The surf n turf had lobster tail, bacon-wrapped filet, mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. My boyfriend mentioned that he wasn't too fond of how the filet was cooked, but thankfully I enjoyed it while he preferred my skirt steak. We ordered the Flan and Churros for dessert and they didn't disappoint. The Churros came with chocolates caramel and marshmallow dipping sauces. But that was the end of the positive things as a swarm of flies quickly came to eat the food. Trying to swat them away helped a bit but there was way too many of them. A minute later some candle flame thing came out saying that it will help with the flies but already that was too late as flies were all over the food and I lost my appetite at that point. It was disgusting. I just got up and left. Went to cashier to pay my bill. The cashier also shrugged at my fly incident, and I asked how much it was going to be. Full price. No consideration about bad operating environment and since they knew about the fly issue they didnt setup before food was served to control it better. Even after bringing it up again in detail, she shrugged again. No sorry or anything, just a brush off. Then to make it even worse she asked if I wanted to tip the service.
