I've had this place bookmarked to try for months and finally had it today. It did not disappoint! Shoestring fries with just the right amount of seasoning/perfect crispy freshness and a large pressed cubano was my lunch. The ladies running the show were friendly and helpful. When I say this Cuban was Stupid Good, this is what I mean: have you ever eaten something so good you involuntarily make noises that sound like awesome bedroom stuff is happening? Yeah?! Embarrassing. Who cares though cus it's so damn good! 10 out of 10. I'm coming back sooner than I should. Don't skip this place. The ONLY thing I'd recommend that could possibly make this place better? Seed oil free mayo/cooking oil, etc and beef tallow fries! Neither of us were in the mood for a bunch of bread, so I know that a sandwich spot seems like an odd choice, but Albelo's had us covered. Many of their sandwiches can be served as a "protein bowl" so we opted to do that with their Philly Steak. You cannot do that with all of their sandwiches, which we learned after a slightly awkward back and forth between us, the cashier, and the chef. But we landed on something that was satisfactory and both the chef and the cashier expressed care that my son and I were happy with our choice. The place is a little small and indoor seating is limited, so keep that on your radar. But the food was fantastic and both my son and I resolved that we need to go back and try other options on the menu.

The "umami bomb" profile sets it apart from standard varieties that only an authentic ramen place can do well. It was incredible! The noodles were bouncy and chewy, and the chashu was delicate and melt-in-your-mouth. I appreciated the separated noodles from the broth to preserve its texture. I registered 85db on my Decibel X app. The level at which human hearing can be damaged. You folks need to install some acoustic panels. Not kidding. Or you're going to have single visit customers.
