A couple weeks ago my family and I attempted to order food from the drive-thru, and I cannot believe the service we received. We come here pretty often, so this was actually the 1st time that the service was bad.The young kid that took our order through the drive-thru speaker was being a complete jack***. He obviously was back there playing around because as my husband was ordering, the employee was repeating our order back to us in a silly voice. My husband finally asked him if he was high! After that we just put the car in reverse and went somewhere else. I've seen too many videos online of workers playing around in customers food for laughs, and I'm not down with that. I'm pretty sure we weren't the only customers that had a similar experience, so I hope management provides coaching to the employees because that was unacceptable. read more

I can't even leave one star. This is comedy. It shouldn't even matter our situation as to why we're getting food. Like for instance I was just off a 24 hour shift and picking up food for my sick adult daughter who just got home from the ER. Anyway, pull in drive through, the gal On speaker very welcoming and nice. I proceed to order she tells me we won't have bone in chicken for 30 minutes (it's 842 PM) I decide I'm not waiting I'll find another one. Ok comedy seriously, I pull into the drive through at 912 pm turning 913 and I think to myself I wonder what time they close , there's no way they would say that and close at 9, so the gal comes on the speaker we ground hog the heck out of this, she says " we sold out" " we have no white meat". I say there's no way I was just here we go around once or twice. So I call my daughter will you want dark meat, meantime I'm thjnkjng should I even do this because the gal was sooooo rude and her voice rose above the Eiffel Tower when I questioned how could she possibly be out when I hit the 30 minute mark and nobody in site for miles. Thank his I order the two piece dark meat , she says " we're out" lol my head spins and I say what? I'm sitting right here you said you were out of white meat. She then is extremely rude and I don't care about rude people honestly but this was another color of rude, but I was so thankful because I was thinking this gals already pissed at me who knows what she would do to my food with that attitude. There is NOW WAY NO WAY NO WAY they sold out if that chicken, I was there at the 30 minute make and nobody was there. For sure they're just trying to clean up and leave. No worries if you just told me that I'm the beginning , I own a restaurant I would have gotten t, it's slow no need to run the employee time and start chicken that may go to waste, no worries. But to say 30 minutes and then carry on I just was floored. She was very nice in the beginning but when she was quested she went off the charts, I don't even thjnk this gal could be 19 / 20 and tainted like that already sad. Very horrible very horrible experience to wait 30 minutes at that time of night when there's another el pollo a few miles the other way, just was a convenience and fresh chicken sounded delightful. This location's really full of nice employees. I haven't eaten here in years, and decided on a whim to get some food. We actually ate inside too. -The drink selection is great. Try their house lemonades, and mango iced tea that's unsweetened mixed together, yum. Also like it's free refills on a hot day. -Salsa bar was full and fresh, even though they were busy, they kept it up! -They were SO attentive to our allergic needs. We said no dairy, and they went above and beyond to make sure. I really appreciate that, and the friendliness, and patience of the employees who take orders. I have left 1 other review for this location, and unfortunately it hasn't gotten any better. My husband ordered a double chicken tostada salad. He got a regular salad. Didn't notice till he got home. I decided it was fine and I'd eat it anyway. I opened it to find most of the lettuce was discolored to a nice brown color. The piece of avocado they put in it was black and spongy. I also found 2 slightly big pieces of bone in it. To say it was incredible is an understatement! It was a rotten lettuce, rotten avocado, salad. So disgusting! Will not ever go to this store again. In all honesty, I wouldn't even rate them a one star. Placed an online order on Christmas Eve around 3:50 pm, keeping in mind they closed at 6:00pm, I selected to pick up my order at 5:00pm. I received a call at 4:51pm from someone stating to be the manager and was calling me to in form me that they were unable to fulfill my order. I asked, why was it that they waited to call me 10 mini before my pickup time and her response was that the system has a late notification. No empathy what so ever, especially due to the circumstances. Manager informed me that she would reach out to corporate so i may receive a refund. As I looked at my app and the status of my order, it actually read completed, picked up... which was false. I strongly believe that they were not being truthful and there were other reasons, nonetheless I contacted corporate and requested a refund myself. As someone that has worked in customer service for more than 20 years, this situation was poorly handled by this location and it definitely reflects in the reviews. read more

Not only did they accommodate my salsa roja request (it's a very important salsa if you guys don't know) but they asked if I need anything else ! So I went back a second time! Same thing!
