Best bagels around. They are so soft on the inside and the Flavors are awesome. Place is a little small but other than that no complaints.

The staff is rude. There was nobody in line and 2 ladies working. They were not friendly , not helpful at all. They were out of Hazelnut Coffee, we tried the other ones and they were almost cold. Although we love Einstein Bagels , this location made us hate it as they did not toast them well. I don't think we will ever stop by here again. read more

Came in for an egg sandwich and a bagel with shmear. This place has fantastic bagels... Not a thing wrong with them. They are textbook perfect. The staff here is friendly and fun and I enjoy coming here. I totally would've given today's visit five stars, if it weren't for me discovering that they totally have downsized the size of their muffins. $2.19 for a dinky, homemade sized blueberry muffin?! Seriously?! Decreasing the size is fine, but the price needs to follow. The new size of the muffin isn't enough to satisfy an adult portion, so paying over $2 for that is way too high. Beware! My advice: stick to the bagels. read more

Honestly this place provided horrible service. Employees didn't care about making sure that guests feel welcome. There was a lot of pointless chatter going on behind the counter. There was more talk and less work. Unfortunately I had no other choice but to accept this service. I hope that this isn't always the case, and that this was only a rare occasion with I had the misfortune of coming across. Sadly I probably won't ever be returning to this location again although it is less than a minute from my work place. I think this is a great lesson in customer service for any business. read more

My favorite place to study. They have drinks, bagels and free wifi. A bunch more chairs than most Starbucks too so I never have to wait for a table. The lines here go by very fast so don't be deterred. Super fresh bagels and delicious schmears during the holiday season! read more

I went here to grab a bagel on my way to work. I was really in a hurry. I got in line with 5 people in front of me and I thought I was going to have to leave. However, they got the line down to me in five minutes. They were super friendly as well. The coffee here is really good. Especially the vanilla hazelnut. Good bagel too. read more

They have a funky system where one person takes the order at a register and then send you to another register to pay. If its a system that works, great. I was happy with the bagel I got. Honey Wheat with Onion Chive Spread. It was super fresh and delicious, packaged well and was quick. The staff was friendly. Next time I'm in the area for a quick breakfast, I'll stop here. read more

It was fine. It's a chain so you kinda know what to expect when you walk in. Unfortunately I ordered one of the thin bagel egg white breakfast sandwiches (I know, my own fault) and it was terrible. Super saucy (some orangey-pink unidentifiable goop) and egg whites with "asparagus and mushrooms" and swiss cheese. Had it not been for the sauce and the fact that I got a bagel dog too (my man knowing me well enough to know i'd be grossed out by what I did order and that it's hard to go wrong with a bagel dog)it would have been edible but I tossed it. My man ordered a breakfast sandwich too and asked for a real egg instead of egg whites and we watched the dude tell the cook but they didn't pull through. bummer. While the bagels are good, the topings are chincy. Whether that be cream cheese or a bagel sandwich. My bagel sandwich sunday only had ham on one side, prices are too high for what you receive. read more

Excellent bagels and sandwiches. But the coffee is absolutely awesome. Starbucks BLOWS! When they are swamped, they still get your order out quickly. I dont care for the seating. Only 2 person tables? It's really annoying when people move them together and its hard to walk to the bathrooms. I dont mind sitting outside if the weather is decent. Favorite place for bagels!! LOVE AND THANK YOU DAD for showing me this place when it was Noah's Bagels. So soft and chewy. I just hate how they're all hard and disgusting the next day. Prices are a bit more than I can remember. - Blueberry bagel always hits the spot (THEY RUN OUT SOMETIMES :(!) - Cranberry when I am craving for something else - Fruit cup is so colorful and good! I wish they were green grapes instead because I don't like grapes - Sandwich bagels aren't too shabby (too filling for me, because I'm a light eater when it comes to American food) Super convenient because I can make a stop to Jamba Juice and Starbucks next door. Service is so slow. I don't know why because when it was the other bagel shop, it was so fast. They have a system in there too, you order from one end, and pay at the other. But yet, you will get your bagel 10 mins +++ later. SIGH. read more

Best bagels anywhere, however, do not let them get your bagels from the back......there is a reason why they are in the back. The first two times I went to Einstein's they didn't have the bagels I wanted but they said "Let me check the back". They had the bagels in the back, but when I got home, the first time the bagels were so tiny it was insane. The second time the bagels were burnt. If I lived closer I would have gone back in a flash but I complained on my third visit. Still go back because I love their Bagels!!!!! read more

Bagels are ok but why does it have to take 15 mins to get one bagel. wait in one line with one person to take order then they send you to another line with one cashier to pay, each line takes 5 mins, then you wait another 5 mins for your order. Its not really worth it. read more

I'm giving it two stars because the customer service isn't bad and the people working there are very sweet, but the food is terrible. I ordered an everything bagel with lox smear and a strawberry banana smoothie. The bagel was waaaaayy too salty and had a weird taste, I actually threw the other half away. I was expecting the smoothie to at least be alright because how can you mess up a smoothie? It was also terrible. They used strawberry syrup flavoring which was way too sweet. It looked like pepto bismo when drinking it and it didn't even taste like strawberries, just a lot of fake sugar. read more

This location does it the best! I've been coming here since they were called "Noah's" and before that. I love getting the six cheese bagel with extra cream cheese. Hits the spot. They are expensive but it's worth it to me :) the employees are friendly and the service is quick. They also have good orange juice but it's like $4 for a small bottle so I usually don't get it. I love this place, I have breakfast at least once a week! The staff is amazing and super nice! I always feel welcome when I walk in and I am remembered from week to week! I suggest you sign up for their bagel club and get rewards coupons once in awhile! I love the apple cinnamon bagel! By far the best and yummiest. As I sit here waiting for my sandwich I realize that when the staff doesn't want to be there it makes everything uncumforable for the customers. Employees upset to have to check the coffee station and even take an order. I understand the stresses of working with the public buy need to fake it to make it. I love this place. I go every Saturday and Sunday morning. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have gone there so often that they make my bagel before I even order it. The coffee is great too. Absolutely love this place!!! During the school year I basically stop here for breakfast everyday and the bagels are always amazing! The thing that makes this place above and beyond a normal bagel shop is the staff. Not many bagel places out here on the west coast have the kind of small town feel where you walk in and they already know your name and your order.
