I pre-ordered many bagels and smears to take to celebrate my brothers birthday tomorrow. I paid for it in advance online and had my receipt. It was very busy at my pick up time - the line was out the door. I had to wait 20 minutes to obtain my pre-paid order. The woman helping was very rude and told me to "just wait." I asked to see her manager and she stated she was the manager. She didn't want me to check my order either when I finally obtained it. This is so unusual for this Einstein's! I have placed prepaid orders here many times and the staff was always very helpful and kind. I do not know what happened today, however, it was a very negative experience. I hope the owners and managers of this Einstein's read this YELP review and have a meeting about providing their customers good service with a kind attitude. I went here for my first time about 5 years ago when they first opened in my area and thought it was mediocre. I gave them a 5 out of 10 and never went back. I went again today, because I was in a rush and really hungry and was craving a bagel.... still terrible!! Of ALL the bagel places I've been to in my entire life, Einstein has to be THE WORST! I like my bagels crispy so I always ask extra toasted - I got mine flimsy still and not that hot at all. I asked for avocado and eggs with cream cheese as well. The Avocado is NOT even fresh! It's the kind that's already "pre-mushed" however you call it, and tasted sooooo old. The taste of the avocado ruined my whole bagel so I wiped it ALL off. The egg too, of course I should've known better, was microwaved and then thrown on top. Disgusting. couldn't even taste the cream cheese because the avo and eggs was sooooo bad. For being a bagel store - specializing in bagels - you would think they would have FRESH ingredients. Or at least one stove to make fresh eggs. Theyre not making anything else BUT bagels!!! These people do not care about curb side pickup. On the app it says to check in so one of the workers can bring you your order. I waited more than 30 minutes, only to go inside and see that my order was sitting there. The guy told me that usually they sit on the counter. How in the hell am I supposed to know that? They didn't even have the drink I ordered ready, and then I was given the wrong size. I was very disappointed, the lady that was taking orders this morning was wearing glasses heavy set lady had an attitude looks like she was bothered made us wait a while before taking our order, we order a box of six bagels and two breakfast we didn't know that the top section was .75 cents more and told us in a very rude way that it was going to be more. Conveniently located next to a Starbucks and Jamba Juice. Up front parking is difficult sometimes on weekends and or busy hours, however just right around the corner behind the Chick-Fil- A and next to Lazy Dog there is plenty of parking. Now to the good stuff the bagels. I usually don't veer much from my usual orders.....dozen blueberry bagels or Turkey sausage with one egg on a asiago bagel (ahmazing)! Service has never been a issue and they are busy.....minimal waiting. The Honey Almond smear is their secret sauce for me, bagels are fresh and really good but man, that Smear!!! The first time I went to Einstein's was probably 7 years ago and it was pretty good. I love bagels and go to bagel places all over whenever I can and recently went back to Einsteins and it was AWFUL. I asked for an everything bagel with avocado and lemon pepper, a very common bagel order now a days. They told me they didn't have lemon pepper, which was weird so I decided to go with out and just get the avocado and put some hot sauce like I usually do. Let's forget that they don't carry any hot sauce but they should be down right embarrassed for the avocado they gave me. It was meek and pathetic. I went back today and noticed there was a new young lady who was very friendly. I will go back again.

I come here on Friday's and I get the same thing each week. The only issue is their consistency week to week. Their customer service is either spot on or it sucks. My order each week is either spot on or they completely miss the mark. The bagels are fresh but if it isn't prepared the way you want it, is it good??? I was here with my friend a few weeks ago, and I really enjoyed the service here. I love that Einstein's has so many different types of bagels and options. My favorite are the spread bagels... the ones that starbucks calls bantam bagels. Oh my goodness, these bagels were so delicious. I loved them. The guy who served us our bagels, was very friendly. I always appreciate a friendly face when I am spending money somewhere. My favorite bagel ever, is the everything bagel - which I believe they only had in the spread bagels. I would totally recommend this bagel to anyone who likes a mixed type of flavor. My friend and I, sat outside the bagel shop in the outdoor seating, and it was a nice place to snack and talk. Updating for the second time. If there was an option for negative stars, I would be giving it a -5. I have tried several locations and unfortunately, it appears the problems are across the board. Employees almost always look bored, upset, even borderline pissed off they have to be there. And it's become clear the company does not understand what toasting means. Each time I have asked for my bagel double toasted, it comes out looking as if it hasn't been in the oven for more than ten seconds. I don't generally ask for things remade but I have here. The management team really needs to crack down on the lack of customer service the workers here seem to give. 4/5 times you'll be ignored or given short blunt answers and in all majority of the workers here seem to not want to be there or work. I think ive only had two good encounters out of the handful of times ive been to this location; a bright faced girl helping me purchase a gift card and a taller guy with glasses who looked like a supervisor or manager of some sort. And basically it was good service, greeting, the usual schpiel in customer service. All the other times... forget it. Like a pregnant woman, I had a very particular craving. I wanted a bagel and aimlessly driving around, led me to this Einstein bros location. I've been here before and back when Francisco was the manager, I had nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Well this time around, to satisfy my craving and to introduce this place to my boyfriend and his family, I decided to take them here. All was well until we noticed a flaw in one of our orders. An egg white asparagus and mushroom bagel with turkey added (I know, yum right?) on an onion bagel. First bite was delicious but missing a little something... it was the egg white, so I decided to get this small inconvenience corrected. I told the cashier my dilemma and he attempted to fix my problem. Waited another 10 minutes, salivating with anticipation for my bagel to finally arrive, and when it did, not only were the egg whites still not present, but somehow my turkey went missing!!! Frustrated, I attempted one last time, and this time the manager, who was also making my bagel, approached me telling me this is what I asked him to do on my bagel and this is exactly what I requested. First of all, Mr. manager (a Samoan guy on the larger side), I did not speak to you and secondly why would I order a bagel and add extra turkey just to ask you to remove it for me? Then this dude had the audacity to accuse me of removing the turkey myself.. uhh for what? In the end, my options were to take this pathetic egg white asparagus and mushroom bagel with turkey added on onion with no egg white or turkey or take a refund and leave. Upon walking up to order my food and drink, I asked the girl behind the counter what hot tea they served (all it says on the menu board is "Premium Tea"). She giggled and shrugged her shoulders and tells me "I don't know. Ask the girl at the other register". When I go to the other register, I ask if they have hot green tea...and she hands me a cup. Assuming that there was a self serve station, I take the cup and my bagel and pay the girl...only to find there is no hot tea, only iced tea. I don't bother asking for any further assistance seeing how I was already going around in circles with the "help" I received. When two employees fail to pay attention to the wants and needs of the customer, it's clear there's a lack of training on how to adequately serve the customer. EVERYTHING BAGEL I always get this bagel. It has everything in it so it has the most flavor. I get the blueberry spread with it. ORANGE JUICE They have the expensive Odwalla and stuff, but their fresh squeezed orange juice is very good. This use to be Noah's Bagels, but I haven't been here in at least a year.
