We stopped in here for a quick breakfast. We ordered two coffees, 2 sandwiches, and the hashbrowns. Ordering the cold brew was a bit of a confusing experience to be honest. We wanted a cold brew with oat milk, but I guess they only serve the brown sugar cinnamon cold brew? We frankly didn't understand but we just went with it. We thought this would be like a quick order place that's kind of speedy but it was actually a decent amount of time we spent there. The wait in line was about 5 minutes which was completely fine, good amount of time to look at the menu and be ready by the time you get there. After you order, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get your food which was the part that surprised us. The menu is relatively simple, which is totally fine, but in my opinion that usually enables quicker order to ready ratio. Once we got our order we ate it there. There is limited seating but we were able to get a table. The hashbrowns were great. They are definitely made fresh and not just from a freezer bag. We each had the sausage biscuit and were pleased with them. It's definitely a sizeable meal. It's not the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had but it was Seinfeld good and satisfied what I was looking for. The food and service is great. The area is disgusting. Outside the restaurant there's trash everywhere and the entire area smells like urine so you can't eat outside even though they have the space and cute tables sitting right outside the door. Parking was easy. There's a garage parking across the street on both sides. ($7 for the first hr) From start to finish about 40 mins. I was hoping the menu was exact same as Vegas. Because I always get the gaucho. However they did have my second favorite - Fairfax. The sausage I added on looked different it had a green color? I had to drop in on the grand opening. Can't miss an opportunity to go to eggslut whenever I'm in Vegas/LA/Tokyo, and glad to finally see it here home in Seattle. The taste is great as usual with the (in my opinion) best menu item the slut. The toast slices were not as crispy as I've had in the past locations but that really wasn't an issue for me as it still tasted amazing. I came in around 12 pm and the line was pretty short with about only 7-10 people in line ahead of me and I was in and out in about 30 min. I'll be coming back for sure ! read more

Better when I removed one bun from my egg salad. Sausage was yummy. Hashbrowns were tasty but oversalted. The Slut is an awesome dish with a coddled egg on top of mashed potatoes - yum. But again way too salty. I think it's possible to ask them to hold the extra salt on top though. The slices of baguette that came with it were stale.
