My aunt and I split the "Special" dinner, which had a tamale, chile rellenos, enchilada and soft taco. And of course, beans and rice. The chile rellenos and tamales were some of the best that I've ever had. The ground beef in the enchilada was better than usual, having a bit of smoke flavor to it. Everything else was fairly standard for a Mexican restaurant. I'll definitely be back. The prices were reasonable too. The bill was less than twenty dollars, which included a Margarita and diet coke. Great Food! Not so good call in Service! My absolute favorite Mexican place, best Mexican food around by far, I think. Tried to call in an order Monday night 7/1/2019 @9:30pm, no answer. I called back repeatedly,, no answer. I finally got in my car and drove there, stood at front for 3 or 4 minutes, until a man finally came over, and told me they were closed. Their Open sign was on, and I believe there was still a few people in the dining room, not sure about that part. But, everything says they close at 10pm, and I have called in many orders in the past at 930-9:40, since they are ready to go in 15 minutes or less, typically. Very upset with tonight, this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. So, it was time for a review. read more

The waiter took over 30 mins to get our drinks. Then had a very lackluster attitude the whole time. Took another 30 mins after we got our drinks before we got our food. Took another 20 mins and getting up to chase down the staff to get a refill on our drinks. Food was very bland. Have ate there before and liked the food. After this will not be back. read more

My son and I went here today and ordered chimichangas plain, with nothing else. No vegetables, no beans, nor rice and this time the price was a lot higher. $10.99 each for just the chimichangas. I spoke with a manager and stated that I have never been charged that much here for just the chimichangas. "Was there supposed to be a smaller charge for just the chimichangas?" He said no, we have new menus. Then I said if that's going to be that much for just them, (that's what we always eat) I will have to go somewhere else, that's too high. I'm not a big fan of Mexican food all the time. But this is my favorite place when I'm in the mood. The food is great every time I go. I have ordered a lot of different things here. My favorite is the enchilada supremas. They are awesome and comes with rice. I always order another dish of the cheese sauce to smother them with. Upon entering we were greeted cheerfully and say immediately. Our server was pleasant and competent. The food was good. It wasn't GREAT nor was it bad. It was standard American-Mexican. Why 5 stars? Then at an hour of being there and no food we went to the front and told them why we were leaving and was not even offered and apology or to not charge us for our drinks. I downloaded the Yelp app just to post this. This restaurant has absolutely the worst service from any restaurant I have ever been to. The servers do not acknowledge your presence and NEVER refill beverages. Also, they ask "do you need anything else?" And proceed to forget about you and the request. Food served was stale and cold. This place just charged myself and 8 co-workers for 4 meals we didn't get and one that was completely wrong. I was craving inexpensive, unauthentic Mexican food, but this was just bad. The margarita was so syrupy sweet that I couldn't finish it, the cheese dip was lumpy and cold, and the salsa was so frozen in the glass that they use to pour it out of that it would not budge.
