Pacific Bakery is located inside Bristol Food Court. Their product is a crispy cake topped with strawberries, kiwi, and peach. The sizes I saw were the personal slice, small, medium, and large. I picked up the small for $40 and our group of 6 all enjoyed a decent sized slice and still had about half the cake left. The taste and texture were good. One improvement I think they could make is friendliness. The lady who helped us didn't greet us. She stood there until we asked her for the small and then got the cake and boxed it.

My brother's choice for my birthday cake. 10/10. I am a sucker for 2 things on a cake: fruit for juicy tang, and phyllo/puff pastry for fun crispy bite. I've never actually had that laminated layer on a cake outside of china before so this was delightful. The cake was huge given it was just for family but we made terrifyingly quick work of it

Haiku: Pacific Bakery Order for parties Fluffy and crispy fruit cake Inside a food court. --- Thank goodness for neighbors who share cake! I was introduced to this delightfully beautiful cake from my neighbor and I recently came to order it for my own kid's birthday. It was an absolutely hit with my kid & family members! The small size ($40) can easily feed 8-10 people. It's loaded with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and layered with a thin sponge cake, cream, and puff pastry. I love the crispy, crunchy texture and the not-so-sweet cake and creamy whipped cream. Just note this fruit cake is the most popular cake they make. This is what they're known for. You don't need to order ahead. They seem to always have the sheet fruit cake available. You just come and select your size. Bring this gorgeous cake to your next party!

Came here today to try a new bakery and ordered the $40 fruit cake that can feed up to 10 people. It was a bit sweeter than I would have preferred but it was still decent. A little bit of sponge cake and a bit of croissant like crispy crust, along with fruit on top which includes strawberries pineapple, peach and kiwi. Not sure if I'd come back to buy again but good to try at least once.

This is a small Vietnamese-owned bakery that specializes in fruit cake. Basically, it is like 2 layers of sponge cake with a baked puff pastry in between, layered with a light cream and topped with fresh fruit. Pacific Bakery is located in the Bristol Food Court on Bristol and McFadden in the Northgate parking lot. Their cakes are baked fresh daily. They sell individual slices for $5 each, or you can get a 1/4 sheet cake for $40, which is a great deal for cakes nowadays. I've been here a few times and like to visit if I'm in the area. My favorite place for fruit cakes is in Westminster. The cakes here are a little sweeter than my preference. They also have a cake book on the counter so you can order other types of cakes and customize based on what you like. Be sure to come and support them! They are very nice and hardworking, not to mention their cakes are yummy! Every time I come here, I am greeted with great customer service. If I am in the area, I will definitely drop by to get a slice of cake to snack on. Happy eating!

Such a hidden gem for fruit tarts. This is our go-to instead of buying a traditional birthday cake. The flaky crust is my absolute favorite part & it isn't too sweet either, which makes it perfect for Asian parties. I usually order a small and it feed a lot of people!

The only way I found out about this bakery was from word of mouth. I love Vietnamese fruit tart cake and I would never guess that there is a bakery inside swap meet in the heart of Santa Ana that makes a very good cake. Soft chiffon sponge, crunchy puff pastry, creamy whip cream and fresh fruit. All the basics done well. The small cake is $40 and is very reasonable. Prices for larger cakes are also very reasonable. Plenty of parking. Casual. Take out. Fast service. Please come and create your own experience.

Ambiance: Can't speak on this since a friend bought this cake Service: Ambiance: Can't speak on this since a friend bought this cake Food: First impressions, the piping is absolutely gorgeous. The fruits were very fresh with minimal glaze, which I believe showcases the natural sweetness of the fruits. The amount of fruit is incredibly generous. The inside has a thick layer of crispy puff pastry, which is my opinion is slightly overrated, but it made it a lot easier to slice. In fact, the cake held up really well, and we were able to get clean cuts on every piece (which contrary to a napoleon, would be a nightmare to cut neatly). This fits the Asian taste of "not too sweet". Overall, flavors were cohesive, cream was light. I do think I personally prefer filo dough instead of puff pastry for the crunch factor. But delicious cake, definitely went for a second slice!

I love a Vietnamese fruit tart cake! It's not too sweet. I happened to be driving by and recognized the plaza as I've had this place bookmarked for years. I wasn't sure if I needed to preorder but hoped they would have a cake for me as I wanted to bring it to a party. The lady told me to wait a few minutes and shortly after she had a cake ready for me. They accept credit cards and cash. It's located in an unassuming food court plaza. It's super delicious my family loved it! They also sell it by the slice for $5.

This is a small Vietnamese-owned bakery shop in the middle of a food court in the Bristol swap mall. It's a few stalls down on the right when you walk in. There's plenty of parking outside. They also always have it available - whenever I call to try and reserve a cake, they tell me just to come in whenever. The fruits always taste fresh and sweet, and the crunchy part is always the perfect amount of crunch. They even write on it upon request. I've been getting the fruit cake here for years for events or parties at work, and the fruit cake here never fails. There's always someone that asks where this cake is from. I have yet to meet someone that doesn't like this cake. Highly recommend.

This is the place to get this Vietnamese/Asian fruit cake. I got it the same day and the snap was there. Fruits were sweet and the icing was very light. You wouldn't feel like you're in a cake coma after having a slice. Made fresh everyday. The next day we had a slice left from a small size cake I purchased and the crunch was gone but still good. My recommendation get the cake the day off. I was a walk in and the friendly woman at the counter said I'm sure I would like their cake. She was right. I wouldn't find this bakery if not for Yelp. So thanks fellow helpers for posting.
