Food: 4/10 Beef, chicken, spinach, and ham and cheese empanadas. My Favorite one was the chicken because it had the most flavor plus it had a sauce inside the empanada. Beef and spinach was alright as they were dry asf. Ham and cheese was the worst one of all. Overall every empanada had potential however, they were all so dang dry!! Needed a sauce inside the filling. Would not eat again. Service: 3/10 the guy who took our order could've given kinder service. Price: 8/10 $25.85 for a total of 12 empanadas.

Upon entry we were greeted. The menu is clear large print with explained items. I ordered the skirt steak sandwich. Entraña ( I think that's the name) The bread was nice crunch, the lettuce and tomato fresh. The steak was good however tough to eat. I will order something different next time. We also ordered the chivito (no goat at all just the name) ham, mayo, steak (lomo) cheese and olives This was delicious. Meat was tender the green olives were so good. Great sandwich. Not to mention the chimichurri was excellent so flavorful. The service was quick. Small dining area with a great TV size. The market is super cool with so many imported items. They also had many ready to go sandwiches, pastry, fresh traditional desserts and Mexican style bread. They also sell their chimichurri sauce. Also in the back is a mini deli meat market! This place has all the necessities need to make you feel like home if they're not available near you. This place is definitely a hidden gem a that has everything you need in one stop shop. They also have empanadas that are so good homemade. They have many flavors to choose from I got the chicken and beef 1/2doz 14.99 full doz 25 they are great size and full of flavor. We have purchased these before and everyone at the party asked where they were from. I Highly recommend this place. I do plan on trying most of the sandwiches. So I will be back !

My first Yelp review leading with emojis lol. EGMM is located on state college, just south of Tacos Los Cholos, you can miss the spot if you aren't paying attention. I have driven by this place forever and a buddy brought me over here for lunch. Here is what I loved: Mom and Pop vibe. Very welcoming, and they explained their food to me ( Argentina food) Reasonable prices and a great selection of different food. You can also buy meat by the pound as well. I ended up getting the entrana ( beef shoulder ) sandwich which just amazing. Cooked perfectly with a side French fries, it was the perfect lunch. I know that they also specialize in Empanadas, so I'm looking forward to going back soon! 3

One of the best sandwiches, ribeye, ham and bacon. Very filling. Price was incredible for what you got. Market on one side, dining area on the other. Was busy early which tells you that people know where to go. Absolutley return

Saw this store on IG and had to go check it out. Didn't realize they are also in business with another location in Santa Ana, Puerto Madera. It's located near Santa Ana College. Same great food except this spot sells wine and beer on site. You can drink while watching futbol on TV. The market has many different products imported from South America and also has a meat deli. We really came for the delicious empanadas that run for about $2 each. Great deal. Your best bet is to get a dozen to take home. Comes with chimichuri dressing with is great. Worth a visit.

I love this place. They have the best Argentinian sandwiches, café con Leche, and it's a great place to watch soccer.

Very over priced for the quality of food provided. Placed my order to go and took over 40 mins and my order was wrong. Would not recommend!

Does anyone know if they take ebt?

Do sell Entraña meat by the lb?

    Yes, it's very good

What is it about the meat here that makes it so expensive? I'd like to understand that before I ignorantly complain about the prices. Same cuts are half the price at other markets. Is the quality of their meats different here?

You can really tell the meat is high quality, which is honestly hard to find nowadays. They also sell their own seasoning, so I picked one up, and it was so good it made the meat even better. After trying this place, I don't think I'll be going back to buying carne asada from Northgate or the grocery store. The quality here is on another level. I cut them into steaks for the grill for Sunday, salted and peppered, then left overnight in the fridge. I should have known something was up when I saw that the meat was slightly browning and had an off odor. After bringing to room temp and cooking, I noticed a majority of the 7lbs was in this condition. Why did nearly all of the meat have these small holes in it? It did not make for an appetizing meal, and I was very disappointed in the quality of the meat that was marked and listed for sale at $13.99/lb "Prime" Picanha. It's not the fact that I chose incorrectly, it's the fact that this meat was offered for sale in the first place to their customers. After coming here several times and spending hundreds of dollars, I will not be coming back here again.

They helped him pick the right cut & optional if you want it seasoned or as is. There's a few potatoes, onions, and seasoning in the shelves. A great one stop shop option!
