I been coming here for a long time since I was a kid and live this place. Me and my friends use to come late night on the weekends after clubbing unfortunately they aren't open that late anymore but for lunch or dinner this is the spot. Authentic Mexican food. Best taco and burritos ever! I always get the carna asada burrito for sure with cheese in it. Also never had a problem with service either the lady at the register or the young son always nice and cool with me. The place is an old whole in the wall as most people would call it but it's taken care of and there is good seating and pretty clean for an older place. I can't believe I still haven't reviewed this taco joint! I love love LOVE their carne asada tacos. In the past, they used to be oily or inconsistent in taste, but over the recent years they've stayed consistent and incredibly delicious each and every time. I'm crazy about their tacos and I can easily say they're the best ones I've had. Both the green and red salsa that come with it are soooo good and soooo spicy. I pour that ishhhh all over them sexy tacos. The other thing I'm crazy about is their grilled Serrano peppers. Just WOW!!!!!!!!! The flavor is insane. I also love the limes and radishes that come with the tacos. They're always delicious and fresh. Parking is limited and tight, but usually we don't have too much trouble parking because people always go pick up and leave right away. It's really hard to get someone on the phone though, because they get so extremely busy sometimes and don't pick up the phone so just keep trying. It's CASH ONLY. They do have an ATM machine inside though if you really don't have cash and want those juicy ass tacos. I highly recommend. The wait can be long sometimes because they get swamped, but so worth it. I came twice in one week, and the first visit was a definite 5-star experience. The tostada de camaron was fresh, and the flavors were bright and refreshing! The tacos de pollo were juicy, flavorful, and super spicy... loved them especially with the lime and roasted jalapeño. The carne asada burrito was meaty, well-seasoned, and the perfect spice level. I usually douse my burritos in salsa verde, but in this case it was perfect and didn't need anything. The second time I visited that week, the food was still good but the meat felt a little drier, less flavorful, and was less spicy. Hopefully it was just a fluke! Wow I love this place! The parking is super easy and small so if you're going during lunch just keep in mind there's limited space however high turnover. To place an order you have to go into the restaurant, it's a small menu and everything sounds and looks authentic. I ordered a chicken burrito with everything in it because I wanted to see what it would taste like the way they intended it to be. I'm glad I didn't change anything! For eight dollars I had a burrito that had the perfect blend of beans rice and chicken and as much as I wanted to put the salsa on top the flavors were so amazing I didn't need the salsa. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Mexican food. read more

This place is okay but nothing I have to come back to or even want to. The wait was about 30 minutes and for me that is a long time to wait fir Mexican take out food. The burrito didn't have cheese and it just wasn't the best burrito. The carne was not tasty just steak chopped in the burrito. The al pastor was much better as flavor goes. read more

This place is not the bomb nor is it the best place along San Fernando Boulevard. Although this place is popular in the land of the Kebabs and you will find the local fire engine parked out front, but do beware the locals seem to love the maskless look while waiting for their numbers to be called out. The portions are on par, but the Asada, Pollo, and other proteins are not seasoned well. You'll get a nicely prepared Burrito or Taco, but you will need the salsa to deliver up some flavor in every bite. They are generous in the accompanying trimmings. A takeaway order will give you salsa, limes, and grilled serrano peppers. The service is great and they are opened late if some Mexican-style foods are what you may be craving. My bro and I went here after a late workout/basketball practice, with many business/restaurants closed due to the pandemic, this place was like a flower to a bee. Immediately, I gravitated to their Burrito Asada - no beans and so did my bro. You have to go in to order (please stay on the Social distancing floor markers and wear your mask), you pick up your food on the outside window when it's done and ready. The Burrito was the bomb and very tasty. I really like the generous chunks of meat in the slightly toasted tortilla wrap, give it a good drizzle of red sauce to light the roof on fire or the green sauce for a milder but nevertheless also delicious treat. The place gets pretty busy at night, there is street parking and a tiny parking lot at the back. I am really happy my bro introduced me to this place - good eats! Finally came by here after passing it for many years and it was a complete fail. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito for my vegetarian friend and it was filled with carne asada. Solid tacos- was not disappointed with their cabeza, lengua and spicy chicharon meats. They put a decent amount of meat which is good since their tacos are more expensive than usual. It's understandable though since they're an actual store front rather than the dozens of taco trucks surrounding it. We also got to try an al pastor quesadilla which was really tasty. Can't go wrong with meat and cheese melted together. You can taste the marinade in their al pastor which is good because other places sometimes leave it bland. I really enjoyed their green and red sauces. We went through four small cups of each one and didn't waste a single drop. We joked saying that maybe that's why they have their name el sauz- because their sauce is bomb. The salted grilled jalapeños paired well with our food. So sad they don't have grilled onion though. This is a staple in Glendale. Been around for a long time. The tacos are great, but a little over priced for what you get. Each taco is at most 2 - 3 bites. Today i decided I would grab a burrito, I was charged a dollar for condiments....
