    Everything bagel
    Deb H.

I love a good bagel! In addition to getting my favorite lox (smoked salmon) sandwich with cream cheese, onions, capers,...I also just enjoy eating an everything bagel whole, like an apple, with a Diet Coke....Mmmmm breakfast of champions Lol This Einstein Bros bagel store is located in the Las Vegas McCarran Airport: Terminal B By gate - B9 The only thing to be aware of is that they don't boil their bagels (wherever they get them from - since obviously they're not baking bagels fresh to order at this airport kiosk). The Einstein Bros location in the Excalibur Hotel Food Court also doesn't boil their bagels either (unlike Einsteins back home in Orange County, CA - where they do) The bagels are still super tasty here. It just has the soft baked outer texture instead of the shiny smooth texture with the bite of crunch that I love about a good bagel. Hence 4 instead of 5 stars.

I don't normally fly out of this section of the B terminal at Southwest. On my flight leaving Vegas to go to St. Louis Missouri, I decided to look for some breakfast options before boarding the flight. My flight was boarding at 8:40, departing at 9:10. I had arrived near my gate - B12 around 8:00. There was a lengthy line for Einstein Bros. Bagels, but I figured I could wait in line to get a meal. By the time I made it to the register, it was 20 minutes later. Luckily the orders were going pretty fast. This Einstein Bros Bagels offers a wide range of breakfast bagels, smears, drinks, muffins, and so much more. All of their bagels looked delicious, but I ended up choosing the 6 Cheese Bagel with Bacon and One Egg. I also ended up getting their Cranberry/Lemonade drink. I didn't realize though it was made with a Monster Energy, until they started to prepare my order. I let them know that I just wanted a lemonade instead. Luckily, the gentleman right next to me had ordered the same drink, except in a large! The lemonade was delicious and refreshing at Einstein Bros Bagels. I enjoyed the Bacon and Egg cheese bagel. I think next time I would order 2 eggs instead though! The Einstein Bros Bagels airport location is much more expensive than other Einstein Bros, but it is still a good breakfast option!

Feeling hungry or Hung over before that flight you're going to when leaving Vegas or connecting from Vegas? This is the place to get some quick bites for breakfast and coffee. I know the line is always long, but you get what you Get in the B terminal. Everyone is thinking the same as you. So don't fret. If you're a fan of Einstein bagels, the quality is still all the same. And yes, I love bagels. My favorite? Isn't everything bagel with a jalapeño cheese, Schmear. This is a takeout stand. And you can bring the food on your flight or in the waiting area.

I love Einstein Bros. bagels, even though they are a little pricey. :-) My husband and I had an early flight back to Atlanta, so we purchased a bagel with bacon and cream cheese on it. Also a coffee. I wasn't hungry, but I did take a bite of the sandwich bagel. It was delicious and the bagel was soft. If we're in the airport, we will stop by.

Line wasn't as long as others experienced. Bagel was good with plenty of shmear. Staff was friendly. No complaints here.

Arugula, spinach, purple onions, tomato, thrown together on a sesame seed bagel. Got a side of tomato dressing sauce.

Arturo needs to improve his customer service. Said he didn't have egg salad?! Said the closest he had was a veggie sandwich. Threw together arugula, spinach, tomato, purple onions, cucumber with a smidge of avocado spread and no cream cheese on a sesame bagel. He read the ingredients off his cheat sheet. Said it's against policy to cut my bagel in half. Pointed me to a plastic knife. Plastic knife broke mid slice. Had to go back and request condiments because the sandwich was hard as rock. Tossed a container of tomato something or other. As I walked away, I saw several egg breakfast sandwiches that would've sufficed. Spent $18 on veggies à la bagel-- on a Friday during Lent, because Arturo was confused by the words egg SALAD. No line waiting, no crowd, no excuse--just me and him. Sad but true.

We were happy to see Einstein Bros. Bagels in this section of the airport we were waiting in. I hadn't wanted to get the "siren/mermaid/Melusine" coffee spot this day so this was a welcome choice. It was not the fault of Einstein Bros., but it was a real busy day and the line was intensely long. We happened to be very early for our flight and it was also delayed an hour, so we didn't mind waiting in the line. And although it was busy, the staff didn't look too stressed and the place looked fairly clean. When we finally did order, it seemed as if everything had gone correctly and there would not be an issue. The people working were busy, as mentioned, but not too stressed. Unfortunately, everything about our order was incorrect, so I'd suggest checking thoroughly before walking away. My bagel sandwich was super dry and hard to get through but it did it's job and I wasn't hungry for some hours afterwards.

    Iced mocha

The gentleman working the register was incredibly cheerful, even with how busy things were. He stayed positive and friendly with every single person, which really stood out. He made it a point to tell everyone to have a safe flight, and that small gesture made a big difference. It's genuinely nice to see people with strong customer service skills like that in today's world. Additionally, the man making the drinks was also very friendly and kind

$10 so-called "pizza bagel" with barely any sauce or cheese.

Despite the hype this place has had, it wasn't my favorite place for focaccia. The batch that we got tasted a bit burnt and has a bit too crunchy. I did really like the truffle sauce I think that was in it, but some of the sandwiches that we got were a bit salty. The line was a bit long, but it was a weekend, so I'd imagine during the week it's a lot faster. It's located at the new food hall in the casino area where Howlin' Rays is located. The display case is usually stock full of goodies in pastry form, but the two standouts here is the kouign amann and their enormous French macaron. The latter makes it look more like a cookie, but it is as delicate and delicious as any should be. Their kouign amann is their unofficial star of the show since it's sensational. That caramelized laminated dough is so difficult to pull off, but it's done beautifully here. Additionally their chocolate chip cookies are strangely addicting. The butter that is used to bake them is obvious with each bite and the cream cheese danishes are like cupcakes with a harder texture. Finish it off with a coffee from Equator Coffee and try to avoid the morning crowds. Lastly, a big shout out to their service for being friendly and personable.
