Great view of Balloon Fiesta. Nice open patio seating. Good was yummy! Our waitress was super sweet and attentive

I'm Not sure why the ratings are so low. Every time I've been here for a meal, I've been quite satisfied. I typically order the enchiladas or the carne Adovado. Always good. Their chips which come out right away, are thin and crisp! My favorite kind. I love the building and decor, too. Today's visit was special as they were decorated for Christmas. Margueritas are solid! I'll be back!

Met a good friend here who loves El Patron, and they take good care of him. The food was good, not quite memorable, service was also good.

Last visit here: Black beans. I was surprised they weren't seasoned. Still better than sour Pinto beans.

I've been here a few times. Yes, I've read the reviews, but when we went the food and service was good. This last time, the previous reviews caught up with us. Sad to say, both were disappointing. It was not too busy when we got there, but you could see it was before. There were patrons there obviously for Happy Hour that had finished because they were too noisy and "cheerful". Our server didn't spend alot of time with us, so we ordered and waited. Our soft drinks came out after a wait so we just passed the time conversing and watching the HH folks. When the came, I was really perplexed. I had an enchilada plate, green and red, with beans and rice. The rice was, strange. It was soupy/watery. I decided to eat the beans and yuck! They were sour. Before I could ask, my hubs mentioned the sourness in his also. He ordered red enchiladas with rice and beans. Now, he's not a fan of beans, but he told me he just couldn't bear to try the floating rice. I asked for black beans due to the sour Pinto beans. Those lacked flavor. Not even salt could help. My enchiladas came plain with the red and green sauces on the side. Sure, it's a different way than I'm used to but I poured some green sauce over one first and bit into it. Not a nice mouthful. The enchiladas were fried a bit in oil and the tortilla was hardened. Not much on that plate that I enjoyed. Overall, we were both underwhelmed with our whole experience.

The house margaritas are great, the food is just subpar. The fajitas are just ok for the price.

While they may be a bit smaller than some competitors, the quality more than makes up for it. The free chile was absolutely on point--perfectly spicy, just the way we New Mexicans like it. I'm still thinking about that bold, delicious heat and can't wait to go back for more. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I went through the drive-thru. Not only has the burrito tortilla been downsized but the contents inside have also been significantly downsized. I doubt there was a full egg in my breakfast burrito as I opened it up and there was about a teaspoon of egg. There were about five bites of potato and I bet there was maybe 1 tablespoon of carne adovada. I also ordered garnish on all three of the breakfast burritos I ordered and only one of them had garnish. I added the sour cream at home so I wouldn't have to pay extra. Please see the photographs from the prior pictures I've provided, compared to the burrito that I got this morning. The service was great, and the food was tasty, as always, but I will be SEVERELY LIMITING the amount of times I visit Twister's in the future. Fast food needs to make economic sense for people to want to continue to go there. Raising prices and decreasing the amount of food that one gets is not a great strategy if you want to keep your long-term customers. I understand times are changing and prices are going up but when you get hardly any food for the same amount you've been paying or the price increases, it just doesn't make sense anymore. I'm disappointed to say the least and will keep Twister's on the back burner for the foreseeable future.

Just because it is in the IPCC don't think the food isn't good. I would come to the Indian Pueblo Kitchen even as a stand alone location. Every dish has an inspiration from Pueblo cuisine. For example, horno bread with the stews, indian tacos, and the pies are prepared as a Pueblo would. This time I had the indian taco. Quite tasty and the bread soaks up all the flavors from the toppings. The pie isn't overly sweet. All good. Enjoy local native flavor here.

The menu initially sounded creative, especially the waffles featuring pepitas, quinoa, and blue corn, which led me to assume that the same thoughtful use of ingredients would carry throughout the rest of the menu. The blue corn enchiladas were the clear highlight and were genuinely delicious. Unfortunately, the red sauce served alongside them tasted noticeably canned. I had hoped for a fresh, house-made sauce that would complement the quality of the enchiladas. The calabacitas were also barely seasoned and could have benefited from much more flavor. The eggs Benedict was disappointing. The addition of a sausage patty made it feel more like a typical American breakfast than the regional and authentic dish I had expected. Many of the available sides were also potato-based, mainly hash browns or French fries, which made the menu feel less varied and imaginative. The blue corn porridge was acceptable, and the generous amount of berries helped bring the dish together, but the porridge itself could have been much more flavorful. There is plenty of potential here, particularly if more attention were given to fresh sauces, seasoning, regional ingredients, and a wider variety of side dishes. The service was good, and the meal overall was fine, but based on my experience, it was not distinctive enough to justify making a special trip.
