I'm not kidding when I say my mouth started watering the moment I sat down to write this review…read more I've never been a taco truck person, and I usually avoid the "taco guys" at parties because the meat often tastes cheap, fatty, and lacking flavor. So I was honestly skeptical. However, my 85-year-old mother was craving some good, authentic street tacos, so I turned to Yelp and decided to try this truck because of all the great reviews... and now I understand why they're so highly rated. The food was absolutely delicious. The carnitas tacos were out of this world. The meat was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. They added just the right amount of cilantro and onion, enough to complement the taco without overpowering the meat. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell care went into the preparation. One thing I really appreciated was how they package the food for takeout. They actually place the tacos on plates and wrap them in plastic wrap, which keeps everything intact and warm. I live about 20 minutes away, and I will happily make that drive again without hesitation just for those carnitas tacos. My only regret is that I only ordered two! Also their green salsa is so tasty, I wish I could've dumped it all over my tacos but it was a little spicy for me (I can only tolerate a very mild spice level ‍) but wow was it delicious!

There was seating outside the food truck, tacos came out hot and fresh in about 10 minutes, and each taco was $1.50-$2.50. I can't ask for anything better. My whole meal was only $5. My friends and I tried the pollo, quesabirria, and birria tacos and also got a carne asada plate. The birria is a 11/10 and I would go back to devour 10 more. The chicken was super flavorful and not dry at all so I loved that as well. I didn't really care for the salsa but my friend really liked their red salsa. I have no other words. I would a million percent come back. Ratings Everything 10/10

Handmade tortillas... it's a wrap. I ordered 3 asadas and 1 pollo. When the tacos can be eaten in 1 or 2 bites it smacks.. Fresh salsas made, free onion/cilantro and fresh condiment bar. Tacos were so gooooood.. I can't believe I only ordered 4. This is the new go to, pretty good and authentic. I wanted to support a food truck. I'll be back for more.

He ordered the Al pastor burrito and I ordered the Al pastor, asada, and pollo tacos as standard stapled food items. Wow were we pleasantly surprised!!! The beans inside the burrito were not refried, but is broken down though its softness and was not at all hard. I would say it had some elements of refried beans texture and uncooked beans, which was phenomenal. And there were flavors in each. The rice was seasoned well. Individual grains were not soggy and you can taste each individual grain without that mushiness. The salsa that was homemade provided that nice acidic touch to balance the heaviness from the burrito. It is a food truck so the parking lot is where you can enjoy it hot or take it home. Ambiance is very chill and plenty of parking spots for you to park for a short period of time. The service was very quick and fast! The workers there were also pleasant. We cannot wait to come back here!!!

Or last night and Buena Park Anahiem area. What a find!!!!…read more We were so happy with this place. Service was amazing place was beautiful. We felt underdressed. Everybody was to the nines in their attire. The hostess was so friendly and welcoming. She sat us on a high table in the outside patio area. We didn't even have reservations but she still managed to make it happen. Our server was great (Migel) as well throughout the whole night he had about like maybe six or eight tables still managed to serve our table in an orderly manner, orders take drink orders and maintain it throughout the whole time we were there for dinner. Food here is so next level... The beautiful cuisine to match, so so delicious. Latin flare is alive and well here they had a live band from Miami. It was a cherry on top. It was PERFECT Definitely will be saving this place for future visits when in the area! Great food, service impeccable, and establishment clean, and well presented. Thanks for all make this place special. We enjoyed ourselves me and my family.thank you Migel for making it great.

Ive taken so many people here and would bring my abuela and mother here for their birthdays and mother's day. There must be some things going on with management because its really losing its touch in several aspects. The drink menu has been cut in half with the remaining drinks not tasting the same if you ordered them a year or two ago. They've really cut back on presentation as well. Pina colada used to be served with a separate shot of the rum it's made with but i havent seen that in a while. The food is beginning to lack in bit of flavor unfortunately. I've been trying to order the pollo guisado for a year and last night was finally told its been removed from the menu although its still there. I've noticed they don't serve you plantain chips and garlic sauce on arrival anymore, used to be immediate but now its only if you ask. It just doesn't feel the same and its so unfortunate.this place has a lot of charm and still has potential but I feel as if its slipping for some reason. I really hope this place picks up.
