Terrible service. I walked in and 3 employees were standing there. Not one greeted me. I stood there looking at the bagels for a while and then walked over to stand right in front of the cash register. Finally, 1 of the 3 employees said "can I help you." I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with regular cream cheese, to go. I asked for the cream cheese on the side. But the employee ended up putting it on the bagel. Didn't listen. Whatever, I guess. I didn't wanna wait for him to remake it and took the one already cream cheesed up. As I was checking out to pay, I saw that they sell bagels for dogs. I grabbed one of the beef bagels for my puppy. She loves it!! The bagels are decent. Service terrible though.

Update: received a call from the manager Sylvia. the manager that was on duty during my visit was not the manager for that location, Sylvia apologized for the unfortunate service i was "provided" and was very kind. i did let her know the employee helping was very nice and did not want him to endure any issues because he was VERY helpful. my issue was with the treatment of the manager on duty. i appreciate the call , check in and comments.

I'm a bit disappointed here. I got a breakfast sandwich and it had such minimal filling that it was basically just bagel? And I love a bagel as much as the next girl buuuttt I ordered a sandwich? I haven't been to an Einstein Bros in awhile (and have never been to this location) and I don't think I'll be back based on this experience.

Good bagels, no personal care whatsoever. The employees don't greet customers upon arrival, they are merely order takers. They lack customer service and simply go through the motions. It's very transactional. Definitely don't add to the experience- but the bagels are good, consistent and we love them! The store itself can use some love. It's pretty dirty inside which is a bummer. Lots of outdoor patio seating though!

No real reason to come here: Old and grimy. Dining area closed and this is May '23! Look at the photo of how they buttered my virtually tasteless everything bagel. GROSS! The McDonald's of the bagel world without the world famous fries!

I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese (along with other food items). Both bagels look like this. I should have just ordered 2 bagels with no cream cheese, because that's basically what I got. NOT COMING BACK

Disappointing is an understatement.. I can't believe they served this... HUGE onion petals and tomato ends... and 2 small slices of lox.

Best bagels around. They are so soft on the inside and the Flavors are awesome. Place is a little small but other than that no complaints.

Do they sell other pastries like apple fritters or bear claws on top of their bagel selection?

Greek Yogurt Cherry Pastries, chocolate chip coffee cakes, two types of muffins and two types of cookies are always on menu. For a limited time, "Party Bagels," which are similar to donuts are available now.

It's a pulled chicken sandwich that is absolutely delicious--honestly, it's the most unique "actual" sandwich you can get in the area. The Perfect Order: * The Build: You have to get it on Dutch Crunch bread with no tomato. * The Flavor: The Dutch Crunch is amazing, especially with the honey on it. The sandwich itself is almost like a chicken sloppy joe--it's bomb. * The Perks: I love that they still include those little caramel apple suckers with the order. It's a signature touch that I hope they never stop doing. * Rewards: Their point system is very favorable. I frequently get free drinks, chips, or discounts on my sandwiches. The Critiques: * Ingredients: Like a few other spots, this one makes me feel a bit "off" afterward. Since the meat is tossed in sauce and they add more to the bread, I suspect there might be some MSG involved. * Pricing: Things are getting expensive across the board, and I feel like most places--this one included--are overcharging by about $3. Five stars would only be achievable if the pricing was more reasonable. Final Thoughts: Despite the price and the "food coma" afterward, the #111 is too good to pass up. It's a solid four-star experience every time.

It was a late lunch so I called to see if a reservation is needed for 2 ppl. Not at all so we jumped into the car. Such a wonderful restaurant in an unassuming plaza. Lots of parking. There's an outdoor seating area and a good size restaurant inside. We were greeted as we walked in. Btw, the HUGE glass door entrance, I love. There Were a few open tables and we were welcome to sit where we wanted to. Two classes of water were brought to the table and a waiter came with the menu. My mom is vegetarian and I am not. I asked the waiter for his vegetarian dishes and he provided me a pasta dish. That was exactly what my Mom was wanting. Linguine with a light pink sauce with mushrooms and you can add zucchini, bell pepper and broccoli. I ordered a sangria. That was just amazing itself. And a linguine dish with shrimp. Warm, sliced French bread and a small dish of butter was brought out first that was so good. Usually the bread and butter that is brought at small restaurants like these could be just mediocre or not good at all. This was warm and just tasty. We also ordered a Caprese. The plate came out with big chunks of mozzarella tomatoes, and both were sitting on a marinated pesto covered set of basil leaves. That was so good. The combination of the vinaigrette, mozzarella basil tomato pesto was exactly what we were looking for so refreshing. Our entrées were huge for $20 a plate. We had to take 3/4 of it home. That was so not expected. Pasta and the pasta sauce were amazing. Very freshly made. Dishes were made to order only and not sitting around. I asked if they were doing something special for birthdays and I pointed to my mom next to you know, the waiter came out with fresh homemade Tim. They also sing to my mom wish she was so sweet. I am loving this place and will be coming back. Thank you so much for the staff for making my mom feel so wonderful on her birthday. The food was amazing Services amazing. The parking is easy in a small shopping center,, we didn't even need to use Pym particles to shrink the car to fit into a spot. There is indoor and outdoor seating, so we chose outdoor seating, so we could dine in alfresco and the service was excellent. Both the main server and her assistant consistently checked in on us and made sure our drinks were filled. Service is very friendly and they basically had Spidey-sense for exactly when we needed refills. We ordered their chef special steak, which is an Argentinian grilled ribeye, but with an Italian sauce. We also ordered the shrimp, which is also a fusion of Argentinian and Italian. The flavor team-up was so good it felt like Tony Stark and Bruce Banner working together in the lab. For an appetizer, we got an empanada. This is one of the best empanadas we've had, as the crust was very airy and crispy, but not heavy and overly dense. Excellent texture and flavor,, honestly mighty enough to lift Thor's hammer tbh. Also, ordered Argentinian sausages. Excellent texture and bold flavor. It may not have a spicy kick as an Italian sausage, but quality meat and insides. Dr Strange would happily take us on a tour inside and out of this sausage with his yellow portal openers. Oh wait, we are the sausages, so guess he can't. Interestingly, enough, we didn't think that bread could be so excellent! We are big fans of French and Vietnamese style baguettes that are slightly crispy on the outside, but very light on the inside. The bread here was crispy on the outside, but also light and a little chewy on the inside, but in the best way possible. So it has its own flare and flavor. We asked, and they indeed bake this in-house, and you could definitely tell! They mentioned that they make their sandwiches with this baguette bread that is baked on premise and in-house, so we will definitely have to come back and try it again. That bread is basically the reality Infinity Stone of the menu. Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent ambience! Kinda as relaxing as chilling at the Avengers compound after a long mission.

Service was good and there's a decent amount of seating inside with cute little marine themed decor. Lobster roll combo with the soup ($32) - I got the Maine style (cold) lobster roll which had really good flavor and the amount of lobster was really nice. I wish they pushed the lobster down into the roll a little more instead of stacking it on top to make it look fuller because it made it a lot harder to eat. The side salad was okay. I liked the clam chowder a lot. Fries and tater tots were perfectly crispy! Flaming hot lobster fries ($25): This feels a bit overpriced for what it is and kind of lackluster. Fries were good and crispy but the cheese wasn't melted well. Lobster is thrown on there and I think it would be better with cheeto dust versus the random cheetos thrown on top.
