This Cream Pan is nothing like their FV location, which is sad because Tustin is actually the original. Inside is dingy and messy, which should have been a sign for me to walk out, but I really wanted a strawberry croissant. Big mistake! It was soggy--as if it was made yesterday. The strawberry was already going bad. Will never set foot in this location ever again and learned my lesson to stick to the Fountain Valley one. Thanks for reading!

But I can definitely comment on the price and taste. He picked up a 1/4 sheet cake for my mom's birthday for $40, and it was absolutely worth it. The flavors were light and fresh, the texture was amazing, and I loved the layers of cream throughout the cake. Everything tasted balanced and not overly sweet. I'll definitely be ordering again. Love supporting local businesses that consistently deliver quality cakes at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

She stood there until we asked her for the small and then got the cake and boxed it. I guess that's not really considered rude considering she's a fob, but it could come across that way to others.

Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.

Finally made a trip to the mainland, made off with my daughter's car, and headed down the 22 for some Spanish bread. I ordered a box of 20 STAXX, and six assorted donuts. While waiting for some freshly BAD-baked STAXX, kid behind the counter helped me pick some donuts cuz I was overwhelmed by all this BAD-assery. Knowing myself, I placed the boxes in the trunk and headed back to the pad. And then BAD things happened. I placed the box of STAXX on the counter, opened it up and inhaled that BAD-baked scent.
