Friday at lunch time. No line, was able to order pretty quickly. Service was not the best. We ordered the hashbrowns. A few minutes later we noticed our receipt said tater tots not hashbrowns and brought it to their attention. When we asked about it, they said it was the same thing even though the photos of the two clearly look different on the menu. We tried to tell them repeatedly that we ordered hashbrowns and they just handed us the tater tots repeating that it was the same thing. I think they mistook our order and didn't want to change it because they already started on the tater tots. Really annoying but we didn't bother arguing further after the first two asks. The tots are fine, we would've liked the larger hashbrowns but the seasoning is good. The sandwich was good. Eggs are nicely cooked and the bread is soft and buttery. A little salty but it didn't detract that much from the taste. Overall, an okay experience, just make sure they get your order right the first time I guess.

Fairfax Sandwich (+ sausage patty add-on)

Solid place for breakfast if you love soft scrambled eggs and breakfast sandwiches. It's on the pricier side but imo quality and flavors are pretty consistent so you know what you're getting. We came saturday at 12pm (lol) and waited in line to place our order for probably 30 mins. the line looks long but moves fairly fast so i wouldn't be too discouraged. Kind of hard to snag a seat inside since it's so small and packed. We ordered the fairfax and added a sausage patty - eggs were fluffy and delicious, sausage patty was nice and juicy, brioche bun buttery and soft. The truffle hashbrowns are really crispy and hot which i love but each bag only gets like 6 small pieces... so def get your own bag and dont share with your friends! lol

I had been wanting to try Eggslut for a while, and I waited a few months for the initial hype to die down since the line was insane when it first opened. There was still a small line when I visited, but it moved fairly quickly and was definitely worth the wait. I got the Fairfax sandwich, which was really good. The soft scrambled eggs were creamy, and the sharp cheddar paired perfectly with them. The sriracha mayo sauce tied everything together nicely. My only small critique is that I wish the brioche bun had been toasted a bit more, but that's just personal preference. At $11.50, it felt pretty "affordable" for Seattle prices. Seating is limited, but it's located inside Melrose Market alongside other food stalls, which gives it a fun food hall vibe.

This is a hip place. If you can't find street parking there is public parking across of the establishment. There are few things on the menu but all look pretty interesting. I had the Fairfax and I loved it. The way they packaged the sandwich was ingenious but for a reason. It caught food that may have fallen from the sandwich that way you savor every bite. Would I go here again most definitely!

Great spot if you're looking for breakfast sandwiches, they are absolutely delicious. So fresh. The Brioche bread that comes with sandwiches is so soft and buttery. Once you take a bite it melts in your mouth. I highly recommend this place. You must try it. Please try their iced cinnamon latte. It is one of the best lattes I have ever tried and I have tried many. The service was pretty fast so if you are looking for a place to pick up and go, this is the spot. It's a very small place so don't expect to have a big gathering there. Definitely a cute little place to grab something quick and go.

Sausage egg sandwich, chive and egg sandwich, and truffle hash browns

I was super excited to see eggslut opening in Seattle. We got there at a good time and ordered some orange juice to tide us over the wait. Everything was super buttery and delicious, however I was disappointed and confused about the truffle hash browns as they ended up being tater tots.. Lol. I don't recall seeing tots on the menu anywhere, but maybe i could have missed that. The flavor was good but wasn't loving to pay a premium for tater tots that you can get pretty much anywhere in Seattle. The sausage on the sandwich was very well seasoned and tender. Will definitely be ordering that next time. The chive and egg one I had was very good, and the spicy mayo gave the perfect kick. I think we paid about $40 which is a bit high but, I would come back and just get a sausage sandwich to go next time, and nothing else. There is really limited seating and you can tell this new addition disrupts the peace of Melrose Market a bit. Hopefully it will drive people in to discover the other amazing businesses like Cafe Suliman, the meat butcher, and Onigiri spot.

It's located in a very convenient and easily accessible location near Pike Place. It was literally along the same street as our hotel, so my husband and I just walked over to it for breakfast. I highly recommend getting there early because the lines do get really long. It is so worth waiting in line for though because the food is incredible. The customer service is also incredible too! Everyone is very friendly and efficient. I would say the food comes out fairly fast. The restaurant itself is very casual and is such a great spot to grab brunch. My husband and I ordered these items: -combo-silog -stack of ube pancakes We shared these items, and we were barely able to finish everything. The ube pancakes were so delicious and had the perfect flavor or ube. I will say a stack is probably a little too much for just 2 people haha. But I'm really glad that we shared. The rice that came with the combo-silog was also really good and stood out to me. The quality of the food was so good, and you can just tell how well-oiled this place is ran by the staff. They served the coffees with a little shortbread cookie, and these little details really elevated the whole experience. Also, the cappuccino was so foamy, and it hit the spot immediately. The breakfast menu was also fantastic. The TPC Breakfast plate included sausage, potatoes, bacon, bread, and some scrambled eggs. There also was an option to add Beecher's cheese on the eggs, and I'd say it was totally worth it. Most importantly, the Dutch baby was as good as they'd advertised. It comes out on a piping hot skillet which kept the dessert warm till the end of the meal. The service was very quick even though they were entirely booked out for the time we were there for. I appreciated the patience from the servers and their helpful directions in picking the menu items. I will warn you that we had to reserve our spot months in advance.
