We ordered drinks and they told us that due to us not wanting ice that we would literally be paying for the larger size but receiving a small. Then, when they gave my husband the drinks my husband asked which drink was which and the girl started having so much attitude and was very disrespectful and rude to him about letting him know which drink was which one. Had to pick up bagels for a meeting at 6:30 am so I arrived around 5:30. There nothing like walking into a place and smelling all the delicious warm smells of fresh bagels. I was greeted with a smile and a "good morning" which pleasantly set the tone. The bagel window was fully stocked and it was so fun to see all of the delicious varieties of bagels. They have "top shelf" bagels which were more specialty like jalapeño and Asiago - just amazing. I got my dozen along with 2 tubs of schmear even with 6 top shelf bagels and a tip it was just over $20. Love this place and can't wait to go back! read more

I'm very disappointed in this location today. I normally enjoy getting my bagels from this Einstein location, However this morning, the early morning staff seemed to be in their own world. It took us a while to get their attention in order to have our order placed. Once we did, my husband had made some alterations to his order , from ham to sausage , to our dismay, when we arrived home , his bagel in fact did not have sausage, but ham. Leaving his taste buds highly unsatisfied. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but today I will make an exception. I have come here many times to order bagels and bagel sandwiches. As I have the app for this place I had a free sandwich offer for my birthday. I got the new Maple breakfast bagel. The bagel was good as I always get them without eggs. It had lots of flavor and syrup. The only issue I had was the smear they put on the sandwich. It didn't really go with it in my opinion. Don't go to this location, they are substandard compared to the rest of the Einstein locations. This is by far the worse Einstein's bagels around. I usually go to the ones in long beach or El Segundo , and they are awesome. I asked for and paid for extra onions and tomatoes on my bagel. And he served us two half onion rings. The worker there seem to think that was sufficient. This location does not let you sit inside. And they do not let you use the restroom. I think might be a violation with the health code. Bagels are delicious but the staff are very disorganized. You can tell they are in disarray when it's the morning rush. Today, I witnessed a woman come in with no mask and she was coughing a lung and two livers but was still served. I did appreciate that eventually when the manager noticed (the woman finally paying) , she asked her to wear her mask. The woman didn't have one and I was surprised she wasn't offered one. It's a corporate company. You can definitely afford a box or two for these individuals. The manager then told the employee no mask no service. Tough times! Good bagels but service is sub-par compared to other bagel shops. The staff can be rude or ignore you because they are talking amongst themselves. They make you feel like you are interrupting their socialization. This place does not make enough product to have any type of variety after 9am. Every time I go there it is slim pickings. I have walked out without purchasing so many times that I rarely go there any more since it's a waste of time if you can't order. Sadly I had to post this due to too many bad experiences. Maybe they sell a lot to door dashers I don't know but if so maybe make more bagels. The upside is that the bagels here are quite good when they have them. Bagels were super bland. McDonald's has more love in their food. Coffee was just no flavor. The cinnamon bagel is just a regular bagel with brown sugar on top. Service was okay.
